read this instruction manual carefully in order to know how
to use this product correctly before operation. Please pay
close attention to the safety warning section and keep this
manual for future use.

Important Safety Warning
1. To prevent injuries, children and pets should not play around the chair when it is
in operation.
2. Users must stop and turn the power off immediately if they feel ill.
3. Whenever you feel that the chair is functioning abnormally, turn off the power
switch and unplug. Call our tech support department immediately. DO NOT
attempt to disassemble or repair the chair without the help of tech support.
4. Keep hands and feet away from all internal mechanisms.
5. Unplug the power cord and keep hands dry before doing and maintenance.
6. STOP using the chair and UNPLUG the power cord if the fabric cover is torn or
worn-out and causing exposure of the mechanisms. Please contact tech support.
7. Users with recent chemically treated or topical hair products should place a
towel on the fabric to protect the material.
8. People under the age of 16 are not recommended to use the chair.
9. People weighing over 300 pounds will void the warranty.
10. Do not use the chair if the back pad is flipped over.
Additional Safety and Information
1. All mechanisms built into this massage chair are designed for a maximum 40
minute non-stop use. Exceeding this time length may result in the automatic
shut down of functions in order to protect the internal mechanisms.
2. Recommended time usage of the chair is 30 minutes or less. Please discontinue
use if at any time you start to feel unwell or uncomfortable.
3. After 30-40 minutes usage, it is recommended that you give yourself and the
chair a 10-20 minute rest to cool down.
4. DO NOT leave the chair running without a user in place.
5. Some functions may need 2-3 seconds to activate after pressing a specific
button and some need 5 seconds especially if you are switching between
manual and automatic program functionality or if you are adjusting during the
scanning process.
6. DO NOT rest or place heavy objects on the armrest, footrest or backrest, as it
may result in damage not covered by the warranty.
7. It is recommended that you re-hydrate after use of the chair.
8. Turn down the audio input device volume before connecting it to the chair’s
bluetooth to prevent damaging the speakers.
Environmental usage
- Please do not use the chair under high temperatures or moist environments such
as a sauna or bathroom.
- Please do not use the chair in transition between hot and cold environments. Let it
return to room temperature for at least an hour first.
- Please do not use the chair in a dusty environment.
- Please do not use the chair where there is not enough space for use or poor
ventilation.
Some people must consult their physician or doctor before using
- People who are suffering from osteoporosis are not advised to use this product.
- People who are suffering from heart disease or carrying electronic medical
equipment such as a heart pacemaker are not advised to use this product.
- People who are suffering from fever are not advised to use this product.
- Pregnant women or women in menses are not advised to use this product.
- People with skin injuries or skin disease are not advised to use this product.
- Children under the age of 14-year or people mentally unbalanced are not allowed
to use this machine without direct adult supervision.
- People who are instructed by their doctor or who are feeling unwell are not
advised to use this product.
- Do not use the chair if you are wet.
- This chair has a heated surfaces. Persons sensitive to heat must use caution.
- People with spinal abnormalities or curvature of the spine are not recommended
to use this product.
- People with malignant tumors are not recommended to use this product.
- Do not use this product if you are medicated or intoxicated.

Maintenance
In order to protect your chair and not void your warranty, please follow the
instructions below.
Damage caused by the user attempting to disassemble the chair or replacing
spare parts themselves without the specific help of our tech department will
void the warranty
1. Storage;
Place the chair in a non-humid environment and cover it with cloth to prevent dust
and scratches to the upholstery. DO NOT expose the chair to direct sunlight as this
will cause the upholstery to fade or crack.
2. Maintenance;
- Always switch the power off and unplug before cleaning.
- Wipe down with a damp cloth, DO NOT clean with cleansers containing alcohol or
toluene, this can cause upholstery to fade or become hardened or cracked.
- DO NOT clean the upholstery in a washing machine or dryer.
- DO NOT drink fluids when using the chair. Electrical damage due to fluids coming
in contact with the chair are not covered by the warranty.
3. Remote Control;
- Use a dry cloth to wipe the Remote Control to avoid damage.
- DO NOT pull, stretch or disconnect any remote connection. DO NOT drop or allow
the LCD to fall between the cushions as the panel could be damaged and would not
be covered under warranty.

C Program Memory
To customize a massage, first utilize the manual functions as you like. When the
massage is complete or after you have turned off the chair, the controller will ask
if you would like to save the massage in memory. You can then select the “A”, “B”
or “C” Program Memory buttons. Upon future use, select the corresponding
memory letter and your massage will commence.
f you don’t want to save a massage sequence simply press the power button
again when the controller starts to flash “Program Memory” and the chair will
auto-recover and return to the upright position.

Massage Time Adjustment:
Switch the main power supply on
Attach the power cable as in the picture to the left
and switch on the power button indicated by the “|”.
The “0” will turn the power off to the whole chair. We
recommend you turn the power off when not in use.
NOTE: In order to avoid power surges that can void
your warranty we strongly recommend the use of a
high quality surge protector that you would use with
any computer or home theater system.

The default time for massage is 20 minutes. Depress the time button to
add time in increments of 5 minutes. The range the time can be set is from
a minimum of 5 minutes to a maximum of 40.
Automatic Pre-Programmed Massages:
FINE
Press the red power button to start the massage. The massage chair will automatically
recline and proceed with the detection of your shoulder and acupressure points. For
more accurate scanning, ensure you have the back of your head and shoulders
against the back pillow and you are not leaning forward. Upon completion, a
beeping will emit from the controller for 10 seconds and the massage heads will tap
on your shoulder region to demonstrate where the chair has sensed the position of
your shoulders. During this period, if you would like to adjust the shoulder position,
you may do so by pressing the up or down shoulder position buttons seen below.

If you have not made any adjustments to the shoulder position or selected a
manual massage mode during the 10 seconds after scanning, the chair will
automatically start the “Fine” massage program for you.
