Verona offers the “good life” to its residents
Like many residents at Verona, Judy
Marturano had had enough of caring for
her large lawn, shoveling snow and caring
for a big house. She wanted a simpler
lifestyle, in a comfortable home, and she
found it when she moved to Verona in
November 2014.
“I was an empty nester, shoveling a
double driveway and part of a cul-de-sac!”
exclaimed Judy, age 68, who purchased a
1,350 square foot, two bedroom condo in

Mike and Linda Mabry, both age 53,

nice neighborhood.”
