Below you will find brief information for Dial Indicator T10279 Flex Arm Dial Indicator. The T10279 Flex Arm Dial Indicator Set is designed to work in hard to reach or awkward places. It features a flexible arm that can be positioned in various ways with a tension adjustment knob and locking clamp. The dial indicator holder can rotate 360° in both the X- and Y-axis to position the indicator appropriately. The dial indicator displays tip deviations from 0.001" to 1.000".

INSTRUCTIONS
A. Tension Adjustment Knob: adjusts the cable tension inside the flex arm so that the arm will properly lock in place when the tension lever is used.
b. Flex Arm: the articulating segments enable the flex arm to be positioned where needed. a cable runs the through the inside of the segments and keeps them connected together.
C. Tension Lever: When this lever is rotated, a cam applies or releases tension to the cable inside the flex arm.
D. Locking Clamp: secures the attached mounting base in the correct position for the operation.
E. Mounting base: provides three threaded mounting holes for the flex arm.
F. Dial Indicator holder: secures the dial indicator in the desired position. it rotates 360° in both the X- and y-axis.
g. Dial Indicator: displays tip deviations from
0.001" to 1.000".
