Ultra-Bright 2D/3D Home Cinema Ensemble
Wolf Cinema proudly unveils our latest high-performance 2D/3D ensemble – the SDC-20
home cinema projector. This unique package is delivered with our newest HD 1080p light
engine, and is mated with our remarkable ProScaler MK V outboard video processor. Together,
this system produces stunning 2D or 3D images from all your favorite sources, with sufficient
output and dynamic range to fill home theater screens up to 16-ft. wide!
The SDC-20 is built around a next-generation, Texas Instruments DLP™ chip set, and is
powered by a 370W P-VIP lamp – producing a stunning 5000 ANSI lumens to help achieve
that dynamic, highly filmic image every time. Multiple video inputs, IR and RS-232 control
possibilities enable seamless integration with today’s most advanced home control systems.
Your Wolf Cinema ProScaler MK V will serve as the switching and processing nexus for your
A/V system. The ProScaler features a total of 8 HDMI 1.4a audio/video inputs (Dolby® TrueHD /
DTS® HD Master Audio capable) and dual HDMI outputs. The system’s advanced CMS control
suite enables professional calibrators to achieve near-perfect color accuracy levels in all viewing
modes, plus the remarkable Darbee® Digital Visual Presence (DVP) technology enhances image
detail, contrast and edge definition. Standard sources [such as from DVDs and television
broadcasts] are up-converted to 1080p and displayed with improved visual depth, dimension,
and reality. Per-pixel video de-interlacing, 10 bit video processing, MPEG mosquito / temporal
and block artifact noise reduction provide vast improvements on marginal HD and SD sources.
Most important, multiple calibration memories per video input enable you to save and recall
key system configurations at the touch of a button.
The ProScaler MK V also boasts our latest technology development known as E-VariScope™:
multiple processing modes that allow you to enjoy popular TV and film content on constant
height, 2.35:1 wide aspect ratio screens. You’ll have near-instant access to preferred aspect
ratios – for example, 1.33:1 [4/3], 1.78:1 [16/9], 1.85:1, 2.35:1 and more – and all without
the need for an external anamorphic lens [yet full anamorphic lens support is also provided].
E-VariScope brings you that immersive 2:35:1 CinemaScope™ widescreen experience
while eliminating those unwanted top & bottom “black bars,” as commonly experienced on
smaller-width 16/9 screens.
