INTRODUCCIÓN
Este es nuestro modelo básico DECT.
El manual está diseñado para familiarizarse con este teléfono.
Para
obtener el máximo uso de su teléfono, sugerimos leer este manual de manejo cuidadosamente antes de
usarlo.
Nota importante: Se ruega cargar la bacteria por lo menos 12 horas antes de usarlo.

INSTALACIÓN
1.
Enchufar el conector principal al pie de la base del aparato

Enchufar el adaptador principal a los enchufes principales con el interruptor de conectar puesto en off.
3.
Encender el enchufe.
4.
Poner las pilas en el auricular.
5.
Para encender el auricular, presione y mantenga la tecla

Función 1 del Menú del auricular: DIRECTORIO
Cada auricular individual tiene su propio directorio, independiente de otro auricular, con un máximo de 50
entradas, cada nombre con un máximo de 12 caracteres, cada número con un máximo de 20 dígitos y una
melodía seleccionada entre 1 y 10.
Presione la tecla MENÚ. Use teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el DIRECTORIO. Luego presione la tecla MENÚ
para confirmar.

LISTA
LISTA de ajuste LCD. La función permite al usuario revisar las listas del registro del directorio usando las
teclas ∧ o ∨.
¾
Además, también se puede hacer una llamada desde el directorio.
ENTRADA NUEVA
Presiones las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar ENTRADA NUEVA. Esta función permite al usuario agregar
una entrada al directorio.
1.
Si el directorio está lleno, se le mostrará al usuario un mensaje apropiado, como se indica en la
MEMORIA ESTÁ LLENA. Si una entrada libre en el directorio está disponible, el cursor para el nombre
titila.
2.
Ingrese el nombre usando las teclas numéricas con el siguiente método:

EDITAR REGISTRO
Presionar las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el item EDITAR REGISTRO. Esta función le permite al usuario
modificar el registro del directorio.
1.
Presione la tecla MENÚ para ingresar. Se mostrará el primer registro en el directorio.
2.
Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨
para seleccionar el registro para cambiar designado.
Una vez que el
registro ha sido seleccionado, el usuario tendrá la opción de ingresar cada nombre/número y cambiar la
melodía.

BORRADO DE REGISTRO
Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨
para seleccionar BORRADO DE REGISTRO.
Esta función le permite al
usuario borrar una entrada al directorio.
¾
BORRAR TODO
Presionar las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar
BORRAR TODO. Esta función permite al usuario borrar todas
las entradas al directorio.
¾
ESTADO MEM
Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar MEM STATUS. Si muestra 10/50, significa que se pueden
almacenar un total de 50 registros en el directorio y 10 registros ya han sido registrados en el mismo.
Función 2 del Menú del auricular: CARTILLA DE LLAMADA
Se puede ingresar la CARTILLA DE LLAMADA presionando la tecla MENÚ. Y hay tres ítems en este menú:
PERDIDAS, RECIBIDAS y DISCADAS.
Cuando el indicador LCD muestra CARTILLA DE LLAMADA
1.
Presione la tecla MENÚ para entrar las listas de llamadas perdidas, recibidas o discadas.
2.
El LCD mostrará el último registro.
3.
Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para ver otro registro.
(Si no hay entradas disponibles en la lista, el LCD mostrará VACÍO).
Cuando se muestra el registro, presione la tecla MENÚ,
(Agregar al Directorio)
BORRAR y BORRAR TODO?
use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para elegir entre ADD TO PB
Luego presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar.
ADD TO PB: esta función permite al usuario agregar una entrada desde la lista de llamadas al directorio.
BORRAR: Esta función permite al usuario borrar la entrada seleccionada normal desde la lista de llamadas.
BORRAR TODO: esta función permite al usuario borrar todos los números.
Función 3 del Menú del auricular:
AJUSTES BASE
El usuario puede cambiar el ajuste de base al item ajustes de base.

para seleccionar este item. Luego puede hacer lo siguiente:
BORRAR EL AURICULAR
Esta función permite al usuario borrar un registro del auricular desde la base.
1.
Presione la tecla MENÚ, la primera que aparece es BORRAR HS.
2.
Presione la tecla MENÚ para entrar, el usuario estará pronto para ingresar el código de PIN.
3.
Ingrese el código de pin de 4 dígitos correcto usando la tecla dígito.

Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨
5.
Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar. El auricular borrado será borrado de la lista del auricular

¾
TIEMPO DEL FLASH
El usuario puede seleccionar cambiar el tiempo del flash (100ms, 300ms, 600ms and 1000ms).
1.
Presione la tecla MENÚ, luego use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el TIEMPO DEL FLASH.
2.
Presione la tecla MENÚ para ingresar.
3.
Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el tiempo deseado del flash entre 100ms, 300ms, 600ms y
1000 ms.
4.
Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar su selección.
¾
MODIFICAR EL PIN
Esta función permite al usuario cambiar el número de pin de la base active corriente.
1.
Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar.
2.
Luego use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar MODIFICAR EL PIN.
3.
Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar y el indicador mostrará PIN?.
4.
Primero al usuario se le solicitará ingresar el código del PIN existente para la base usando las teclas
numéricas, luego presione MENÚ para confirmar.
5.
Si el código anterior es válido, al usuario se le solicitará ingresar rápidamente el nuevo código de PIN (4
dígitos), presione MENÚ para confirmar.
6.
Una vez ingresado el nuevo código de PIN., al usuario se le solicitará que repita el ingreso del nuevo
código de PIN.
7.
Presione MENÚ para confirmar.
¾
BASE POR DEFECTO
El código se almacenará en la base y se escuchará un tono.
Esta función permite al usuario restaurar el ajuste de la base al ajuste de fábrica.

1.
Presione la tecla MENÚ, luego use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el DEFECTO BS.
2.
Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar.
3.
Al usuario se le solicitará ingresar el CÓDIGO DEL PIN, el indicador mostrará PIN?, luego presione las
teclas numéricas para ingresar el código.
4.
Si el código del PIN es válido, todos los ajustes de la base volverán a los ajustes de fábrica.
Función 4 del Menú del auricular: AJUSTES HS
El usuario podrá cambiar el número de los ajustes del auricular a su propia preferencia personal. Usar las
teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar los AJUSTES HS. Luego puede hacer lo siguiente:
¾
ALARMA
El usuario puede ajustar la alarma en el auricular y ajustarla.
1.
Presione la tecla MENÚ, el primer sub-menú es la ALARMA.
2.
Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar.
3.
Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar ON (PRENDIDO) u OFF (APAGADO), y presione MENU
para confirmar. Seleccionar la ALARMA en OFF apagará la alarma, y el usuario vuelve al menú
“ALARMA”. Seleccionando la opción ALARMA en ON prenderá la alarma, luego al usuario se le
solicitará ajustar el tiempo de la alarma.
4.
Después de seleccionar ON, presione la tecla MENÚ para comenzar el tiempo de ajuste de la alarma,
12-00 indicadores con “12” destellando.
5.
Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para ingresar el tiempo de alarma (incluyendo AM/PM)
6.
Presione la tecla MENÚ, al usuario se le presentará una opción adicional para seleccionar SNOOZE ON
o SNOOZE OFF para permitir o no la función snooze en la alarma.
7.
Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar su selección. Y el ícono de la alarma se verá en al visor LCD.
„ Poner en marcha la alarma:
En el modo inactivo, la alarma sonará a la hora fijada por el usuario con un timbre muy agudo.
„ Alarma intermitente:
Durante la alarma, presione cualquier tecla excepto la tecla
, y comenzará a sonar después de 6
minutos. Cuando entra una llamada, la alarma también se detendrá, pero luego el auricular comenzará a
sonar después de 6 minutos.
„ Apagar la alarma:
Presione la tecla
para entrar en el ajuste de apagar y prender la alarma, o entrar en el modo de
ajuste de la alarma. Para apagar o prenderla, seleccione OFF.
¾
AJUSTE DEL TIMBRADO
El usuario puede cambiar el sonido del timbre del auricular para llamadas internas o externas.
Hay 10
melodías de timbre y se pueden fijar 5 niveles de volumen diferentes.
1.
Presione
la tecla MENÚ, luego use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el AJUSTE DEL TIMBRE.
2.
Presione la tecla MENÚ para entrar.
3.
Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el ajuste del RING INT

Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el ajuste de la MELODÍA y el VOLUMEN.
¾
Si selecciona MELODÍA,
1)
Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar.
2)
Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar la melodía deseada.
Con la selección se puede
escuchar el sonido de la melodía correspondiente.
3)
¾
Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar su selección.
Si selecciona VOLUMEN,
1)
Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar.
2)
Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el volumen de timbre deseado de 1- 5. Se puede
escuchar el volumen de sonido correspondiente. Si desea cambiarlo a off, seleccione OFF.
3)
Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar su selección.
Notas:
1.
Si se selecciona el timbre en OFF para el RING INT, al transferir la llamada a esta unidad, el timbre no
sonará;
2.
Si se selecciona el timbre en OFF para el RING EXT, habrá un ícono de timbre apagado
en el visor

AJUSTE DEL TONO
El usuario puede cambiar los tonos del auricular.
1.
Presione la tecla MENÚ, luego use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el AJUSTE DE TONO.
2.
Presione la tecla MENÚ para entrar.
3.
Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el TONO DE TECLA y PILA BAJA,
AJUSTE DE RANGO
DE ALARMA.
4.
Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar.
5.
Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el ON o el OFF para habilitar/deshabilitar respectivamente
el sonido de un bip.
6.
Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar su selección.
Notas: después de este ajuste,
1.
Sonará un bip para la tecla de tono cuando la tecla se presione en el auricular.
2.
Un bip por pila baja, la pila está baja.
3.
Sonará un bip para el rango de la alarma cuando el auricular esté fuera del alcance de la base.
¾
IDIOMA
El auricular podrá tener hasta 16 idiomas predefinidos.
1.
Presione la tecla MENÚ, luego use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el IDIOMA.
2.
Presione la tecla MENÚ para entrar.
3.
Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el idioma desde ENGLISH (inglés), DEUTSCH (alemán),

FRANÇAIS (francés), ITALIANO (italiano), ESPAÑOL (español), PORTUGUÉS (Portugués), PYCCKNÑ

(ruso), TÜRKÇE (turco), EΛΛHNIKA (griego), YKPAIHCЬKNÑ (ucraniano), POLSKI (polaco), MAGYAR
(húngaro), SVENSKA (sueco), NEDERLANDS (holandés), DANSK (danés) y NORSK (noruego). Cada
idioma mostrará su propia traducción natal.
4.
Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar su selección.
¾
NOMBRE DEL AURICULAR
La operación permitirá al usuario cambiar el nombre del auricular.
1.
Presione la tecla MENÚ. Use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar “NOMBRE HS”,
2.
Presione la tecla MENÚ, cuando se selecciona la función el visor mostrará la etiqueta del auricular
correspondiente.
3.
Ingrese la etiqueta del auricular, ponga el nombre del auricular.
4.
Si comete un error, presione la tecla R/C para corregirlo.
5.
Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar.
¾
CONTESTADOR AUTOMÁTICO
El auricular se puede ajustar para contestar una llamada entrante en forma automática cuando está en la
horquilla.
El usuario puede seleccionar habilitar/deshabilitar esta característica de contestador automático.
1.
Presione la tecla MENÚ. Use la tecla ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar el CONTESTADOR AUTOMÁTICO.
2.
Presione la tecla MENÚ para entrar.
3.
Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar ON u OFF.
4.
Presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar su selección.
Salir de este sub-menú devolverá al usuario al
CONTESTADOR AUTOMÁTICO.
¾
RESTRICCIÓN DE LLAMADAS
El auricular se puede ajustar para deshabilitar todas las llamadas salientes externas o llamadas salientes
especiales.
El usuario puede seleccionar habilitar/deshabilitar esta característica.
Tomar nota que las
llamadas internas al intercomunicador o en conferencia estarán todavía disponibles.
1.
Presione la tecla MENÚ. Use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar BARRING (RESTRICCIÓN),

Presionando la tecla MENÚ el usuario podrá entrar con rapidez el código del PIN, código de entrada de
4 dígitos (0000 por defecto).
3.
Presionar la tecla MENÚ para confirmar, luego use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar ON u OFF,
presione la tecla MENÚ para confirmar.
4.
Si se selecciona ON, el visor mostrará NÚMERO 1, presione ∧ o ∨ para elegir NÚMERO i(i=1~4).
5.
Luego presione MENÚ para confirmar, use la tecla numérica para ingresar el número (máximo 4 dígitos)
que se desea restringir (Por ejemplo: si se usa el número de restricción 1234, luego los números que
comienzan con 1234 no podrán discar hacia el exterior, y el visor LCD mostrará LLAMADA RESTRINGIDA)
6.
Presione MENÚ para confirmar.
Repetir los pasos arriba mencionados para ajustar el resto de los 3
grupos.
¾
FECHA Y HORA
El usuario puede fijar la fecha y la hora en el auricular seleccionando las siguientes opciones:

Presione la tecla MENÚ para ajustar la fecha y la hora.
2.
Presione la tecla MENÚ. Use las teclas ∧ o ∨ para seleccionar la FECHA Y HORA.
3.
Presione la tecla MENÚ y los últimos dos dígitos del año.
4.
Presione las teclas ∧ o ∨ para ingresar el año, mes, hora y fecha.
5.

Si el código del PIN es válido para todas las bases volverá al ajuste de fábrica.

Durante una llamada, presione la tecla MENÚ una vez para enmudecer la boquilla y MUTE aparecerá en el
visor LCD. Presione la tecla MENÚ de nuevo para volver a la llamada y MUTE desaparecerá.
Identificador de llamadas ID – tipo I y II

TIPO I
Después que haya aplicado el servicio del identificador de llamadas ID, se puede ver el número de teléfono
de la persona que llama durante un timbrado entrante.

TIPO II
Durante la conversación, se puede ver el número de teléfono de la llamada entrante de la segunda persona.
Esta función se puede pedir cuando el usuario haya solicitado el servicio de Telecom.
Contador de tiempo automático
El contador comenzará automáticamente a los 6 segundos de enganchada la línea telefónica.
Flash
Cuando se disque un número y la línea esté ocupada, presione las teclas R/C y RD/P para discar de nuevo.
Pausa
Presionando la tecla RD/P se insertará una pausa de 3.6 segundos en una secuencia de discado.
Pre-discado
La unidad tiene una función de pre-discado al entrar e ingresar el número antes de discarlo.
El siguiente procedimiento describe cómo usar esta función:

En el modo inactivo, ingrese el número al que desea llamar. Al entrarlo puede presionar la tecla R/C para
corregir el número.

INSTALLATION

Plug the main power lead into the bottom of the base unit.

Plug the main adapter into mains socket with the switch on the socket set to off.

Switch on main power at the socket.

Fit the batteries in the handset.

Each individual Handset has its own phonebook, independent of each other handset, with a maximum of 50
entries, each name a maximum of 12 characters, each number a maximum of 20 digits and a melody
selected between 1 and 10.

Handset Menu function 2: CALL LOG
You can enter CALL LOG by pressing MENU key. And there are three items in this menu, MISSED,
RECEIVED and DIALED.
When LCD display CALL LOG
1.
Press MENU key to enter missed call lists, received call lists or dialed call lists.
2.
The LCD will show the last record. (If no entries are available in the list, the LCD will be shown EMPTY).
3.

Handset Menu function 3: BS SETTINGS
The user is able to change the base setting in base settings item, press MENU key and use ‫ ר‬or ‫ ש‬key to
select this item. Then you can do below:

This function allows the user to delete a handset registration from the base.
1.
Press MENU key, the first show is DELETE HS.
2.
Press MENU key to enter, the user will be prompted to enter the PIN code.
3.
Input the correct 4-digit pin code using digit key.
4.
Press ‫ ר‬or ‫ ש‬key to scroll the handset names list up and down.
5.
Press MENU key to confirm. The delete handset will be deleted from the list on registered handset on
the base, and the handset will behave according to the out of range condition.

The user can select to change the flash time (100ms, 300ms, 600ms and 1000ms).

Press ‫ ר‬or ‫ ש‬key to select the desired flash time among 100ms, 300ms, 600ms and 1000 ms.

MODIFY PIN
This function allows the user to change the pin number of the currently active base.
1.
Press MENU key to confirm.
2.
Then using ‫ ר‬or ‫ ש‬key to select MODIFY PIN item.
3.
Press MENU key to confirm, and the display shows PIN?.
4.
The user will first be requested to entry the existing PIN code for the base by using numerical keys,
then press MENU to confirm.
5.
If the old code is validated, the user will be prompted to enter a new PIN code (4 digits), press MENU to
confirm.
6.
Once a new PIN code has been entered, the user will be requested to repeat to input the new PIN code.
7.
Press MENU to confirm, the code will be stored to the base and a tone sounded.

BASE DEFAULT
This function allows the user to restore the base setting to the factory default.
1.
Press MENU key, then using ‫ ר‬or ‫ ש‬key to select BS DEFAULT item.
2.
Press MENU key to confirm.
3.
The user will be prompted to enter the PIN CODE, the display shows PIN?, then press numerical keys
to input code.
4.
If the PIN code is validated all base settings will be returned to the factory default.
Handset Menu function 4: HS SETTINGS
The user is able to change a number of the settings for the handset to their own individual preferences.
Using ‫ ר‬or ‫ ש‬key to select HS SETTINGS. Then you can do below:

The user is able to set the alarm on the handset and adjust the alarm settings.

Press MENU key, the first sub-menu is ALARM item.

Press MENU key to confirm.

Press ‫ ר‬or ‫ ש‬key to select ON or OFF, and press MENU to confirm .Selection of ALARM OFF will turn
the alarm off, and the user is dropped back to the “ALARM” menu. Selection of ALARM ON option will

After select ON, press MENU key to start the time settings of alarm, 12-00 displayed with “12” flashing,

Press ‫ ר‬or ‫ ש‬key to edit the alarm time (including AM/PM)

Press MENU key, the user will be presented with a further option to select to SNOOZE ON or SNOOZE
OFF to enable or disable the snooze function on the alarm.

In idle state, the alarm will ring at very sharp hour you have set.
„ Intermit alarm:
During the alarming, press any key except

The Handset can be set to disable all external outgoing calls or special outgoing call. The user is able to
select to enable/disable this feature. Note that internal calls to intercom or conference will still be available.

Press MENU key the user will be prompted to enter the PIN code, input 4-digit code (defaulted as 0000).

The user is able to set the date and time on the handset, by selecting the following option.

This function allows the user to restore the handset setting to the factory default.

The user will be prompted to enter the PIN CODE, the display shows PIN?, then press numerical keys
to input code.

If the PIN code is validated all base settings will be returned to the factory default.

Maximum 5 handsets can be linked to the same base unit by the follow ways,

Maximum 4 bases can be linked to the same handset by the follow ways:
1.
In standby mode, press MENU key, then using ‫ ר‬or ‫ ש‬key to select REGISTERATION item.

Press MENU key to enter. Press ‫ ר‬or ‫ ש‬key to select BASE from BASE1, BASE2, BASE3 or BASE 4.

Press MENU key to confirm, LCD displays PIN? Then enter the pin code (defaulted as 0000, if input

Mute the speakerphone
During a call, press MENU key once to mute the mouthpiece and MUTE will show on LCD. Press MENU
key again to get back to the call and the MUTE will disappear.
Caller ID – type I & II

After you have applied the caller ID service, you can see the caller phone number during an incoming ring.

During the conversation, the phone number of the incoming call of the second caller can be seen in the unit.
This function can be worked when the user applied the Telecom service.
Auto timer
The timer will start automatically after 6s of the telephone line is engaged.
Flash
When dial a number and the line is busy, press R/C and RD/P key to dial it out again.
Pause
Press RD/P key will insert a time delay of 3.6 seconds in a dialing sequence.
Pre-dialing
The unit has pre-dialing function, when you may enter and edit the number before dial it out.

El
servicio de garantía incluye las revisiones, reparaciones y/o sustituciones que a juicio de ACLAN
S.A. fueren necesarias para el normal funcionamiento del producto.

El traslado del producto a ser reparado o revisado será por cuenta del Usuario.

Aclan S.A. no está obligado
en ningún caso al cambio de la unidad completa (excepto lo establecido
en la ley 17189)

Alcance de la garantía
Se previene que el normal funcionamiento del producto requiere que su
manejo o empleo se ajuste a las indicaciones de su uso contenidas en el manual de usuario y que se

La presente Garantía quedará sin efecto en caso de:
1 - accidente, 2 - mantenimiento inadecuado
por el usuario, 3 - instalación y/o funcionamiento en lugar distinto al medio de funcionamiento específico,
4 - instalación en lugar físico u operativamente inadecuado, 5- fallas o inconvenientes del producto
causados por un servicio prestado por una firma no autorizada por ACLAN S.A., 6 - desperfecto,
inconvenientes mal funcionamiento derivado de un manejo o uso que no se ajuste a tales condiciones o
que se utilicen otros accesorios y piezas que no sean legitimas de Microsonic.
