Information on how SiriusXM Integration
Works for your Dealership
With the SiriusXM interface you can activate SiriusXM Demo Service on all of the vehicles on your lot that
are factory-equipped with SiriusXM satellite radio.

SiriusXM Demo Service includes over 140 channels, including commercial-free music, plus sports, news, talk and
entertainment

Activating the Demo Service allows you to demonstrate SiriusXM to your customers as they test-drive your vehicles.

Demo Service can be activated 48-hours after the vehicle has been placed in inventory.

The Demo Service will show your customers exactly what the trial will be like. The Demo Service will be active for 6 months and once the car is
posted as sold, then the Three Month Trial will begin.
Customers purchasing your SiriusXM factory-equipped vehicles will receive a Free 3-Month trial




The trial will begin when the vehicle is purchased and the sales transaction is entered.
The customer will drive off the lot listening – just make sure to activate SiriusXM before the equipped vehicles are
placed on your lot
Free 3-Month Trial Service also includes over 140 channels, including commercial-free music, plus sports, news, talk
and entertainment
Currently, SiriusXM does not support Hawaii, Alaska, and ALL Canadian Provinces.
WebManager or WebManager Lite


Customers who have purchased WebManager may
skip ahead to slide #13.
If you have yet to purchase WebManager, but have
an existing DeskManager subscription, continue on
to the next slide.
HOW TO ACTIVATE
SIRIUSXM INTEGRATION
WITH WEBMANAGER LITE
Step One: Open the DeskManager
Application


If the notification window opens, click the “Continue
to DeskManager” button.
If you have already enabled your WebManager
Lite website, Jumpto slide 6, otherwise continue on
to slide 7.
Step One: Open the DeskManager
Application
If you see this screen
then you must press
“Yes, Build my free web
site”.
This step is crucial.
If you do not
see this
window, and
you have not
yet enabled
WebManager
Lite on this
account, click
on the “Home”
tab in
DeskManager
interface.
Step Two: Enter WebManager Lite
Click on “Home” then click on “Configure WebManager” as seen below.

You should see the WebManager Lite dashboard appear in your browser.
Once you arrive to this page, jump to slide 11 to setup SiriusXM on WebManager!
HOW TO SET UP SIRIUSXM
ON WEBMANAGER
Step One: Log in to WebManager
If you are a WebManager Lite customer, you are already logged in at this point and
do need to log-in here. This log-in page is strictly for WebManager customers.
Step Two: Enrolling in the SiriusXM
Program

Once you are logged in hover your mouse over the
“Settings” menu.
 Then
hover your mouse over the “Inventory” sub-menu
 Click

the “SiriusXM Integration” menu item.
See example on the next slide (slide #12)
Step Three: Dealer Registration

On the SiriusXM Integration settings screen, there
will be a green button that says “DEALER
REGISTRATION”
 Click
that in order to register your dealer with SiriusXM.
Step Four: Submit Registration




Once the Dealer
Registration button is
CLICKED, a registration form
will open up.
The form will be
automatically filled out
based on the information
within your WebManager.
Once ENROLL NOW is
clicked, the FORM will be
SUBMITTED and your
dealership will be
registered.
WebManager will check
your dealership’s inventory
to determine which vehicles
are factory-equipped with
SiriusXM radios.
Check this box
Click this to enroll now
Step Four: Submit Registration

Once you click the “Enroll Now” button, you will be
given confirmation of your enrollment.
Step Five: Radio Activation
Nightly, WebManager will send your
SiriusXM factory-equipped pre-owned
inventory to SiriusXM.



Radio Activation
Prior to activating SiriusXM make sure the
radio is on and the vehicle is outside and
not in a garage
1.
Hover your mouse over the
“Inventory” menu and click on “Sirius
XM Interface” menu item
2.
Press “Activate Demo” for each
vehicle that your activating
Once you can tune to channels other than
the SiriusXM preview channel the
activation has been successful.
Step Five: Radio Activation



Keys to Successful Activation
 Prior
to activating SiriusXM make sure the vehicle is
outside and not in a garage
 Tune the radio to channel 1 for XM radios
and 184 for Sirius radios
There is a limit of 3 Radio Activation attempts that can be
requested within a 24 hour period (per vehicle). Should you
need to request any additional attempts contact SiriusXM
Dealer Support: 1-800-852-9696 for assistance.
Please allow up to 24 hours after submitting your inventory
before attempting to activate your dealership’s SiriusXM
radios.
HOW TO ACTIVATE SIRIUSXM
SATELLITE RADIO
INTEGRATION WITH
AUTOMANAGER.MOBILE
Setting up SiriusXM on
AutoManager.Mobile
In order to use AutoManager.Mobile with WebManager Lite you must set up “users” within WebManager Lite.
1.
Hover your mouse over “Settings”, then hover your mouse over “Account”, then click “Users”
2.
Click “Add New User” and fill in the details for the new user
Administrator, Managers, and Salespersons can use AutoManager.Mobile
Adding New Users

Once you click on “Users” you must fill out the user
information and assign a role.
Preparation for AutoManager.Mobile

You must first download the AutoManager.Mobile
application on your tablet or smartphone.
 Currently,
AutoManager.Mobile is supported by all
Android and iOS devices.
 To download, visit the Google Play store if you have an
Android or the App Store if you have an iOS device.
Step One: Open AutoManager.Mobile
Application


Launch the
AutoManager.Mobile
App on your tablet or
smart phone.
The Sign-In Page will
show up.
Step One: Open AutoManager.Mobile
Application
Enter your Client ID, User Name,
and Password.
If you want to avoid typing your
information in, check the
“Remember Me” box.
Step Two: Search Your Inventory

Once you entered your log-in
information, press
“Search Make & Models”
Step Three: Select Vehicles from
Inventory

After you enter your Inventory list,
choose the vehicles which you want
to activate with SiriusXM.
Step Four: Activate SiriusXM
Each vehicle that is equipped will have “Activate
SiriusXM” displayed.
Key to Successful Activation
 Prior to activating SiriusXM make sure the vehicle
is outside and not in a garage
 Tune the radio to channel 1 for XM radios
and 184 for Sirius radios
 Select “Activate SiriusXM”
Once you can tune to channels other than the preview
channel the activation has been successful.
