• Hypro’s Cleanload™ is a self-contained eduction system that allows the
operator to mix liquid and dry chemicals safely and quickly.
• Safety - all crop protection chemistry is mixed at ground level. Cleanload™
eliminates the need for operators to climb on and around machines while
handling expensive and dangerous chemicals. Operator exposure to slips,
trips and falls is reduced. Chemical spill potential is reduced, minimizing
operator and environmental exposure.
• 7 gallon hopper provides capacity for two standard liquid containers or one
25 lb. bag of most dry chemicals.
• Suction lance allows the operator to educt bulk liquid and dry chemicals
(wettable powders, dry flowables and water-dispersible granules) from large
containers without secondary handling.
• Stainless steel venturi provides highest eduction rate and durability against
all chemicals.

and the unique VisiFlo display on the 844E helps you select the right
TeeJet® tip for your application. Once spraying begins, the large
display shows application rate, volume sprayed, system pressure,

allows the operator to increase or decrease the target application rate
temporarily. It has an aluminum console housing with sealed computer

Hypro® Centrifugal Pump with Hydraulic Motor
The Hypro® centrifugal pump is made of pressure tested epoxy coated cast iron housing with a closed-type, molded nylon impeller
mounted on a hardened stainless steel shaft. The epoxy coating on the housing provides for superior internal chemical and abrasion
resistance for longer pump life, as well as extra protection of the external surface of the pump. 180 PSI maximum spraying pressure.

FLOODJET® TIPS AND NOZZLES
TK & TKVS
Floodjet Tip
FloodJet® tips and nozzles project a wide angle spray pattern.
They are designed for incorporating herbicides into the soil.
These tips are recommended for suspension and slurry type
chemicals at lower spraying pressures. Floodjet® tips produce
coarser particle sprays to minimize drift. Boom heights
should be adjusted to obtain the overlap which provides the
most uniform distribution. Optimum coverage is achieved by
overlapping adjacent spray patterns 50% on each side to obtain double coverage. TK floodjet® tips are available in brass
or stainless steel with VisiFlo color coding. KSS floodjet® nozzles are available in stainless steel.
Fits into 07790 cap assembly.

fertilizers and other chemicals. Each tip produces a tapered edge spray pattern
for uniform coverage where patterns overlap. Tips having an
80 degree spray pattern are available in brass, stainless steel, extended range
color coded nylon with stainless steel orifice. Nozzle spacing is 20" and spray
height is 17" to 19".
Fits into 07787, 07788 or 07789 cap assemblies.

BoomJet® Boomless Nozzles with Extra wide Flat Spray Projection
The 5880 BoomJet® Nozzle combines two off-center tips and three VeeJet nozzles to produce
an overall wide swath flat spray. Nozzle assembly provides a good distribution for the wide pattern
coverage obtained. Supplied with one
additional 1/4" NPT pipe plug and one
blank tip for setting BoomJet® to spray
to one side only. Type 5880 also has a
1
/4" NPT pressure gauge port. 3/4" NPT
inlet.

Measuring Travel Speed
Measure a test course in the area to be sprayed or in an area with similar
surface conditions. Minimum lengths of 100 and 200 feet are recommended for measuring speeds up to 5 and 10 mph respectively. Determine the time required to travel the test course. To help ensure accuracy,
conduct the speed check with a loaded sprayer and select the engine
throttle setting and gear that will be used when spraying. Repeat the above
