 VIVITEK Warranty and Support Policies Terms and Conditions 1.
This warranty is valid only for Projectors sold by ICOM TECH Co., Ltd. or authorized shop. All above models warranty period are count from Dealer invoice date to customers. QUMI: 1 year warranty at normal usage condition. All parts. All Projectors Model except QUMI:  3 years warranty in projector at normal usage condition.  Projector Lamp ‐ 1 year or 1,000 hours depends on which term comes first. 5. For all the models’ accessories warranty: 90 days 6. DOA: (Defective on arrival) within 7 days count from Dealer’s invoice date to customers.  Dealers have to register or inform ICOM TECH the DOA within 2 days.  For DOA case, Dealer need to provide ICOM TECH the invoice opens to Dealer’s customers 7. For RMA (Return merchandise authorization) request, invoice to Dealer’s customers will be needed as reference. For Dealer: 
All above models warranty period are count from invoice date to customers. Dealer have to process the RMA and DOA as soon as possible or within 2 days For DOA shipment, ICOM TECH will responsible for two way transportation. For RMA repair, ICOM TECH will responsible for one way transportation to Dealer What Vivitek will do: Vivitek will repair any defect in, materials or workmanship in the projector or at its sole discretion will replace the defective Projector. During the warranty period, Vivitek will supply new or refurbished replacement parts in exchange for defective part and/or will report the defective Projector without charge to you for labor or parts.
What is not covered: Damage to the Projector that is caused by accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, natural disaster, or unauthorized repair of the Projector is not covered by this warranty. In addition, this warranty does not cover damage due to: (1) improper or incorrectly performed installation, setup adjustments, operation, repair or maintenance; (2) power surges, connection to incorrect voltage, or combination with incompatible components or accessories; or (3) repairs performed by anyone other than a service facility specifically authorized by Vivitek. You are responsible for all freight costs associated with shipping the defective Projectors to Vivitek's Service Center.
