54 When open, sunroof may interfere with some accessories.

55 Caution! Proper tower balance and tower placement is critical for this installation. Be sure that racks remain centered on the vehicle throughout installation. Pay close attention to the gold slider positions and increase adjustment post in ½ or ¼ increments; as necessary. Alternate between towers until the gold sliders are at equal levels in relation to the hash marks on the towers and the cam covers close with firm and equal resistance.

61 The roof, rubber/chrome door seals and/or trim may deform or be damaged under prolonged contact with any roof rack towers and/or clips.

Do not over-tighten or overload the rack. Remove rack when not in use.

114 Check clips after installing. Grab each clip and try to pull them hard away from your vehicle, twice. If the clip moves after the second pull, tighten the adjustment post. If the clip still moves after the second pull, recheck your measurements between the towers and adjust if necessary. Check clip again.

124 Factory crossbars may need to be moved or removed to enable use of

Yakima accessories or Yakima racks.

125 Firmly press the clips into the hidden slot between the rubber trim and metal roof, at the specified measurements.

132 Any load/mount extending beyond the rear hatch seam may cause interference.
