Tororainsensor
Toro Irrigation
RainSensor Series
Residential and Commercial Rain Sensor Series.
For all irrigation applications, the Toro RainSensor
automatically shuts off water when it rains. Coupled
with the water saving features offered on Toro controllers,
the RainSensor takes total water management a step
further. They are compatible with almost any irrigation
controller on the market.
The Toro RainSensor Family consists of the:
TWRS-I – Toro Wireless RainSensor
TWRFS-I – Toro Wireless Rain/Freeze Sensor
TRS – Toro Wired RainSensor
TWRS-I – Toro Wireless RainSensor
Simple mounting with side snap-on cover for
added protection.
Multi-functional receiver.
Only rain sensor with a large LCD readout, displaying
signal strength, temperature (freeze sensor only), remaining
battery life, selectable water conservation levels and more.
Three selectable water conservation modes, low, medium
and high (to delay resumption of irrigation) and also user
settable rain sensitivity. This offers flexibility based on sensor
location, soil type, sun exposure, etc.
Smart Bypass™ allows for system override at any time
and switches back on automatically.
Fail-safe mode. If no communication after 24 hours,
icon will flash.

Extended 152 m range.
1 – 5 day rain delay.
Extended 3-year warranty.
Visual sensor status and alert indicators verify
consistent operation.
Suits new systems and can be retro-fitted
to all existing systems without cable.
Proven hygroscopic disk operation.
