Safety
WARNING!
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS LISTED BELOW MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. Always read and understand the information and warnings in this manual
before using the Bicycle Trailer.
• Never have more than two children in the trailer
at one time.
If you are unsure of any information in this manual
or have a question regarding assembly or use
please call customer service. Always keep this
manual for reference and include it with resale of
the Bicycle Trailer.
• Never use with children that cannot support their
own head.
Assembly
• An adult who has read and understands
the information and warnings in the manual
shall assemble this product according to
manufacturer’s instructions.
• Do not use the product if there are any missing
or damaged parts. Do not return the product
to the store. Please contact customer service
at 1-877-758-4741 for assistance and
replacement parts.
• Dispose of all plastic bags and wrapping material
immediately.
• Check the assembly before using the product.
• This vehicle is intended for use with children at
least 12 months old and weighing up to 18 kg
(40 lbs).
Use
WARNING Do not add a seat pad (mattress)
thicker than 63.5 mm (2.5”).
WARNING Any load attached to the handle
affects the stability of the trailer. Unstable
hazardous conditions may exist if package
carrying accessories are added to the
product.
WARNING Parcels or accessories placed
on the trailer may cause the trailer to
become unstable. Do not place items on the
trailer. Hazardous conditions may exist if
package carrying accessories are added to
the product.
• Never allow children to assemble, fold, or
disassemble the trailer.
• The maximum weight that can be carried in the
rear storage area is 4.5 kg (10 lbs). Do not put
rigid goods that would make children in seat
uncomfortable in the rear storage.
Children
• Attach a rearview mirror on the bicycle to check
on the (child/children) in the trailer.
WARNING The maximum weight capacity
per child is 18kg (40 lbs). The total weight
(children and cargo) in the trailer cannot
exceed 42 kg (93 lbs). Maximum child height
is 107 cm (42”).
WARNING Avoid serious injury from falling or
sliding out. Always use the 5-Point
Safety Harness.

WARNING Never leave children unattended
in or around the trailer.
• When using the double trailer with one child,
seat them in the center.
• Occupant must wear a certified helmet at all
times when riding in the trailer.
• Do not run or jog with the trailer in when used as
a stroller.
The manufacturer recommends the bicycle to be
used with the trailer undergo a safety check with
a qualified bicycle mechanic before attaching
the trailer.
Before each use check:
• The brakes work properly! Braking distance is
increased when pulling a trailer.
• The trailer for damage. Do not use if damaged.
• Do not pull or push the trailer with a vehicle.
• Accessories not approved by the manufacturer
shall not be used.
• Always engage the parking brakes when
stopping, releasing the handle or loading or
unloading children.
• The tire pressure. If necessary inflate the
tires to within the range shown on the tire
sidewall. Always use a foot or hand pump to
inflate the tires.
Storage
• The fasteners are tight. Tighten if necessary.
• Do not use cleaning solvents; clean only with
mild soap and water.
• The safety flag and reflectors are in place.
Do not use the trailer without the safety flag and
reflector in place.
• Use caution to avoid pinch points when folding
or unfolding the Trailer.
During use be sure to:
• Take proper steps (clothing, ventilation,
hydration) to protect the child from exposure
hazards such as wind chill and heat exhaustion.
These hazards will have a greater impact on the
less active passenger.
• Always have the canopy in place.
• Avoid braking suddenly.
• Always maintain a safe speed. The trailer is not
intended for use at high speeds. Do not exceed
16 km/h (10 MPH).
• The trailer requires a wide turning radius. Do not
turn sharply. Sharp changes in direction may
cause a tip over.
• Use caution when turning on loose or uneven
surfaces and when going downhill.
• Allow extra clearance for the trailer when near
curbs, parked cars, and other obstacles.
• Do not ride over curbs, bumps or holes.
• Do not use the trailer in hazardous weather or
at night.

Assembly
Unfold the Canopy Frame
WARNING!
There are pinch points between the sidewalls
and the frame of the trailer that may cause injury.
Fold or unfold the trailer slowly using caution.
Keep children clear when folding or unfolding
the trailer.
Ensure that all locking devices are engaged
before use.

Fasten the Canopy Screen
1. Pull the lower front of the canopy screen down
to the base of the trailer frame. There will be
a spring loaded latch that will hold the canopy
in a closed position.
2. Push the upper red button and pull the canopy
down. This will lock the canopy in place.
3. The latch will hold the canopy in a sturdy

Fasten the Removable Rain Shield
1.
Line up the zipper on the rain shield with the
zipper on the side of the canopy and zip it
closed. Secure the bottom of the rain shield
to the hook and loop tape at the bottom of the
canopy.
Install Wheel Guards
WARNING!
Install/Remove the Rear Wheels
WARNING!
Rear wheels that are not securely locked in place
may fall off the trailer and cause serious injury
or death. Always check the wheels are securely
locked in place before use.
1. Find the red release lever. Insert rear axle
into wheel opening while pushing up on the
release lever. Release the lever and pull on
the wheel to ensure it is “locked” into place.
2. Repeat for other side.
3. To remove the rear wheels, push lever and
pull the wheel out.

Wheel guards are only meant to keep debris or tall
grass from getting caught in the wheels or axles.
Do not allow children to use them as a step or load
bearing platform.
1. Line up the right (R) guard with the right side
of the trailer. Slide it into the slot until you
hear a “click.” Pull on the guard to ensure it is
locked in place. Do the same for the left (L)
side.
Install Safety Flag
Important: The safety flag is for use in trailer
mode only!
1.
Slide the ends of the safety flag together so
they are secure within the flag pole joiner.
2. Fasten the small hex nut to the end of the long
screw using a Phillips head screw driver and
wrench.
3. Pull the tow bar locking latch out and pull the
tow bar up. The tow bar locking latch should
snap into the top slot. Check that the tow bar
is securely locked into place.

Loading/Unloading the Trailer
Preparing the Tow Bar

Be sure the tow bar is in the correct position
and the holes are aligned on the tow bar and
the frame. Insert the long screw through the
hole of the frame and tow bar.

When loading or unloading children, the
canopy can be opened and held with an
elastic loop. Undo the latch to release the
canopy and fold it upwards.
2. There is an elastic loop at the bottom of the
canopy that can be wrapped around the
plastic toggle found toward the top of the
canopy. This will keep the canopy open for
loading and unloading.

Attaching the Trailer
The following section provides instructions for
attaching the trailer to a bicycle with rear hub nuts
or quick release.
Note: Remove the coupler plate and tab washer
from the end of the tow bar before proceeding.

Disassembly of the Trailer
To disassemble the Trailer, reverse the order of the
trailer attachment.
If desired, leave the coupler plate on the
bicycle for future use. It is not necessary to remove.

Attaching to a Bicycle with Quick Release Axles
1. Flip the quick release lever and remove the
nut and spring from the opposite side.
4. Insert the axle skewer, tab washer, coupler
plate and spring through the wheel, with the
parts oriented as described in step 3.
Fit the tab on the tab washer into the slot
on the bicycle frame dropout.
2. Remove the axle skewer and spring. Leave
the wheel in place.
5. Place the spring and nut (removed in step 1)
on the axle skewer and tighten.
6. Rotate the quick release lever up and close
fully and tightly.

Adjusting the Shoulder Strap Height
There are three slots on the back of the seat.
These slots are used to adjust the proper height of
the shoulder straps to your child’s height. To adjust
the shoulder strap height:

Important! When not in use, fold the lip of the lap
buckle pad over the buckle opening and secure
with the Velcro™ tabs
Using the 5-point Safety Harness with One Child
WARNING
Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out. Always
properly secure the passenger with the 5-Point Safety
Harness. It may be dangerous to leave your child
unattended. Never leave your child unattended in or
near the bicycle trailer.

Use as a Stroller
Attaching the Front Wheel
Note: If the trailer is attached to the bicycle see
Removing the Trailer on page 18.
WARNING!
Do not use the stroller with inline or roller skates,
Do not run or jog when the trailer is converted to
a stroller, When using as a stroller, make sure the
tow bar is folded underneath the frame. Refer to
page 7 for how to fold the tow bar.
Using the Parking Brake
WARNING!
Avoid injury. Always engage the parking brakes
when stopping, releasing the handle or loading or
unloading children.
Note: Only use the parking brake while in the
stroller mode.
1. To set the rear brakes, push down on the red
tabs located next to each wheel using your
hand or foot. Attempt to move the rear wheels
to ensure the brakes are fully engaged.
1. Lift the front of the trailer frame up so that it
rests on its back with the nose up in the air.
2. Insert the front wheel attachment into the hole
located under the canopy latch while pushing
the lower red button.
2. To release, use your foot to pull up on the red
tabs.
3. Once you release the button you should hear
a “click” indicating that the wheel is locked
in place. Pull on the wheel to make sure it is
locked in place.
4. To remove the front wheel attachment, press
the lower red button and pull. The wheel
attachment will slide out. When the front
wheel is not being used it can be stored in the
pouch behind the canopy.

Storing the Trailer
WARNING!

Always fold or unfold the trailer slowly and with
caution. Keep children clear when folding or
unfolding the trailer.

Carefully fold the frame down. a) Stand
behind the trailer. b) Grasp the red latches
on each side of the frame and place your
thumbs on the button on each side of the
frame. c) Push on the buttons and slide the
latches upwards while pushing the handlebar
downwards with your elbows. d) Release the
latches and continue to fold the trailer until the
top folds flat to the base of the trailer.
Remove the flag and pole. Separate the flag
pole sections.
2. Remove the rear wheels. a) Find the release
lever. b) Pull the release lever and hold. c)
Remove the wheel. d) Release the lever.
3. Fold the tow bar underneath the trailer by
pulling the tow bar locking latch down and out
of the bottom latch slot.
5. Store in a dry place.

other wear parts, ordinary wear and tear, abuse,
