Colour Control
Colour Control is an application for colour multifunction systems, allowing companies to regulate
access to colour features and control the cost of colour documents. After installing the
application, the multi-function system reports with an additional display. In the event that the
customer wishes to use a colour function, he is prompted for a cost centre.
The administrator of the cost centres can determine exactly if and to what extent the customer
may use the colour features on the device. If customers want to use only b/w functions, the
entry of a cost centre is dispensed with, since the b/w functionality is enabled for everyone. In
this way, access and cost of colour functions can be very simple and easy to control.

SIMS Document Management Server Assistant
SIMS is the key source of information on your pupils and staff. However, storing paper
based documents against that information can be time consuming, particularly if you have
a large amount of information to store.
The SIMS Document Management Server Assistant (SIMS DMSA) has been designed to
make getting those documents into and out of SIMS simple and cost effective.
Scan
The processing of scanning using the SIMS DMSA is extremely simple.
Using SIMS DMSA, produce cover sheets for each pupil or staff member you wish to scan against. You
can store notes and comments when creating the cover sheet.
Place the cover sheet on at the front of a batch of documents
Scan the documents to a folder on the server using your copier or scanner
The documents will be loaded into SIMS with the details previously entered.
Search
Finding documents using the SIMS DMSA is extremely staright forward. All documents are
indexed using the comment and notes fields. Simply enter your search word or words into the
search dialog, then the DMSA will return all matching documents.

UTAX – Mobile Print App
TA/UTAX Mobile Print is an application (app) for iOS and Android with which your mobile
devices can be connected with compatible TA Triumph-Adler printers and multifunctional
systems in your local network.
Supported systems: Apple iPad, iPad2, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S and ipod touch (
from 3rd generation ex iOS 4.2., Android Smartphones ex version 2.2 and tablets ex version 3.0
Once the connection has been established ( App downloadable from iTunes and Google Play ),
you can:
Print photos and documents ( PDF, JPG, PNG, TXT, HTML, XPS, RTF, iWork, Microsoft Office ) and
store them on your mobile device.
Scan documents ( PDF, JPG ) on a compatible multifunctional system and store them on your mobile
device.
Send documents via e-mail.
Print web pages which have been accessed via the web browser that is integrated into the app.
Airprint
AirPrint is Apple technology that enables printing from iOS or OS X devices without installing
any applications or drivers. Users can enjoy the driverless printing from iOS and OS X products
to TA Triumph-Adler MFPs and printers in the same network.
AirPrint can be used with any Apple devices with iOS 4.2 and up, and OS X lion and up.
