PROGRAM OVERVIEW & BENEFITS
The NEW Toshiba Aftermarket Growth / TAG Program is available to authorized Toshiba Dealers
and is designed as a partnership program to increase your profit margins by using only genuine Toshiba
parts and supplies. Participating dealers will be given an aftermarket revenue target baseline and will be
rewarded for meeting and exceeding that target during the specified contract period.
As a TAG Program participant you will receive the following benefits:
Make a “Commitment to Excellence” by using only Genuine Supplies and Parts and guarantee
that your customers will be getting world-class quality output, superior performance and the
highest possible uptime.
Qualify to participate in Toshiba’s Total Quality Commitment Program with 100% commitment
to Genuine Supplies and Parts.
Satisfy one of the mandatory requirements for enrollment in Toshiba’s Summit Pricing
Program which grants participating dealers discounted pricing on Toshiba machines and
accessories (please refer to Summit Pricing Program’s terms and conditions.)
Receive discounted pricing from Toshiba on the consumable supplies listed on our “Express
Supply” Price List commensurate with your purchase agreement level
Receive discounted pricing from Toshiba on your most commonly used PM and consumable parts
listed on our “Select Parts Plus” Price List commensurate with your purchase agreement level
In addition to receiving discounted supply and parts pricing on consumable items,
active dealers participating in the TAG Program are also eligible to participate in:
1) Toshiba’s NEW Aftermarket Growth Bonus Program that offers qualifying
dealers a quarterly credit on Copier Toner plus the addition now of Key
Consumable Parts (separate terms and conditions apply.)
2) “TAG Program Dealers only” special promotions when available
3) Toshiba’s Aftermarket Discount Program for support to secure new
and incremental business with bids/major account opportunities.
Also, dealers who are active participants in Toshiba’s ProMasters Program will receive an
additional discounted level of pricing on select parts. ProMasters pricing is only available to
active ProMasters dealers who are in compliance during the current TAG Program period.

To participate in the Toshiba Aftermarket Growth / TAG Program:

Dealers agree to use only genuine Toshiba supplies and parts purchased directly from Toshiba
America Business Solutions, Inc. in their respective Toshiba branded equipment including, but not
limited to copiers, fax machines, MFP and printers. Dealers’ program participation status will be
shared with Toshiba’s Technical Service and Summit Program departments.
Dealers must meet the requirements as stated in the Toshiba dealer agreement regarding the sale of
supplies and parts.
In accordance with TABS authorized dealer contract, dealers may not engage in the wholesaling of
Toshiba supplies and/or parts.
The TAG Program establishes an aftermarket revenue target baseline and Dealers agree to meet or
exceed their aftermarket revenue target baseline during the agreement period.
Dealers who do not meet their aftermarket revenue target may be excluded from participation for the
following contract period, and will not qualify for the Summit Pricing Program.
Discounted level of pricing assigned to dealers is by each consumable category and is determined
based on dealer’s total purchase volume of supplies and parts.
Dealers with purchases of at least $500,000 in copier supplies and/or parts during the previous fiscal
half / program period will qualify for Level II toner pricing, and Level V developer pricing during
this program period.
Dealers actively participating in Toshiba’s ProMasters Program qualify for special ProMasters
Pricing on select copier parts which include: drums, heat rollers, silicon rollers, blades, and PM kits.
Dealers will revert to appropriate level of pricing if disqualified from the ProMasters Program.
Aftermarket Revenue Target Baseline CALCULATIONS
The aftermarket revenue target baseline is calculated based on each dealer’s historical revenue
purchases of copier toner and the following key consumable parts categories (drums, blades , heat
rollers, silicon rollers, PM kits).

Toshiba is pleased to announce this new TAG Bonus Program with a more aggressive and greater bonus credit
opportunity. This program is available to all Toshiba dealers who are active participants in the TAG Program.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The TAG Bonus Program is part of Toshiba’s commitment to providing our dealers a competitive edge in our
fast-paced and dynamic marketplace.
With the TAG Bonus Program, Toshiba offers qualifying dealers a growth bonus credit based on all copier toner
and NOW also includes key consumable parts which include the following categories:

Heat Rollers
Silicon Rollers
PM kits
The TAG Bonus Program also offers a two-part incentive with an even greater savings and incentive for growth.

In return, dealers are afforded the opportunity to provide a lower cost-per-copy to their customers. Toshiba genuine,
OEM toners and parts are manufactured with superior quality and the highest standards for assured optimum copy
quality and yield rate.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This program is available only to active dealers who remain in compliance with the TAG Program, and the
Supply Sales section of EID Policies and Procedures Manual.
2. Dealer’s account will receive Growth Bonus credits based on the following qualifications:

3. Dealer’s account will be credited with a 2% rebate payout of the baseline which consists of all toners plus the
following key consumable parts categories: Drums, Blades, Heat Rollers, Silicon Rollers, PM kits.

For the first quarter (Jan. 1 – Mar. 31) of the program when a dealer meets or exceeds 25% of its assigned baseline.
For the second quarter (Apr. 1 – June 30) of the program when a dealer meets or exceeds 50% of its assigned baseline.
For the third quarter (Jul. 1 – Sept. 30) of the program when a dealer meets or exceeds 75% of it assigned baseline.
For the fourth quarter (Oct. 1 – Dec. 31) of the program when a dealer meets or exceeds 100% of its assigned baseline.
Note:
* For the first half (Jan. 1 – June 30) of the program, Growth Bonus credits will be paid from 50% – 62.5%.
* For the second half (July 1 – Dec. 31) of the program, Growth Bonus credits will be paid up to a maximum of 125% of Dealer’s Baseline only.
