User Manual
Please read this manual carefully before installation and use of this unit

1. Product Profile
The product is a metal cased, anti-vandal, 1000 users standalone controller, with built-in proximity card
reader module and keypad. It is ideal for high traffic and extremely harsh environments, the unit is fully sealed,
epoxy filled and has advanced programming options as well as flexible operation models. The unit accepts up
to 1200 users and provides entry via the user of proximity cards and/or PIN codes.
The proudct has strong functions and advantages such as low power consumption, keypad with blue
backlighting, independent passwords, standard prox + PIN code keypad wiegand output, the output short circuit
protection, Tamp alarm , exit button, the doorbell interface, etc. ,which is widely used at home, office, residential
area and other public places.

B) Standard alone secure controller:
Controller is with an external wiegand26 reader input interface, So unit can be installed inside with an
external proximity card reader or keypad installed outside of the region to make controller system much
securer.
C) Keypad + Prox reader
Unit is with standard wiegand output interface, So it works as a standard keypad + Prox. reader . Once
card is detected, the card number will be sent via wiegand interface, Once any key is pressed, the key
value will be sent via wiegand interface
D) Tamp and bell function
Tamp alarm: when unit is installed well, the optical tamp CDS is in high resistance status and the Tamp
output (Pink wire) is in high level, when tamp alarm is active, unit will sound alarm beep and Tamp output
(pink wire) will go to low level as notification,
Bell key: when Bell key is pressed, the bell output wire (orange wire) will output a lower pulse, to active
door bell sound

4. Administrator operation
Reset to factory default settings:
Power off the unit, open back cover, Insert a jumper onto RESET socket of the unit, Power on the unit again,

The unit will sound 1 beep, means unit is reset to factory default setting .
2)
Unit LED of RED/GREEN now will be flashing alternately, means waiting for user to enroll master ADD
and master DELete card. At this moment, user may present two cards to the unit, the first card is
master add and the 2
nd
card is master delete card. ( if don’t need master card function, no need to
enroll cards, system will automatically quit after 6 seconds)
Note: restoring factory Settings will not delete any user‘s data, it will only change the administrator
password to “000000”
Enter programming mode:

(administrator password is 6 digitals)
Unit sounds one beep, and LED turns GREEN, means unit is in programming mode
If unit sounds three beeps with LED keeping RED, it means password is wrongly entered, and unit stay in
working mode
Default administrator password is: 000000

Exit from programming mode:
1) In programming mode, Press

, unit will exit from programming mode immediately
2) or Within 6 seconds, if no any key is pressed, unit will be back to working mode automatically
Note:
In operation below, Unit sounds 1 beep means operation is successful
Unit sounds 3 beeps, means operation fails
When key is pressed, blue backlight LED will be actived, and it will be off if no key is pressed in
6 seconds
4.1 Modify administrator password:

Unit sounds 1 beep, LED in RED, means new password is saved and unit back to working mode
Unit sounds 3 beeps, LED in RED, means new password is not accepted, unit is in working mode
4.2 Add user:
4.2.1 Enroll card with user number:

Present card which needs to add
unit sounds 1 beep, LED goes to green, means card is enrolled correctly
(user number is 3 digitals from 001 to 999)
repeat above steps to enroll more cards
4.2.2 Enroll pin code with user number:

user number , unit sounds 1 time, input 6 digitals PIN code
unit sounds 1 beep, LED goes to green, means PIN code is enroll correct
(user number is 3 digitals from 001 to 999)
repeat above steps to enroll more PIN codes
4.2.3 Enroll cards by master add card (without user number):
unit in working mode, Present master ADD card to unit, LED flashes green,
Present card 1

Present card 2 ,
Present card 3
……Present master ADD card
Unit sounds 1 beep and back to working mode.
4.3 Delete user
4.3.1 Delete user by card

deleted successful, unit return to programming mode
Repeat above step to delete more cards.

4.3.2 Delete user by user number

Repeat above steps to delete more users
4.3.3 Delete user by input card number (when user card is lost, easy to delete )

, unit sounds 1 beep means user is deleted successful, unit returns to
programming mode. (8 digitals card number is in wiegand26 format, for example: 101,34567)
Repeat above steps to delete more cards
4.3.4 Delete cards by master delete card:
unit in working mode, Present master DELETE card to unit, LED flashes green,
card 1 , Present card 2
, Present card 3

…… Present master DELETE card
Unit sounds 1 beep and back to working mode.
4.4 Delete all user
4.4.1 Delete all user by keypad

4.4.2 Delete all user by master card

Change Door release time and enable/disable alarm function:

3 digitals , unit sounds 1 beep means new time setting is saved,
unit return to working mode.
Note, first 2 bits are for door release delay time(from 1-25 seconds)
and the last bit is for enable/disable alarm, (0 is disable and 1 is enable alarm function.)
Example, 051, means door release time is 5 seconds and alarm function is enabled.

6 Installation and wiring diagram
6.1 Installation method
6.1.1 Drill hole according to the template, then fix rear cover with screws (Figure 1)

6.1.2 Put the lead wire from back cover and connect the cables
6.1.3 Install the front cover onto the back cover and tighten the screws to mount the front cover to back cover.

line tubes carefully so as to prevent them from being broken or other unnecessary troubles ; please wear safe
glasses when drilling or fixing the line clip.
* If product upgrades in the future, specifications may differ from the current without notice.
