Heat Spreader Installation
To install the heat spreader:
1. See the illustration below. Mount the heat spreader to the board. Fix the
heat spreader in place with fours screws.
Note there are two approaches to affix the screws:
• Fasten all four screws by top-down direction. See the foregoing
•
illustration.
OR
Fasten two screws by top-down direction and the other two by bottom-up
direction. See the illustration below.
