Solution
In GEDI you could change the column order when

the default coulumn order.

GEDI and uses this column order
when the same command is run
again.
In ASA 5.0 SP5, the export of "agent-loginId" took a
long time.
This has been optimized in this
service pack.
With this release Site Administration supports "GRIP:
SA9094 Support RLT on NI-1."
The Trunk Group Object now has a
new field "Network Call Redirection."
This field is applicable only for ISDN
type of trunks.
Sometimes when your login times out from CM, the
voice system entries are removed from ASA’s tree
view, and you are not able to access or delete the
voice system entry through ASA.
This has been fixed in this release.
In previous releases, you could rename an audio file
only if an announcement was associated to it.
Now, you can rename an audio file
even if it is not associated with an
announcement.
Generally, the "Queue?" field for the Announcement
object has values "y(es)," "n(o)," and "b(argein)."
However, the "b(argein)" value was not supported in
the Import, Export Filter and Find and Replace
wizards.
.
The new option "b(argein)" is now
available in the Find and Replace
and Import/Export wizards.
If the persist.dat file had data related to monitor
alarms, then the upgrade from 5.0 to 5.2 failed.
This has been fixed in this release
The unused Extensions wizzard does not list the
results correctly for dial ranges that start with with 0.
The wizard now lists all available
extensions correctly.
