NU-GM51
Navigation Unlock Interface for GM Vehicles
equipped with the MyLink/CUE Audio System
Introduction & Features
The NU-GM51 is a Navigation Unlock interface that allows the factory navigation and Bluetooth
features of your 8” MyLink/CUE Radio to be used by the passenger at anytime.
Important Notes
1. Vehicle must be in the OFF position when disconnecting the radio brain and installing the NU-GM51 harness/module.
2. When installing the NU-GM51 into the ATS or the CTS Sedan it will require you do disconnect the HVAC module. This is a
small black module with 4 connectors found in the passenger kick panel. Please be sure the vehicle is off when disconnecting
this module and make sure that when reconnecting, the Brown connector is connected LAST. Failure to connect the Brown
connector last will trigger a DTC and put the A/C into limp mode. A trip to the dealership to have it reset will be needed in the
event these instructions are not followed.
3. The NU-GM51 Activation menu will not be displayed when the OnStar is being used.
