Frequently asked questions

Plug the charger into a 110/120 volt electrical outlet and make sure the tools (deluxe model only) are not attached to the cleaner. The batteries will be fully charged in 16 hours. You can then hold the cleaner with the nozzle pointing down and slide it onto the hook in the wall bracket. Your cleaner will begin charging.

The deluxe model comes with a crevice tool and a squeegee. The crevice tool can be used for wet or dry pick-up in tight spaces, corners, or along edges, while the squeegee can be used on hard surfaces to pick up liquids and help dry the surface.

Hold the cleaner in a vertical position and grasp the cup section. Depress the latch and remove the motor/handle section of the cleaner from the cup. With the collector cup in hand, grasp the center ribs of the filter and lift out the filter/separator assembly. Empty the collector cup and then reassemble the cleaner.
