To change the time, press and hold the START button for 2 seconds, then press the CAR FINDER button. The time clock will start to blink, then use the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons to adjust the time. Once you have set the time, press the START button again to exit programming mode.

The Valet Mode disables remote starting and bypasses the starter-disable circuit (if installed). To enter Valet Mode, turn the vehicle ignition key to the on position, press and hold the button on the windshield antenna for 5 seconds, and then turn the ignition key to the off position.

The Timer Start Mode allows you to start your vehicle automatically at preset intervals over a 24-hour time period. To set the Timer Start Mode, press and release the CAR FINDER button, then press and hold the START button for about 3 seconds until the timer indicator on the transmitter comes on. Within 5 seconds, select your start interval by pressing one of the 3 buttons on the transmitter. The vehicle will start every (your selection) hours for a period of 24 hours.
