Alternating/Multi-Pattern Head Light Flasher
Please refer to the specific flasher’s installation instructions for proper wiring and these kit instructions for the proper use of connectors.
MOUNTING: Find a convenient location for the flasher and mount using the two #10 tap screws.
YELLOW WIRE: Locate the wire that provides power to the high-beam bulb for the passenger side headlight and cut it.
Use a blue butt connector to attach the flasher’s low wire to the cut high-beam lead that returns to the passenger side high-beam.
BLUE WIRE: Use a blue butt connector to attach the flasher’s blue wire to the other cut high-beam lead. This will feed back to the driver’s side high-beam.
GREEN WIRE: Connect the small ring terminal to the Traffic Flasher’s green wire and connect to a convenient, reliable ground.
RED WIRE : Connect one end of the extra red wire to the flasher’s red wire using a blue butt connector. Route the other end of the extra red wire to the Control Switch and cut to length.
CONTROL SWITCH: (see diagram & instructions below.)
WHITE WIRE : Connect one end of the in-line fuse to the flasher’s white wire using a blue butt connector. Connect one end of the extra white wire to the other end of the in-line fuse using a blue butt connector. Attach the large ring terminal to the remaining end of the extra white wire. DO NOT connect the ring terminal to the battery yet.
BLACK WIRE (Optional): If Automatic Nighttime Cutoff is needed, connect he Traffic Flasher’s black wire to a parking light wire using a blue Scotch-lock connector. Otherwise, cutoff excess wire and tape up.
Carefully connect the large ring terminal to the positive post on the battery.
Modulating Head Light Flasher
Please refer to the specific flasher’s installation instructions for proper wiring and these kit instructions for the proper use of connectors.
MOUNTING: Find a convenient location for the flasher and mount using the two #10 tap screws.
WHITE WIRES: Use a blue Scotch-lock connector to “T” or tap one of the flasher’s white wires to the driver’s side high-beam headlight wire.
Connect one end of the in-line fuse to the flasher’s other white wire using a blue butt connector. Connect one end of the
extra white wire to the other end of the in-line fuse using a blue butt connector. Attach the large ring terminal to the remaining end of the extra white wire. DO NOT connect the ring terminal to the battery yet.
GREEN WIRE: Connect the small ring terminal to the flasher’s green wire and connect to a convenient ground.
RED WIRE: Connect one end of the extra red wire to the flasher’s red wire using a blue butt connector. Route the other end of the extra red wire to the Control Switch and cut to length.
CONTROL SWITCH: (see diagram & instructions below.)
Carefully connect the large ring terminal to the positive post on the battery.
Head Light Flasher Switch Installation Control Switch
Terminal 2: Connect the red wire from the flasher to the middle terminal of the Control Switch (as shown in the diagram) using Ground a female terminal (supplied).
Terminal 3: Attach a female terminal to an extra piece of red wire To red wire
(supplied) and connect it to the top terminal of the Control Switch. of flasher
Attach a small ring terminal (supplied) to the other end of the wire and connect to a convenient ground.
Terminal 1: Attach a female terminal to an extra piece of red wire
(supplied) and connect it to the bottom terminal of the Control To +12V/DC
Switch. Then connect the other end of the wire to a convenient source of +12 volt power. (Rear View)

Alternating Tail Light Flasher
Please refer to the specific flasher’s installation instructions for proper wiring and these kit instructions for the proper use of connectors.
MOUNTING: Find a convenient location for the flasher and mount using the two #10 tap screws.
BLUE & ORANGE WIRE: Use blue butt connectors to attach the flasher’s blue and orange wires to the vehicle’s brake wire (see wiring diagram on instruction sheet).
YELLOW & PINK WIRE: Use blue butt connector to attach the flasher’s yellow and pink wires to the vehicle’s brake wire (see wiring diagram on instruction sheet).
GREEN WIRE: Connect the small ring terminal to the flasher’s green wire and connect to a convenient, reliable ground.
RED WIRE: Use a blue Scotch-lock connector to “T” or tap the flasher’s red wire to the vehicle’s back-up light wire.
WHITE WIRE: Attach one end of the extra red wire to the flasher’s white wire using the blue butt connector. Route the other end of the extra red wire to the Control Switch and cut to length.
CONTROL SWITCH: Attach a female terminal to the end of the extra red wire coming from the flasher and connect it to the middle terminal of the Control Switch as shown below.
Attach a female terminal to one end of another piece of the extra red wire and a small ring terminal on the other end.
Connect the female terminal of this wire to the top terminal of the Control Switch and the ring terminal to ground.
Attach a large ring terminal to one end of the in-line fuse. Connect the other end of the in-line fuse to the remaining extra red wire using a blue butt connector. Attach a female terminal to the other end of the red wire and connect it to the bottom terminal of the Control Switch.
Carefully connect the large ring terminal to the positive post on the battery.
