With another radio, verify you have AM and FM radio stations with sufficient
signal available in your area.
Disconnect and reapply antenna coax cable to Motorola Antenna receptacle of
stereo.
Check for any breaks or kinks in the antenna base or coax cable. This may result
in signal loss issues to stereo.
Check for red power indicator. If no light, verify connections below:
o Verify the Black wire is secure to a solid ground connection.
o Verify the Red Power wire is secure to a known good 12 volt DC lead.
Replace with known good antenna.

Relocate antenna to a higher position.
Relocate if mounted to a window with metallic tint.
Relocate if mounted under or behind fiberglass surfaces painted with metallic
flake.
Replace with known good antenna.
