The Ferguson ARIVA TT PVR is a twin tuner satellite receiver with a built-in hard disk, equipped with two CI sockets for access modules and a paid tv card reader. Using paid
cards, you can simultaneously watch programmes from 3 digital platforms and all uncoded channels, transmitted both in Standard Definition and High Definition. Twin tuner of the
receiver supports simultaneous recording of 2 channels to the hard disk, even when watching another channel.
A HDMI output with the possibility of up-scaling images to a resolution of 1080i makes it possible to connect any modern television. Menu OSD in the Ferguson ARIVA TT PVR is
also in the High Definition resolution. The excellent quality of digital sound is ensured by a digital optical output, and users of modern home theatre systems will be fully satisfied
due to the fact that the HDMI output handles multi-channel 5.1 digital sound.
Twin Tuner of the receiver support simultaneous recording of 2 channels to the hard disk - even when watching another channel. You will never more have to forgot your favourite
series. Thanks to the possibility of programming 50 recordings, the ARIVA will record your favourite programmes even when you are on holiday, so that you will be able to watch
them when you get back. Is the programming of recordings time-consuming? Thanks to the EPG programming function, you can perform programming by means of a single button
on the remote control unit.
Has your football match been interrupted by a telephone call? This is no longer a problem, for the automatic Timeshift records programmes from the moment a channel is
switched on; you can pause viewing and return to viewing at any time. You may also rewind to view an interesting fragment, and then return to "live" viewing. Also when
simultaneously using cards from 3 different operators.
Two interesting films are beginning at the same time? Or two important football matches? No problem - you can record them simultaneously, while thanks to the Timeshift
function you can watch any fragment of a programme without interrupting recording. HD resolution is no problem, either - the Timeshift function operates just as efficiently on
coded high definition channels as on standard definition channels.
Tired of advertisements? The software utilised in the ARIVA TT PVR receiver allows you to remove advertisements from recorded films.
The recording contains all of the soundtracks broadcast with the film and on-screen subtitles - the entire recording comprises one file, irrespective of its length.
Do you want to show you holiday photos to friends? Just insert a flash memory card into the front USB out of the ARIVA to view photographs on your television.
Do you want to archive your recordings to a computer disk? Use the USB out to connect your receiver directly to a computer and copy any file of any size.
