HOW TO USE YOUR REMINGTON® PERFECT CURLS 2-IN-1
Place the tong on a flat, hard, heat resistant surface ensuring the barrel does not come into contact with the surface. Plug in to any household (120/240V
AC) power outlet. Press the on/off button for 3 seconds to turn the tong on.
The LED indicator will illuminate blue and flash until the selected temperature is reached. To change the temperature press the on/off button to scroll through low, medium and high heat temperature settings.
To switch off your tong, press the on/off button for 3 seconds.
To Curl Your Hair
• Set your curler to the 19mm barrel for defined curls or the 32mm barrel for loose curls. Refer to previous instructions on changing barrel sizes.
• To make styling easier, part the hair either in the middle or to the side and use clips to section your hair; top, sides and back.
• You may need to comb through your hair before styling to ensure that it is tangle free.
• Start at the nape of the neck and curl the underneath sections of hair first.
5
• Take a small section of hair and pull taut away from the scalp.
• Holding the tong with the other hand, push down the lever and secure the bottom of the hair in the spring action clip.
• When the hair is secured in the clip slowly twist the hair up the length of the wand making sure it follows the grooves of the heat resistant cover.
• Hold the hair in the tong for approximately 10 seconds.
• Release the lever on the handle and untwirl for a prefect curl.
• When the underneath sections of hair are complete, move to the next layers, finishing with the hair around the part line.
• Allow your curls to cool so the curls are fully set. Once cool run your fingers through your hair to break up the curls.
• You can complete your style with a finishing serum or hair spray.

MAINTENANCE
This tong is designed for household use and is virtually maintenance free.
If cleaning becomes necessary, disconnect the tong from the power outlet, allow it to cool, and then wipe the exterior surface with a soft damp cloth.
Do not
immerse the appliance in any liquid.
Do not
use an abrasive cleaning fluid or material to clean the ceramic barrel as this will scratch the surface.
STORAGE
When not in use, always unplug the tong from the power outlet. Allow the tong to cool and store out of the reach of children in a safe dry place. Never wrap the power cord around the tong as this will cause the cord to wear prematurely and break. Handle the cord carefully for long life and avoid jerking, twisting or straining especially at the power plug and tong connections. If the cord becomes twisted in use, periodically straighten it.
7
WARNING: Do not use this appliance near bathtubs, showers, basins or other vessels containing water.
As with all electrical appliances, the power cord must be regularly checked for wear and tear. Immediately cease using this product if the power cord shows any signs of damage.
This product conforms to radio frequency interference requirements.
Any product purchased and used commercially carries a limited 90 Day Warranty.
