. Your Air Magnetic Rower is for indoor use only
and should not be used or stored in damp areas.
Wipe all perspiration from your Air Magnetic
Rower after each use.
. The Air Magnetic Rower should be dusted and
cleaned on a regular basis to stop build-up of dust.
Use Windex or an alcohol-based cleaner on a
clean cloth on a regular basis. Do not use any
abrasive cleaners, as this will damage the surface.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Before starting the folding procedure roll the seat
Forward to the Front Seat Stop. Loosen the
clamp knob and pull the knob down to release the
lock pin. Slowly lift the monorail to the fully folded
position. You will hear the lock pin engage. For
safety reasons remember to tighten the clamp
knob. You should also fold the monitor down to
avoid the chance of damage.

SETTING UP YOUR ROWER
Getting on Safely
Getting on safely is a simple procedure. Just be careful that
the SEAT is directly underneath you before sitting down.
1) Straddle the ALUMINUM BEAM .
2) Correctly position the SEAT beneath you.
3) Sit down taking care that the SEAT has not moved.

Air Vent Adjustment
Handle Bar Holder
The COMPUTER and COMPUTER ARM are designed to
rotate and pivot giving you full adjustment to almost any height
and angle.
The Dual Mode Rower flywheel fan generates an air flow that
can be directed with the adjustable air vents.
When you have finished your workout remember to store the
HANDLE BAR into the HANDLE BAR HOLDER.
NOTE: For safety reasons, whilst exercising avoid the DRIVE
STRAP touching the COMPUTER .
Rotate the AIR VENT CONTROL KNOB to adjust the air flow
direction. To stop all air flow, rotate fully down.

1) Hold the COMPUTER with both hands as shown in the
diagram above. Rotate and pivot the COMPUTER to the
desired height and angle.
NB For safety reasons, avoid the DRIVE STRAP touching the
COMPUTER .

1) Rotate the AIR VENT CONTROL KNOB to adjust the air
flow direction.
2) To stop all air flow. Rotate the AIR VENT CONTROL
KNOB fully down.
1) When you have finished your workout place the HANDLE
BAR into the HANDLE BAR HOLDER as shown in the
diagrams above.

Transportation and Storage
Releasing the FOOT STRAP is made easy with the quick
release tab.
Folding the Dual Mode Rower is the reverse of the unfolding
procedure.
The Dual Mode Rower is fitted with TRANSPORTATION
WHEELS making it fairly simple for one person to move it by
themselves.
WARNING: When unfolding and folding the Dual Mode
Rower to avoid serious injury keep finger and hands away
from folding hinge points.

tighten firmly.
1) Lift the FOOT STRAP BUCKLE RELEASE TAB with your
thumb as shown in the diagrams above.
1) With the Dual Mode Rower in the flat position, rotate the
CLAMP KNOB anticlockwise five to seven turns.
2) With the first person holding the ALUMINUM BEAM the
second person pulls the CLAMP KNOB down releasing
the safety lock allowing the ALUMINUM BEAM to be
rotated up.
3) With the Dual Mode Rower in the folded position, rotate
the CLAMP KNOB clockwise and tighten firmly.
1) Position yourself as shown in diagram 1. Hold onto the
rowing machine with both hands. Using your body weight,
slowly tip the Rower towards the front whilst at the same
time move around to the front of the machine to support
the weight.
2) Once balanced wheeling the machine is made easy with
the special Soft PVC Tires on the Wheels to protect your
floors & carpet.
3) When resting the Rower to the floor follow the reverse of
step one (as shown in diagram 1) .

At the finish, the user, instead of pulling the handle to the body,
pulls themselves forward to the handle.
The user’s elbows are sticking out from the body at the finish
and the handle is at chest level.
At the end of the stroke the user locks the knees making the
legs straight.

At the finish the user leans back slightly, holds the legs down
and draws the handle to the body using the upper body as a
firm platform.
Draw the handle to the body. The wrists are flat and the elbows
pass close to the body. Elbows extend behind the body as the
handle is drawn to the waist.
Always keep the legs slightly bend in the fully extended
position..do not lock the knees.

The manufacturer warrants that its products are free of defects in workmanship and materials,
and will repair or replace defective parts, free of charge, for a period of one year from the date
of purchase.
This warranty is valid only in accordance with the following conditions:
1. This warranty applies to the DUAL MODE ROWER product only while the products remain in
the possession of the original purchaser and proof of purchase is demonstrated.
2. This warranty applies to residential use only (unless specifically stated by the manufacturer
to be warranted for institutional use) and is void when used in a non-residential
environment.
3. This warranty excludes misuse, abuse, alteration, improper service, or non DUAL MODE
ROWER product modifications.
4. This warranty is in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied, and/or all other obligations or
liabilities on the part of the manufacturer, and we neither assume nor authorize any person
to assume for us any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale of this product,
Under no circum-stances shall the manufacturer be liable by virtue of this warranty or
otherwise for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any special , indirect,
incidental, secondary or consequential damage of any nature whatsoever arising out of the
use or inability to use this product.
