 Klipsch Gallery G‐17 Air Wi‐Fi Direct Connect Introducing a cool new way to wirelessly connect your Smartphone or tablet to the G‐17 Air without having to use a wireless router: Set up of Wi‐Fi Direct Connect: 

STEP 1: o Power up the G‐17 and wait for the LED indicator to start flashing blue slowly STEP 2: o Push and hold the Wireless Button until the LED turns purple and release 
STEP 3: o Once the LED starts to flash purple slowly, open the Wireless Connection Utility, on your smartphone, and connect to Klipsch_G‐17_Air_Setup. Open your music app, press the wireless icon and select Klipsch_G17_Air_Setup and you are ready start streaming music directly to the G‐17 Air. 1. 2. 3. 5. 4. _Air… _Air… PURPLE = Personal Listening Great for:  Tailgating  Camping  Poolside/BBQ’s  Wherever a router is inconvenient When using Wi‐Fi Direct Connect, keep in mind the following:  You control the music. The device connected has sole control over what is streamed to the G‐17 Air.  Does not have the coverage area of an actual router, connection range is approximately 30 feet.  If your device leaves the coverage area and you get disconnected, the G‐17 Air remembers your device and you will be automatically reconnected when in range.  The 3.5mm AUX input is not accessible when using this mode.  Using the USB input will disrupt the Wi‐Fi Direct Connect mode and you will have to complete the steps again to reconnect.  If you wish to reconnect the G‐17 Air to your home network, then you will need to complete all steps (1‐6) from the quick set up guide.
