3M™ Compressed Air Filter and Regulator Panel
Welcome and thank you for choosing the 3M™ Compressed Air Filter and Regulator Panel.
During this short review, we will be discussing general operation, filter changing, and calibration of your Filter and
Regulator Panel. We will review both the 3M Model 256-02-00 Panel with 50 CFM capacity as well as the 3M Model
256-02-01 Panel with 100 CFM capacity, highlighting the differences where needed. The goal of this review is to
show you how to maintain your panel. The text of each video is available by clicking on the link button. Please
note, there is no assurance that by using the 3M™ Compressed Air Filter and Regulator Panel the filtered
compressed air will be breathable or meet the requirements of Grade D Breathing. In Canada, refer to the
requirements of CSA Standard Z180.1.

Replacement Kit for 50 CFM Panel The filter cartridges have an average life expectancy of one to two months, or approximately 160320 hours, depending on the quality of the air in
your compressed air lines. Some indicators that the
filters may need to be changed include: panel pressure remains low even when the regulator is
opened all the way or users notice odor, taste or
irritation.
