1. Complete the reassembly of the vehicle.
i.
Verify the panels fit together properly with no
uneven gaps.
2. Position the Negative Battery Cable at the
original factory position (Fig. F-1)

and warranty card, left in their protective bags,
in the glove box.
4. Discard the V2 Owner’s Guide.
5. Insert the key into the ignition switch and turn
it to “ON”.
6. Reset the factory moonroof.
i.
Cut the plastic roof covering (if present) using a
panel removal tool on the right, left, and rear edges
of the moonroof.
ii. Push and hold the switch to the “TILT UP” side
until the moonroof tilts all the way up.
iii. Hold switch in “TILT UP” position for a further 1
second (minimum).
iv. When completed, make sure that the moonroof is
completely closed.

7. Reset the power windows.
i.
Push down the power window switches of each
door and lower the windows halfway.
ii. Pull up the switches until the windows close and
hold the switches up for a further 1 second
(minimum).
8. Reset the power sliding doors (if applicable).
i.
Close the sliding doors completely by hand. This
will normalize the power sliding doors.
9. Reset the power rear hatch door (if applicable).
i.
Unlock the rear door with the key, remote control
transmitter or power door lock switch.
ii. Close the sliding doors completely by hand. This
will normalize the power rear door.
10. Turn the key in the ignition switch to “OFF”.
