* Phillips head screwdriver is not included.

* DO NOT use power tools.

CARE AND CLEANING

Dust regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth to prevent soil build-up. A damp cloth may be used occasionally to clean surface. Dry immediately. Do not use any abrasives that may damage finish.

Excessive exposure to sunlight and extreme changes in temperature and moisture can damage wood furniture.

MAINTENANCE

Check bolts/screws periodically and tighten them if necessary.

Dorel Asia warrants its product to be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to remedy any such defect. This warranty covers 1 year from the date of original purchase. This warranty is valid only upon presentation of proof of purchase. This is solely limited to the repair or replacement of defective furniture components and no assembly labor is included. This warranty does not apply to any product which has been improperly assembled, subjected to misuse or abuse or which has been altered or repaired in any way. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

STEP 1

Insert wood dowels (10) into middle divider (B).

Attach top rails (A) to middle divider (B) with flat head screws (1).

Insert cam bolts (8) and wood dowels (10) into right side panel (E).

Insert cam locks (9) into top rails (A) and back upper rail (F).

Fasten top rails (A) and back upper rail (F) to right side panel (E) by rotating cam locks (9) 1/2 turn clockwise.

STEP 2

Insert wood dowels (10) into center rails (H) and attach it to back upper rail (F).

Slide the back panels (G) into the grooves of right side panel (E), back upper rail (F) and center rails (H).

Insert cam bolts (8) and wood dowels (10) into right side panel (E).

Insert cam lock (9) into back lower rail (I).

Fasten back lower rail (I) to right side panel (E) and back panels (G) by rotating cam locks (9) 1/2 turn clockwise.

STEP 3

Insert wood dowels (10) and cam bolts (8) into left side panel (J).

Insert cam locks (9) into rails (A, F & I) as shown.

Fasten left side panel (J) to the assembled unit by rotating cam locks (9) 1/2 turn clockwise .

STEP 4

Insert wood dowels (10) into left divider (C) and right divider (D) .

Attach left divider (C) and right divider (D) to top rail (A) with flat head screws (1).

Turn the buffet right side up.

Insert barrel nuts (4) into side panels (J & E), and dividers (C & D).

Insert wood dowels (10) into dividers (C & D) and top rail (A).

Attach bottom panel (K) to the assembled unit with hex socket head bolts (11).

Use Allen key (7) to tighten hex socket head bolts (11).

STEP 5

Insert wood dowels (10) and cam bolts (8) into top panel (L).

Insert cam locks (9) into left side panel (J), middle divider (B) and right side panel (E).

Fasten top panel (L) to the assembled unit by rotating cam locks (9) 1/2 turn clockwise.

STEP 6

Attach drawer sides (O&P) to drawer front (M) with flat head screws (15).

Slide drawer bottom (Q) into the grooves of the drawer sides (O&P) and drawer front (M).

Attach drawer back (R) to drawer sides (O&P) with flat head screws (15).

Attach knob (3) to drawer front (M) with round head screws (2).

Repeat this step to assemble the other drawer using drawer front (N).

Insert two drawers into the buffet.

STEP 7

Attach magnets (12) to left divider (C) and right divider (D) with round head bolts (13).

Attach plate (17) to the door panel (S&T) with flat head screws (16).

Attach left door (S) to left side panel (J) and right door (T) to right side pane (E) with flat head screws (6).

Use a Phillips head screwdriver (not included) to tighten all screw and head bolts.

Attach knobs (3) to left door (S) and right door (T) with round head screws (2).

Use a Phillips head screwdriver (not included) to tighten screws (2).

Insert shelf supports (5) into dividers (C&D) and side panels (J&E).

Place shelves (U&V) onto the shelf supports (5) as shown below.

Insert the wood dowels (14) into center shelves (U) and bottom panel (K).

Place the wine racks (W) onto the center shelves (U) and bottom panel (K).
