Instructions to successfully run your keyless entry lock.

On the home page you will find a box titled Customer Login.
Press the button labeled Kaba E-Code to access the login page.
The Username and Password screen will appear. Type in your username and password, only the password is case sensitive. Please change your password to your own personal password. Do not continue to use the temporary password!
Your opening screen will give you the current date and have a few options on your left. The only options you will ever use are Access Code or Change Password. The other options are for
A.L.S. Security Solutions.
Click on Access Code in the left column.
A new screen will come up with our business name and number at the top followed by four (4) drop down menus.
Site Name: Select Your Area (Clermont, Kissimmee, Davenport, Orlando or Other)
Door Name: Select your door that you want to make a code for.
User Level: Select the user you would like to make a code for, Guest, owner, maintenance, etc.
Access Code Holders: Here you can enter the name of the person you are issuing the code to.
This is optional and is not required to generate a code. Please note, you must create and select the name of the person before the next step. If you choose the dates first and then create or enter the person’s name, the calendar will reset and you will lose the dates you previously selected.
There are two calendars for your start date and end date. Available dates to select are green.
The left calendar is the date your code will start and the right calendar is the date your code will expire. You can click on the arrows to change months or years. Next click submit and your code will be displayed on the next page at the top.
Make sure to note all prefixes * (Star) or # (Pound), they are part of the code and must be used when entering the code in the lock to gain access. Make sure to verify all dates are correct on the verification page.
When you get to the screen that shows your code, click on print page. Write down the name of the person you issued that code to and file it. You can only view this screen one time. Once
you click out of this page you will not be able to return for the code. You can also highlight the text, copy it and paste it in a word document. If you ever require an audit, the lock would tell which code was used and what date and time it was used, it will not tell the name of the person you issued the code to. You will have to know who you gave that code to. Again, please verify
your start date and end date is correct on the verification page. Note: The web browser
Firefox does not work correctly with the Oracode verification page and will most likely give you incorrect dates.

User Levels and Codes:
Guest and Daily users/codes: Referred to as short term codes
Guest and Daily Codes are 1 day minimum and a maximum of 31 days. There are six (6) guest code options available.
Guest codes have a start time and end time next to the user name. The first time is the time that the code will work on the start date and the 2 nd
time is the time that the code will end on the end date of the code. For example, Guest Regular Check In 2pm – Out 12pm starts at 2pm on the start date and ends at 12pm on the end date of the code. Daily Codes codes are abbreviated by a
D after the user’s name.
**Daylight Savings and Guest Codes**
The Oracode lock does not adapt to Daylight Savings. There are two Guest user levels to accommodate for this. Summer In 4pm Out 11am will be the guest user level you need to use from the 2 nd
Sunday in March to the 1 st
Sunday in November. Winter In 4pm Out 11am will be the guest user level you need to use from the 1 st
Sunday in November to the 2 nd
Sunday in
March. Note: If your account was established before Feb. 2013, I must reprogram your lock, updating it so these two new user levels will work. Reprogramming does not affect codes that have already been issued.
Bi-Weekly codes: Referred to as long term codes
Minimum 2 weeks and a maximum of 62 weeks. These codes start and end on Sundays and
Mondays.
Bi-Weekly codes are abbreviated by a BW after the user’s name. All these users are either 24 hours or 7am-9pm or 9am-6pm. Long term codes are a maximum 62 weeks but I recommend ending them right after New Years that way it is easier to remember to make a new code at the
New Year instead of a year from whenever you made it. You can create long term codes for
Housekeeping, Maintenance, Management, Owners, etc. If you hire a contractor, like an A/C technician or Cable guy, you may want to use a daily code (Vendor) for the specific dates they are entering the unit.
Cancel Codes:
If for some reason you need to cancel a code earlier than its original end date or override an existing code, you must do the following. Make a new code using that same user lever starting it immediately (yesterdays date) and using the same end date or greater of the code you are trying to cancel. Then type that code into the lock. Example, you had to replace your maintenance person and they had a yearlong code. You go online and make a new maintenance code and then type that code into the lock. The lock and the internet do not communicate so it is necessary to type that new code in to the lock in order to cancel the old code.
Personalizing Codes:
Personal codes make it easier on everyone. To personalize a code all you do is enter the original code into the lock, followed by the # sign, then type in a new six digit code. If you had a prefix
(star or pound) before your original code you still have to type that in when you use your new six digit code. Only Guest and Owner levels can personalize their codes.
Here is how it would look: Enter the original code 3*678352 # 123456 = done. New code
3*123456.

Passage Mode: Always unlocked.
The lock allows the user to put the lock into passage mode. To do so please create a code under the passage mode user level on the website. Go to the lock with your passage mode code and enter the number 2 immediately after you enter the code. This now enters the lock into passage mode, always unlocked. To remove lock from passage mode enter code then 3 immediately after.
Lockout Mode: Lock out a user.
The lock allows the user to put the lock into lockout mode. To do so please create a code under the lockout mode user level on the website. Enter the code then the number 4 to put into lockout mode. Enter your code then the number 5 to take out of lockout mode. Lockout means no one can enter into the unit unless they have the lockout user code. (Lockout is rarely used)
Little better understanding on how it works:
The lock was programmed for the next 50 years at the time of installation. The lock and the internet do not communicate, meaning you won’t have any wireless interference. When you go online to get a code you are not creating a code you are asking the website to generate a code that works for this door, this user and this time period. It is a mixture of algorithms and random code generation. The batteries last 2-4 years and take 3 AA Rayovac batteries and can be changed by you or by A.L.S. Security Solutions for a minimal fee. Do not use Energizer or Lithium batteries.
Audit:
Since the lock and the Internet do not communicate, a programming unit is required to manually retrieve an audit from the lock. A.L.S. Security Solutions can audit the lock for $75 or more per audit depending on where the lock is located. Auditing is not required just an extra feature.

Kaba Ilco is the manufacturer of the Oracode 660K & 460K lock. If you have any problems with the lock or the website please contact A.L.S. Security Solutions. A.L.S. Security Solutions will be your direct contact for any warranty or problems as the manufacturer will just refer you to us if you call them. Majority of problems are human error. For example, someone types in the wrong date when creating a code, someone forgetting their code, or even going to the wrong unit.

If you have received this error while attempting to create a code, it is because some time in the past you created a code that contains some or all of available days. If you have kept records as outlined in the Manual, you will be able to confirm whether or not you previously created a code.
If you have not kept record of the code you have generated and know that there is no chance of deleting a previous stay (double booking) then you can ignore the warning and select confirm.
You will also get this warning when you want to end a code before it expires. Contacting me for this error will only generate the same information outlined above.
