FIAT PUNTO MOD.99 - 2003
ALARM LOCATION MODULAR ALARM to be fitted on the left under the steering-wheel
behind the fuse box (see introductory notes).
COMPACT ALARM to be fitted on the shock absorber support-driver’s
side (see introductory notes).
DIRECTION
INDICATORS
Connect to the PINK (pos.n°13) and PINK/WHITE (pos.n°12) wires in the
40-pole black connector on the front in the fuse box.
FOR SPORTING MODEL
Separated controls for every optic group, connect to: PINK/WHITE (left
side) wire (pos.No. 2), PINK/WHITE (rear left) wire (pos.No.12), PINK
(right side) wire (pos.No. 13), PINK (rear right) wire (pos. No.3) in the 40
poles black connector placed in front of the fuse box and PINK (front left)
wire (pos. No. 39), PINK/WHITE (frontr right) wire (pos. No.38) in the 40
poles blue connector in front of the fuse box (for the connections follow
diagram No. 22)
ENGINE
IMMOBILIZATION
As the car has an originally fitted transponder-controlled IMMOBILIZER,
engine immobilization occurs automatically on removing the ignition key.
It is however necessary to connect the alarm inhibition wire (green or red/
green) to an ignition run supply (+15).
DOOR PUSHBUTTON
Connect to the BROWN/GREEN (pos:n°8 front left), BROWN/GREY
(pos.n°25 front right),VIOLET/WHITE (pos.n°16 rear left), VIOLET/
LIGHT-BLUE (pos.n°26- rear right) wires in the 40-pole black connector
on the front in the fuse box (for the connection follow diagram N°34).
BONNET PUSHBUTTON
Fit a push-button over the front headlight near the rubber buffer.
BOOT PUSHBUTTON
Connect to the GREY/BLACK (pos.n°36) wire in the 40-pole black
connector on the front in the fuse box (for the connection follow diagram N
°34).

ELECTRIC
WINDOWS
Negative polarity system of the motors.
Left window lift: cut the WHITE/RED (positive when rising) and VIOLET/
YELLOW wires.
Right window lift: cut the VIOLET/BLACK (positive when rising) and
VIOLET/WHITE wires, connections to be done to the 8-pole connector on
the electric window push-buttons.
Connection to a radio-controlled alarm
(originally fitted)
Connection to a radio-controlled alarm.
CENTRAL LOCKING Negative controls. Follow diagram D.
Connect the alarm closing wire (ON) to the WHITE/GREEN (pos.n°34)
wire and the opening wire (OFF) to the LIGHT-BLUE/VIOLET (pos.n°24)
wire in the 40-pole black connector on the front in the fuse box.
FOR SPORTING MODEL
Negative controls. N.B: program the closing time: 1.5 sec.
Connect the alarm closing wire (ON) to the WHITE/GREEN (pos.n°34)
wire and the opening wire (OFF) to the LIGHT-BLUE/VIOLET (pos.n°24)
wire in the 40-pole black connector on the front in the fuse box.

Connection to an alarm which can be armed by the car’s original transmitter
ARMED ALARM
Yellow/Blue
Green/Blue
White/Blue
Yellow/Red
Connect to the GREY wire in the wiring harness coming out of the doordriver's side
Connect to the YELLOW wire in the wiring harness coming out of the
door-driver's side
Connect to the WHITE/GREEN (pos.n°34) wire in the 40-pole black
connector on the front in the fuse box
Connect to the WHITE/BLACK (pos.n°35) wire in the 40-pole black
connector on the front in the fuse box
