Griddle Plate PSR 400 EC / PSR 600 EC / PSR 900 EC are fitted with chromed plates, offering a smooth surface for direct heat transfer to your food. The plates are heated by incoloy heating elements which cover the entire cooking surface, ensuring even heat distribution. The griddle plates come with a removable drip tray for easy cleaning. To use the Griddle Plate, just turn the thermostat control knob to the desired position. The green pilot light will ignite indicating that the device is on. The orange pilot light will also ignite, indicating that the plate is heating. Once the orange pilot light switches off, the device is ready for cooking. The temperature can be regulated using the thermostat control knob.

You can cook meat, bacon, fish, hamburgers, sausages, onions, shellfishes, vegetables, fried eggs, and omelettes on the griddle plate.

After use, disconnect the griddle plate and let it cool down. Then, clean the plate with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive pad. Collect the cooking residues in the drip tray. You can also use some white vinegar to neutralize the cooking smells and some steel wool to give back brightness to the plate. Finally, wipe the plate before putting it away or using it again.

Meat is cooked around 250° - 300°C.

The thermostat control knob is used to turn the griddle plate on and off, as well as to adjust temperature. Turn the knob to the desired position and the green pilot light will ignite indicating that the device is on. The orange pilot light will also ignite, indicating that the plate is heating. Once the orange pilot light switches off, the device is ready for cooking.
