Use "Dial" knob or Up/Down buttons to:
> change channel in MR mode
> change frequency in VFO mode
(Press F for bigger MHz steps)
> Select menu entries

Also press PTT to

in menu modes.
To program memory channels:
> Dial or Key in frequency in VFO mode.
Select repeater offset, CTCSS mode, etc.
> Press and hold F for 1 second.
> Dial in channel number desired (don't wait)
>Press F again to store.

press F again, dial desired value, then press PTT to store.
Some useful settings:
RPT - Repeater offset direction
SHIFT - Repeater offset magnitude
SQL TYP - PL/CTCSS tone modes (or F+1)
TN SET - PL tone frequency (or F+2)
CTCSS/PL Tone mode for repeaters
RX SAVE - Battery save mode
T = transmit TSQ=Trans plus Receive
BATT - (view) battery voltage
blank = not in use
