Warranty

With the following warrants, this product is free from any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of up to 2 years from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, should the products have indications of defects in workmanship and/or materials, XIGMATEK will repair the product and / or replace the defective components or the defective product without change on the following terms.

Terms

This warranty is valid only upon presentation (together with the defective product) of a completed warranty card with purchase date filled in. If product purchase date is not filled in, the date of manufacture is considered as the beginning of the warranty period.

This warranty does not cover:

Any adaptation and / or modification for the purchase of improvement and enhancement of the products usual range of the application as described in the user guide without XIGMATEK prior written permission.

Damages due to:

Misuse, including but not limited to: (1) use of the product for the purpose other than that it is designed for, or the failure to follow XIGMATEK user guide. And (2) product installation or operation in the conditions other than specified by the standards and safety regulations in the force of the country of operation.

Repair by any one except for XIGMATEK or dealers.

Accident, lightning, water, fire, improper ventilation and other causes that does not come under

XIGMATEK control.

Shipment except for the cases when it is carried our by the RMA.

This warranty does not infringe upon customer’s legal rights given to him by the laws currently in force in his country as well as consumer’s right toward to the dealer arising from the sale contract.

Mit folgender Garantie, bestätigt Xigmatek Co. Ltd, dass dieses Produkt frei von Fehlern und

Beschädigungen in Material oder der Verarbeitung ist, für den Garantieanspruch von 2 Jahren ab dem

Kaufdatum. Sollten dennoch irgendwelche Probleme während der Garantiezeit erscheinen sowie defekte aufgrund der Verarbeitung oder der Materialien, wird XIGMATEK die defekten Komponenten oder das defekte Produkt reparieren und / oder ersetzen ohne jegliche Änderung der Garantie- bestimmungen:

Verbesserung des Produkts in der eigentlichen Sparte welche in der Applikation des Benutzerhandbuschs festgelegt ist und / oder ohne die vorherige schriftliche Zusage / Erlaubnis der Firma XIGMATEK Co. Ltd.

Schäden wegen:

Missgebrauchs, beinhaltend aber nicht limitiert in Bezug auf: (1) Gebrauch des Produkts für einen anderen Zweck ausser dem, dem er vorhergesehen / entwickelt worden ist, oder das Nichteinhalten des mitgelieferten Benutzerhandbuchs. Und (2) Produktinstallationen oder Operationen die in keinster Weise einem Standard der Sicherheitsbestimmung des Landes entsprechen.

Die Reparatur durch irgendjemanden außer XIGMATEK oder der jeweiligen Händlern.

Unfällen, Blitzeinschlägen, Wasserschäden, Feuer, unpassender Ventilation und anderer Gründe welche durch XIGMATEK nicht nachvollzogen werden können.

Versendungen, außer im Falle der RMA offiziell gekennzeichnet sind.

Diese Garantie verletzt in keinster Weise die legalen Rechte eines Kunden die ihm durch die locale

Gesetzgebung erteilt wurden, auch nicht gegen die Konsumerrechte die er durch den Kaufvertrag enstanden.

Garantie

Cette garantie est valable uniquement sur présentation (en concordance avec le produit défectueux) d'une carte de garantie dûment remplie avec la date d'achat Si la date d'achat du produit n'est pas remplie, la date de fabrication est considéré comme le début de la période de garantie.

La grantie ne couvre pas:

Toute modification et/ou amelioration du produit si procedure non note dans le manuel d’utilisation, sans accord signé, au préalable par Xigmatek.

Dommages dus à:

(1) Utilisation autre que celle notée dans le manuel d’installation. Et (2) installation et utilization en non réglementation avec les norms du pays.

Réparé par une autre personne que par Xigmatek ou revendeur XIgmatek.

Aaccidents, foudre, eau, incendie, mauvaise aération et d'autres causes qui ne relèvent pas de

XIGMATEK.

Livraison, à l’exception des boitiers gérés par notre service SAV.

Cette garantie ne porte pas atteinte aux droits légaux du client à lui données par les lois actuellement en vigueur dans son pays ainsi que le droit des consommateurs à l'égard de chez le concessionnaire découlant du contrat de vente.

Garantie

Middels deze garantie garanderen wij dat het product geen defecten vertoont in materiaal en uitvoering voor een periode van 2 jaar na de aankoopdatum. Mocht zich een indicatie voordoen van een defect in materiaal en / of uitvoering van het product binnen de garantieperiode, zal XIGMATEK het product repareren en/of de defecte componenten danwel product vervangen onder de volgende voorwaarden.

Voorwaarden

De garantie is alleen geldig op vertoon (samen met het defecte product) van een compleet ingevulde garantiekaart inclusief aankoopdatum. Als de aankoopdatum niet is ingevuld dan wordt de productiedatum van het product als begin van de garantieperiode beschouwd.

Deze garantie dekt niet:

Enige aanpassing aan het product met het doel de oorspronkelijke prestatie en toepassing zoals beschreven in de handleiding te verbeteren/verhogen, zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van XIGMATEK.

Schade naar aanleiding van:

Verkeerd gebruik, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot: (1) Gebruik van het product anders dan waar het voor bedoeld was, of het niet volgen van de handleiding van XIGMATEK. En (2) productinstallatie of gebruik anders dan de gespecifiseerde veiligheidsvoorschriften in het land waar u zich bevindt.

Reparatie door één ieder anders dan XIGMATEK of XIGMATEK dealers.

Ongeluk, bliksem, water, vuur, verkeerde ventilatie en andere oorzaken waar XIGMATEK geen macht over kan uitoefenen.

Vrachten behalve degene die onder RMA (retouren defecte producten) uitgevoerd worden.

Deze garantie doet geen afbreuk aan de rechten van de klant zoals die zijn uiteengezet in zijn land alsmede de consumentenrechten ten aanzien van de dealer voortvloeiend uit de koopovereenkomst.

GARANTİ ŞARTLARI

1-) Garanti süresi, malın teslim tarihinden itibaren başlar ve 2 yıldır.

2-) Malın bütün parçaları dahil olmak üzere tamamı Firmamızın garantisi kapsamındadır.

3-) Malın garanti süresi içerisinde arızalanması durumunda, tamirde geçen süre garanti süresine eklenir. Malın tamir süresi en fazla 20 iş günüdür. Bu süre, mala ilişkin arızanın servis istasyonuna, servis istasyonunun olmaması durumunda malın satıcısı, bayii, acentası, temsilciliği, ithalatçısı veya imalatçısı-üreticisinden birisine bildirim tarihinden itibaren başlar. Malın arızasının 10 iş günü içerisinde giderilmemesi halinde imalatçı- üretici veya ithalatçı malın tamiri tamamlanıncaya kadar, benzer özelliklere sahip başka bir malı tüketicinin kullanımına tahsis etmek zorundadır.

4-) Malın garanti süresi içinde gerek malzeme ve işcilik, gerekse montaj hatalarından arızalanması halinde, işçilik masrafı, değiştirilen parça bedeli ya da başka herhangi bir ad altında hiçbir ücret talep etmeksizin tamiri yapılacaktır.

5-) Tüketicinin onarım hakkını kullanmasına rağmen malın;

Tüketiciye teslim edildiği tarihten itibaren, garanti süresi içinde kalmak kaydıyla, bir yıl içerisinde en az dört defa veya imalatçı- üretici ve/veya ithalatçı tarafından belirlenen garanti süresi içerisinde altı defa arızalanmasının yanı sıra, bu arızaların maldan yararlanamamayı sürekli kılması,”

Tamiri için gereken azami sürenin aşılması,

Firmanın servis istasyonunun, servis istasyonunun mevcut olmaması halinde sırasıyla satıcısı, bayii, acentesi, temsilciliği, ithalatçısı veya imalatçısı- üreticisinden birisinin düzenleyeceği raporla arızanın tamirinin mümkün bulunmadığının belirlenmesi, durumlarında, tüketici malın ücretsiz değiştirilmesini, bedel iadesi veya ayıp oranında bedel indirimi talep edebilir.

6-) Malın kullanım kılavuzunda yer alan hususlara aykırı kullanılmasından kaynaklanan arızalar garanti kapsamı dışındadır.

7-) Garanti Belgesi ile ilgili olarak çıkabilecek sorunlar için Sanayi ve Ticaret Bakanlığı Tüketicinin ve Rekabetin

Korunması Genel Müdürlüğüne başvurabilir.
