After your phone has been activated, select add Airtime from the Prepaid Menu. Enter Airtime Card pin number found under the silver strip on the back of the Airtime Card or on the register receipt (some retail locations) and press the OK key. Airtime Minutes will be sent directly to your TracFone and you will be notified by a free text message when it is added. (Keep your Airtime Card or PIN# until your Minutes have been received).
No, you have 60 days from the day you go past due to add another Airtime Card and keep your Minutes. Unused Minutes will expire if you wait longer than 60 days from deactivation to reactivate.
When your TracFone is turned on you may receive this message because your phone has not yet been activated. Disregard this message. It will disappear once your phone is active.
