Specifications
Available in compact 1/32 and 1/16 DIN panel sizes, the 2100 series uses
advanced PID algorithms to give stable ‘straight line’ temperature control.
Self tuning is included to optimise the control performance without the
need for specialist knowledge or training.
Dimensions:
A universal input allows selection of nine internally stored
thermocouple types and the Pt100 resistance thermometer. Other input
linearisations may be factory downloaded. Linear inputs can be scaled to
the desired display range.
PID or On/Off
Two outputs are configurable for heating, cooling or alarms.
Operating ambient:
Three internal alarm setpoints are provided, configurable as high, low
or deviation alarms. Alarms can be ‘blocked’ on start-up to prevent
unnecessary operator alerts.
0-55°C, 0-90%RH non-condensing
Heater failure can be detected when the controller is used with a TE10S
Solid State Relay.
Pt100. 4-20mA linear. Custom input
Tactile buttons ensure positive operation.

Specifications
Available in 1/16, 1/8 and 1/4 DIN panel sizes the 2200e series are configurable
for PID, On/off or motorised valve control - satisfying both electrical and gas
heating applications. Self-tuning is included to optimise control performance.
Dimensions:
Modular heating and cooling outputs are provided, as well as a choice of
one or two alarm relay outputs. The 1/8 and 1/4 DIN units have two digital
inputs to select auto/manual transfer, standby mode, second setpoint or alarm
acknowledge. The 1/4 DIN model 2204e has an additional 10 amp high current
output option.

Digital communications with industry standard protocols including
Modbus® and DeviceNet® are available for easy connection to supervisory
control and data logging systems.
Operating ambient:
Simple heat treatment profiles can be programmed using the internal ramp
generator and dwell timer.

Specifications
The 2416 is a high stability controller with a wide range of options.
Either PID, On/off or motorised valve control can be configured satisfying both electrical and gas heating applications. Dual PID
settings and advanced tuning algorithms optimise control performance.
Plug-in modules provide outputs for heating, cooling and analogue
retransmission as well as logic telemetry.
Four setpoint programs can be stored with 16 ramp-dwell segments
and three event outputs per program.
High speed digital communications with industry standard protocols
allowing easy connection to supervisory control and data logging
systems.
Abolish ammeters by using Eurotherm’s advanced load current
monitoring facility. Heater current may be displayed and also open or

Multi-zone programming can be implemented using ‘PDS’ retransmission to deliver a master setpoint to up to three slave controllers with
holdback from any slave if the temperature deviates from the setpoint
by more than a set value.

Specifications
Available in 1/8 and 1/4 DIN panel sizes , the 2408 and 2404 are high
stability controllers with an extensive range of options. Either PID, on/off
or motorised valve control can be configured, satisfying both electrical and
gas heating applications. Advanced adaptive tuning algorithms optimise
control performance.
The controllers accept a range of plug-in modules for heating, cooling,
analogue retransmission, second process value input and remote setpoint.
High speed Modbus, PROFIBUS, DeviceNet and ASCII communications
provide easy connection to PLCs, supervisory control and data logging
systems.
20 setpoint programs can be stored with 16 ramp-dwell segments and eight
event outputs.
Abolish ammeters by using Eurotherm’s advanced load current
monitoring facility. Heater current may be displayed and also open or short
circuit faults detected.- See page 3-37 for more information.

Specifications
2604 and 2704 are High Stability temperature and process controllers.
The 2604 has a dual 5 digit display and a 2 line LCD panel. The 2704 has a
high visibility graphical user interface, enabling many advanced
features including PV/SP trending. Both units are available in a single,
dual or triple loop format.
A setpoint programming option is available allowing storage of up to 50
programs, each program can profile up to three setpoints.
Using internal Toolkit Blocks, customised user configurations and
special machine controllers can be created.
2604 and 2704 have fixed and modular IO and can use the 2000IO
(see page 1-23) expansion unit to provide further input and output
connections. - See page 3-37 for more information.

General notes:
1. Loop 1 defaults to main PV input on
microboard. Loop 2 and 3 PV inputs must
be fitted in I/O slots 3 or 6, or be assigned
to the analogue input.
2. Alarm configuration refers to loop alarms.
One selection is allowed per loop.
