The new NC750X is the adventurous model in the
NC750 series; yet you can rely on it day in, day out
- whether you’re commuting in and out of town, or
riding for pleasure.
A solid and strong companion, it will do all the things
that make your head say 'yes', but now there’s
another side to it that will win your heart.
It’s sharper looking than ever, and with some
stunning new colours available, it will be hard to take
your eyes off it. Those around you will notice it too –
not a bad thing when you’re in town traffic. Out on
the open road the comfortable seat, the adventure
riding position and improved wind protection, make
touring long distances much more enjoyable.
It won’t be long before you start to value its company.
You’ll want to take it everywhere you go.
The 745cc parallel twin engine, with a 270o crank
and twin balancer shafts, is the bike’s inner strength.
It delivers handfuls of linear torque and – thanks to a
stylish new muffler – it has a satisfying exhaust note
that sounds like a heartbeat.
With optional Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT), there’s
a choice of two automatic modes: Drive and Sport.
Select Drive and you just roll on and off the throttle;
with both hands firmly on the handlebars it’s perfect
in town traffic. Out on the twisting country roads
you’re just a touch away from Sport mode which,
depending on how you want to ride, now has three
different settings. Alternatively manual gear changing
can be selected using up and down switches on the
left handlebar.
New for 2016 is a secure and convenient ‘Wave’
ignition key. Start up the Euro 4 compliant engine
and the 14 litre tank will take you up to 250 miles*
before you need a fuel stop. Ride on!
ABS brakes as standard provide confident braking
in all riding conditions and when you have to stop,
the low seat height makes it easy to put both feet
firmly on the ground. We’ve also increased the
storage space to a large 22 litres, that’s enough for a
full face crash helmet or laptop or lightweight jacket
and lock.
The adventure styled NC750X is the culmination of
many innovative ideas. Tested and refined to add
more to what the rider wants. Take one for a test

Where a fuel tank would normally be, the cover, which is 30mm
higher for the 2016 model, lifts to reveal 22 litres of lockable
storage space. It’s large enough to swallow a full face crash

NEW SUSPENSION
The new Showa Dual Bending Valve (SDBV) front forks help
prevent the front end from diving under heavy braking and
provide a progressive, linear response. The NC750X is the first
motorcycle to have this compliant front suspension damping
system, which is ideal whether you’re commuting or touring.
The rear suspension’s preload adjustment allows you to adjust to
best suit your weight, riding position, passenger weight and luggage.
LCD DISPLAY METER
A larger LCD ‘negative type’ digital display allows you to select different
colours to suit different conditions from bright sunlight to no light. RPM is
shown as a colour change on a tacho bar graph; along with pinpoint readings
of fuel consumption, gear positions, directional indicators and
high-low beam indicator.
