Router Port Mapping Setup

Web Access
Enter your domain name or IP address in the address field in a web browser.
This guide shows how to set up your Performance Series Full PoE NVR system for connecting with the Internet, and for using a PC, Smartphone, or Tablet computer.
Before you begin, ensure that you have
• A router and high-speed Internet access
• The NVR connected to a router or switch on your network, using an Ethernet cable. (See the Performance Series Full PoE NVR Quick Connection Guide for instructions.)

Local Network Setup
Configure the network setting as either Fixed IP or DHCP.
Ensure that the NVR can connect to the
WAN.
NOTE:
Change the default static IP address for the
NVR and each added camera to avoid conflicts when adding additional IP cameras.

Map the TCP port to be 37777.

Map the HTTP port to be 80.
NOTE: The IP Address should be the NVR’s IP address.

Mobile App Setup

Install the Honeywell
HonView Touch app.

Tap Device Manager.

Tap Add, and then tap Manually
Add .

Tap to select how to access the device.
5 DDNS
Enter your user
information, then click Save.
Click the DDNS to open the DDNS configuration page.
Find the free app in
Apple’s App store (IOS) or the Google Play store
(Android OS).
5 P2P
Tap , then scan the QR code to automatically enter the device’s information, then click Save.
To find the QR code, go to Main Menu >
Network > P2P on your NVR.

Tap to select a Live View channel.

Tap to add channels.
Select Honeywell
DDNS, and enable the
DDNS function.
For a Custom domain name, enter your private domain name here.
Click Test to test the connection.

Tablet App Setup

Install, then open, the HonView Touch HD Plus app for free from the App Store or
Google Play store.

DDNS
Enter your user information, then click Save.

P2P
Tap , then scan the QR code to automatically enter the device’s information, then click Save.
The Main window opens.

Tap the Device Manager.
Enter the following in the AddDevice interface:
Name: Enter a name for your NVR.
Address: Enter either your NVR’s DDNS address or IP address.
User Name: Enter the NVR’s user name (default: admin).
Password: Enter the NVR’s password (default: 1234).
To find the QR code, go to Main Menu > Network > P2P on the NVR.
View Recorded Video

Tap to select how to access the device.

Select a Live View channel.
Tap to select a Live View channel.
Tap to add channel X.
