Test Equipment: 12VDC power source, ABS power cable with ABS light connected, PLC Info Center and Info Center test cable and or Haldex PC Diagnostics. Front of Trailer Procedure for 2S/1M: 1. Connect test power cable to power lead. 2. Charge the Emergency and Service air systems. 3. Apply ABS Permanent power source. 4. ABS valve should “blow-down” a brief shot of exhaust air. 5. ABS test light should flash “ON” for about 3 seconds and then go out, PLC Info Center or PC Diagnostic should display “OK 07”. 6. If using the Info Center press the right button to display “WHEEL” 7. Rotate the front sensed “Curb” side wheel (1 Rev/2 Sec) 4 seconds minimum: test equipment should display S1A Sensor. 8. Rotate the front sensed “Road” side wheel (1 Rev/2 Sec) 4 seconds minimum: test equipment should display S1B Sensor. 8 5 OK 07 Diagnostic Code “No Fault” (Road Side) Push Double Arrow to move down Wheel S1B 1Rev/2 Sec.
