Turbo Trainer Operating Instructions Button Function (MODE) 1. Press to select pre-programmed time, mileage, calories burned 2. Press to show display on LCD and stop SCAN function 3. Press this button to confirm setting, after completing making selections (SET) 1. During set program, press this button to set time, mileage, calories… etc options 2. Press this button and hold on for two seconds to speed up increase in ? 3. During scan mode, press this button and hold for five seconds to proceed to kilometer/mileage measurement conversion (RESET) 1. During set program, press this button to reset to default setting 2. Press this button and hold for two seconds to reset all records to zero, except mileage/distance recording Function and Operation: How to 1. Battery replacement Please place two 1.5V AA batteries on back of digital clock (All settings will reset to zero every time the batteries are removed/replaced) 2. Auto-power on/off Upon start usage of machine, LCD automatically displays all available values. Once stop usage of machine for 60 seconds, LCD automatically turns off, and all values are reset to zero. Upon next workout, LCD will display all available values 3. Auto scan Once plugged in, digital display turns on and shows in the order of time-calories-heart rate-speed-RPM-distance, every function display stays on screen for six seconds. Users may press on Mode button to view each display in that order 4.(SPEED) Workout speed may display from 0.0 to 999.9 kilometer per hour or miles per hour 5.(DISTANCE) Accumulated distance may display from 0.0 to 999.9. Users may program workout distance by using setting/mode buttons. Pre-setting increment is 0.1 kilometer or mile. When pre-set distance exceeds 100, increment unit increases to 1 kilometer or mile. After completing distance setting, during workout, distance would display countdown from pre-set distance 6.(TIME) Accumulated time value may display from 00:00 to 99:59. Users may set workout time by pressing down on setting/mode button. Incremental unit is based on minute. After completing time setting, during workout, time would display countdown from pre-set time 7.(CAL) Accumulated calorie value may display from 0 to 9999 calories. Users may press on setting/mode button to set goal for calories burned. Increment unit is one. When pre-set number for calories burned reaches 1000, increment unit increases to 10. After completing calories burned setting, during workout, calorie value would display countdown from pre-set calorie value Note: calorie value may only be used as a reference number, and may not be used as medical guidance 8.(ODO) Display may show ODO from 0.0 to 999.9 9.(PULSE) During workout, display shows user’s current heart rate per minute 10.(RESET) Hold on to Reset button for two seconds to reset all values on display to zero, except for ODO value Note 1. If digital display does not function correctly, please first try to reinstall batteries 2. Battery type: 1.5V UM-3 or AA (2pcs) 3. Please carefully and properly dispose of batteries after batteries are out of juice
