StoneLock Devices are managed through the StoneLock Device screen. This screen provides the functionality to define, setup and manage the network communication with a StoneLock device and to manage the Users, Schedules and Permissions for that Device.

Section 4.1 – Managing StoneLock Folders

Before StoneLock devices can be managed (added, modified, deleted etc.) a folder must be created in the C•CURE 9000 hardware tree where the devices can be listed.

1. In the main screen of the C•CURE 9000 Administration Workstation, click on the “Hardware” bar on the left side of the screen, select the “Hardware Tree” at the top. Right click on the word “Hardware” in the tree, left click on “StoneLock Folder”, and left click on “New”.

3. Click on the “…” tab on the StoneLock Door dropdown.

4. Select the StoneLock device that will be controlling the door.

5. Click “Save and Close” to exit.

Section 4.3 – Adding StoneLock Devices

Adding StoneLock Devices to the C•CURE 9000 hardware tree is necessary before any communication with a StoneLock Device can occur and before any user, schedule or permission can be moved to a device. Additions, changes or deletions to users, schedules or clearances on a device require that a connection is established with that device using the “General” tab on the StoneLock Device screen and synchronizing the device with the database information.

1. Left click on the folder in the hardware tree created for StoneLock Controller. Right Click on the folder to display a second menu. In the displayed menu, left click on “StoneLock Device” then left click on “New” to open the StoneLock Device Screen.
