In order to avoid a hazard due
to inadvertently re-setting the
thermal cut-out, the appliance
must not be supplied through
an external switching device,
such as a timer or if the
appliance has connected to a
circuit that is regularly
switched on and off by the
utility.

For additional protection, the
use of a Residual Current
Device (RCD) with a tripping
current not exceeding 30mA is
recommended.

 Batteries contain chemical substances
and therefore should be disposed of
correctly. Seek advice from your local
council on the correct disposal of the
batteries.
Remote control
The remote control supplied with the
heater requires a “CR2032” 3-volt lithium
battery.
To replace the battery:
 If there is a strong ambient light
source present, the performance of
the remote control will be reduced.
1. Turn the remote control over so that
the buttons face the floor.
2. Pull out the tray of the appliance where
the battery is stored.
3. Take out the used “CR2032” 3-volt
battery and place the new battery in the
tray with the positive side facing upwards.
4. Fit the tray correctly back in the remote
control.
Operating the remote control
 Remove the plastic spacer between the
battery and the terminal.
 Aim the remote control directly at the
display of the heater.
 Do not put any objects between the
remote control and the heater while the
appliance is operating.
 Operate the remote control within a 3
meter range of the appliance.
Note:
 Always keep batteries out of the way of
children.
 Remove batteries from the remote control if the appliance is going to be stored
or not frequently used.

Button configuration
Power on
To turn the appliance on and off.
SET
Set both the timer and temperature.
HEAT
Used to set the appliance to full or half power. Press once to heat the
appliance on a low setting (1200W) and twice to heat the appliance
on full power (2000W).
SWING
Rotate the tower block.

Increase time and temperature when used in conjunction with “SET”.
-
Decrease time and temperature when used in conjunction with “SET”.
Using the appliance
1.
Remove all packaging from the appliance.
2.
Ensure that the voltage of the electrical supply matches that of the rating label
on the unit.
3.
Place the appliance on a flat, level surface.
4.
Plug the appliance electrical cord into the electrical power supply.
5.
Press the power on/off button, the appliance will automatically be set at 21°C
using half power (1200W).
6.
Please refer to the sections below for other functions of the appliance.
Timer
1.
To set the time follow steps 1-4 in “Using the appliance”.
2.
Press “SET” and the display will now show displays 0 hours, increase the time in
hours using the “+” button. Choose between 0-12 hours, the appliance will
automatically turn off after the time has elapsed.
3.
Press “SET” again to select the temperature and “SET” once more to confirm.
Heat
When the appliance is turned on it will automatically be set at half heat (1200W), this is
shown in the display of the appliance. To increase to full heat press the “HEAT” button
once (2000W).

Swing
 Dry thoroughly before storage.
During operation press the “SWING”
button to oscillate the tower head. This
will allow for an even distribution of heat
throughout the room.
 Store the appliance in its original
packaging in a dry protected place,
this will protect it from dust.
Over heating protection
 A common cause of overheating is
deposits of dust or fluff becoming
clogged in the appliance. To reduce
the collection of dust, switch off the
appliance, unplug it and vacuum clean
the air vents and grills when available.
Maintenance
This product is manufactured with a
thermal cut off protection device that will
automatically cut off the appliance if it has
excessive heat. Once the heater has cutoff the appliance allow the heater to cool
for 30 minutes. Remove any obstructions
to the airflow before restarting the heater.

The appliance comes with a tip over
switch. It will cut the power to the heater
if the appliance is accidentally knocked
over. Avoid knocking over the appliance,
stand back up immediately.

product is only for domestic use only and
is not for commercial use.
Care and cleaning
 Always ensure the appliance has fully
cooled down before beginning cleaning.
 Remove the power cord from the
electrical supply before beginning
cleaning.
 Avoid contact with the heated surface.
 Do not spray the appliance with liquid
for any reason.
Abuse of your product will invalidate the
guarantee. Returned goods can only be
accepted if repackaged properly within
the original colour product box, and
presented with the original receipt of
sale/order number. This does not affect

WARNING! This product must be
connected to an earthed electrical power
supply. The green/yellow conductor in
the supply cord must be connected to the
Earth terminal in the plug. The power
supply must have an Earth connection.
Precautions should be followed for safe
cable management and connection to the
power supply
If a new mains plug needs to be fitted
follow the fitting instructions supplied
with good quality BS1363A plugs. If in
doubt consult a qualified electrician or
appliance repair agent.
 Safely dispose of the old plug.
Customers are responsible for any taxes
applied to our products when they are
shipped outside of the EU.
All of our prices are inclusive of VAT.
Once a product has been returned to us,
we will aim to repair or replace it within 30
days of receipt.
The guarantee does not cover any defect
arising from improper use, damage, buildup of lime scale or repair attempts made
by third-parties. Also, the guarantee does
not cover normal wear and tear of
individual parts.
 Connect the brown lead to the live terminal “L” in the new plug.
 Connect the blue lead to the neutral
“N” terminal.
 Connect the green/yellow lead to the
earth “E” terminal.

Electrical Information
If an extension cable is required, it must
have an earth conductor. To avoid
overheating the extension cable should
be rated no less than 13A and be fully
unwound before use.
