The CD/MP3 adapter cassette allows you to operate a portable audio player in combination with your in-car radio cassette unit.

Insert the 3.5mm stereo jack connector of the adapter cassette into the headphone terminal (phones) of your audio player.

1. Turn your in-car radio on. Insert the adapter cassette into the cassette compartment of your in-car radio. 2. After the adapter cassette is placed in the in-car radio the mechanism identifies a cassette and starts playing in the cassette unit. 3. Start the playback on the audio player. 4. Turn the volume controller on the audio player approximately to its middle position, causing the sound signal of the audio player to be transmitted to the sound head of your in-car cassette unit via the adapter cassette. 5. Increase the volume on the in-car radio to a level which is agreeable to you. 6. To turn the set off, first reduce the in-car radio volume, then switch the in-car radio off. 7. Stop playing the audio player and switch it off.
