Description
The Delock PCI card expands your PC by one external parallel port. You can
connect devices like scanner, printer etc. to the card.

Hardware Installation
Note:
Follow the general instructions for installation of the card. If necessary, read the
manual of your computer, or ask a specialist for help.

Turn off your PC, and unplug the power cord.
Open the housing.
Remove the slot holder from the available PCI.
Insert the card straight and carefully into the free PCI slot, until it is well
seated.
Use a screw to attach the card to the housing.
Reattach the housing, and connect the power cord to the AC adapter.
Driver Installation
Windows XP
Controller installation:
1. After installing the hardware and starting your computer the hardware
assistant will appear. Choose the option "No, not this time" and click "Next".
2. Put the driver CD in the CD-ROM drive, choose "Install software
automatically" and click "Next".
3. The driver will be found automatically and installed. Click on "Finish".
Install parallel interface
4. The hardware assistant appears with a newly found parallel interface.
Choose "No, not this time" and click "Next".
5. Choose "Install software automatically" and click "Next".
6. Click "Finish".
7. Your PCI card is installed and ready for use.
Windows 2000
Controller installation:
1. After installing the hardware and starting your computer the hardware
assistant will appear.
2. Put the driver CD in the CD ROM drive and click on "Next".
3. Select the "CD drive" option and click on "Next".
4. After the driver is located, click on "Next".
5. Click on "Finish".

Install parallel interface
6. The hardware assistant appears with a newly found parallel interface.
7. Choose "Install software automatically" and click "Next".
8. Click "Finish".
9. Your PCI card is installed and ready for use.

Die Delock PCI Karte erweitert Ihren PC um einen externen Parallelen Port.
Sie können an die Karte verschiedene Geräte wie z.B. Scanner, Drucker etc.
anschließen.

Hardware Installation
Hinweis:
Folgen Sie den hier anschließenden allgemeinen Anweisungen zur Installation
der Karte. Bei Bedarf lesen Sie bitte in Ihrem Computerhandbuch nach oder
wenden Sie sich an einen Fachmann.

Schalten Sie Ihren PC aus, ziehen Sie das Netzkabel.
Öffnen Sie das Gehäuse.
Entfernen Sie das Slotblech vom gewünschten freien PCI Steckplatz.
Stecken Sie die Karte gerade und vorsichtig in den freien PCI-Slot, bis sie
fest sitzt.
Befestigen Sie die Karte mit einer Schraube am Gehäuse.
Schließen Sie das Gehäuse wieder und verbinden Sie das Netzkabel mit
dem Netzteil.
Treiber Installation
Windows XP
Installation des Controllers:
1. Nach dem Einbau des Gerätes erscheint nach dem Start der HardwareAssistent, wählen Sie "Nein, diesmal nicht" und klicken Sie auf "Weiter".
2. Legen Sie die Treiber CD in das Laufwerk und "Software automatisch
installieren" auswählen, auf "Weiter" klicken.
3. Der Treiber wird automatisch gefunden und installiert. Auf "Fertig stellen"
klicken.
Installation der Parallelen Schnittstelle
4. Hardware-Assistent meldet sich mit einer neuen Parallelen Schnittstelle,
wählen Sie "Nein, diesmal nicht" und klicken Sie auf "Weiter".
5. "Software automatisch installieren" auswählen, auf "Weiter" klicken.
6. Und nun auf "Fertig stellen".
7. Danach ist Ihre PCI Karte installiert, somit können Sie nun das Gerät
verwenden.
Windows 2000
Installation des Controllers:
1. Nach dem Einbau des Gerätes erscheint nach dem Start der HardwareAssistent.
2. Legen Sie die Treiber CD in das Laufwerk und klicken auf "Weiter".
3. Option "CD Laufwerk" auswählen und danach auf "Weiter" klicken.

Description
La carte PCI Delock étend votre PC avec un port parallèle externes. Vous pouvez
connecter des périphériques tels que scanner, imprimante etc. sur la carte.

Hardware Installation
Note:
Suivez les instructions générales pour l'installation de la carte. Si nécessaire,
consultez le manuel de votre ordinateur, ou demander l'aide d'un spécialiste.

Eteignez votre PC et débranchez le cordon d'alimentation.
Enlevez le support du slot pour le port PCI disponible.
Insérez la carte tout droit et avec précaution dans un slot PCI libre, jusqu'à
ce qu'elle soit bien en place.
Utilisez une vis pour attacher la carte au boîtier.
Fixez également le support arrière avec une vis sur le boîtier.
Remontez le boîtier et branchez le cordon d'alimentation et l'adaptateur AC.
Installation du pilote
Windows XP
Installation du contrôleur:
1. Après l'installation matérielle et le démarrage de votre ordinateur, l'assistant
matériel apparaît. Choisissez l'option "Non, pas pour l'instant" et cliquez sur
"Continuer".
2. Insérez le CD pilote dans le lecteur de CD-ROM, choisissez "Installer le
logiciel automatiquement" et cliquez sur "Continuer".
3. Le pilote est détecté et installé automatiquement. Cliquez sur "Terminer".
Installation de l'interface parallèle
4. L'assistant matériel apparaît avec une nouvelle interface parallèle détectée.
Choisissez "Non, pas pour l'instant" et cliquez sur "Continuer".
5. Choisissez "Installer le logiciel automatiquement" et cliquez sur "Continuer".
6. Cliquez sur "Terminer".
7. Votre carte PCI est installée et prête à l'emploi.
Windows 2000
Installation du contrôleur:
1. Après l'installation matérielle et le démarrage de votre ordinateur, l'assistant
matériel apparaît.
2. Mettez le CD pilote dans le lecteur CD ROM et cliquez sur "Suivant".
3. Sélectionnez l'option "Lecteur de CD", et cliquez sur "Suivant".
4. Une fois le pilote localisé, cliquez sur "Suivant".
5. Cliquez sur "Terminer".

Hardware Instalación
Nota:
Siga las instrucciones generales para la instalación de la tarjeta. En caso

Apague su equipo y desconecte el cable de alimentación.
Abra la carcasa.
Retire la sujeción de la ranura PCI disponible.
Inserte la tarjeta de forma perpendicular y con cuidado en la ranura PCI
disponible, hasta que quede bien encajada.
Utilice un destornillador para unir la tarjeta a la carcasa.
Vuelva a colocar la carcasa y conecte el adaptador de CA del cable de
alimentación.
