VIVANCO UR 5000 remote control for almost
all TV, audio by learning, video and other
infrared-controllable appliances
Inserting the batteries
Open the battery flap on the back of the
remote control, press the flap lightly
downwards, then insert 4 alkaline AAA
batteries. Check that the polarity markings on
the batteries and in the battery compartment
are correctly lined up (+=+), then close the
flap carefully. – Always use undamaged
batteries.
If ‘battery’ icon is shown on display, batteries
are on low level. Please replace batteries
with new ones to ensure proper functioning.
Adapting to appliances
In order to control your appliances you must
adapt or set the remote control to them.
There are three ways of doing so: direct
control code entry, code search or learn.
If your UR 5000 does not understand you, it
blinks several times and you can then repeat
the entry. Each understood entry is confirmed
by an appliance button blinking once briefly
and a beep tone.
Direct control code entry using the
enclosed list
Example: setting to control a Panasonic
television set:
1.
The enclosed list gives, for
example, the Panasonic Code 2551.
Please make sure you have selected the
correct list for television sets (TV).
2.
To prepare code entry, press the
required appliance button, e.g. TV, the icon
(6) will change to blue colour.
3.
Press and hold down P+ and
VOL- simultanously for 3 seconds until the
indicator led (2) lights up.
4.
Then press the number buttons
(e.g. 2 5 5 1) in sequence.
5.
Once the numbers have been
entered the lamp goes out and the remote
control is ready to control your appliance.

Finally, test the control code
setting by trying to control (in this example)
your television set. If it does not work at all or
not correctly try a different code from the list
or the code search (see below).
7.
To set the remote control for other
appliances, proceed in the same way.
Instead of the TV appliance button, press
another button e.g. DVD, SAT, VCR, CBL.
Please Note
•
DVD, CBL, SAT/DVB and other Device
Codes can be entered into any device modes
except TV &amp; VCR. Just simply press the
device mode key and enter your 4-digit
device code for DVD, CBL, SAT and other
devices.
•
If the indicator flashes 6 times in step 4,
a wrong Device Code has been entered. You
are required to repeat step 2 to 5 again.
Code search
If the brand of your appliance is not in the list
or none of the codes given fits, we
recommend a code search.
Manual code search
1.
Switch on the appliance to be
controlled. Program is running.
2.
To prepare code search, press
the required appliance button, e.g. TV, the
icon will change to blue colour.
3.
Press and hold down P+ and
VOL- simultanously for 3 seconds until the
indicator led (2) lights up.
4.
Depending on to be controlled
device enter search code number for: TV:
0001, VCR: 0002, SAT/DVB: 0003, CBL:
0004 or DVD: 0005. Then indicator led (2) will
flash twice and turn off.
5.
Press the required appliance
button, e.g. TV, again. Icon will change to
blue colour.
6.
Press and hold down P+ and
VOL- simultanously for 3 seconds until the
indicator led (2) lights up.
7.
Then point the remote control at
the appliance to be controlled.

Briefly press the ON/OFF
(appliance on/off) button once. The lamp
(LED) blinks. –When searching for a device
code of a device, which has no infrared
controllable ON/OFF function, then press
instead of ON/OFF alone alternately ON/OFF
and another important button, e.g. press &gt;
(Play) button and use the Play function to
search. Make sure that a tape, a DVD or a
CD is inserted in the tape deck, player or
recorder.

Press
the
ON/OFF
(appliance on/off) or ON/OFF &amp; e.g. Play
button alternately repeatedly, approx. every
1,5 seconds, until the appliance, e.g. your
DVD player, reacts. - If you notice the
reaction of your appliance too late and the
next code has already been emitted you can
go back by pressing P- and then ON/OFF or
ON/OFF &amp; Play again. If your appliance has
switched itself off you must switch it back on
again, e.g. on the appliance or with the
original remote control, to continue searching.
10.
When your appliance reacts
correctly, press the appliance button, e.g. TV,
and end the search. The lamp (LED) goes
out.
- The UR 5000 continues with the search at
the point where you interrupted it. When the
end of the code list is reached the search
stops automatically. The remote control blinks
quickly several times. The code last entered
remains stored. The search stops after
approx. 15 seconds of inactivity.
– DVD, CBL and other device codes can be
searched and locked into any device mode
except TV &amp; VCR. Just set right search code.

Learning, Programming, of Missing
Control Functions
The LEARN function is used to supplement
the preprogrammed codes. The standard
code may provide most of functions needed,
but you may miss some key functions. Or you
didn&acute;t find any functioning preprogrammed
code for a device, e.g. audio devices, air
conditioners etc.. You can capture upto 226
key function codes. The last captured
function will overwrite the previous. learnt.

For learning of key codes you must use
a functioning orginal remote controller.
Please use fresh batteries for both remote
controls.

Please point the original&acute;s remote
control transmitter LED towards the receiver
LED of UR 5000 (placed on top, same as
transmitter LED). Distance of LEDs between
both remotes shall be approximately 5080mm and must be in straight line of sight.

To prepare copying of key
functions, press the required appliance
button, e.g. DVD, icon will change to blue
colour.

Press and hold down P+ and
VOL- simultanously for 3 seconds until the
indicator led (2) lights up.
5
Key-in learn code 0000 and the learn
icon will light up.
6
Press and release the target key, that
you want to learn to (reprogram) (e.g.
POWER), the UR 5000 will peep.
7

You can access “free” keys, if you press Shift
key (9) first. Upto 3 pages, accessable by
Page key (10), are available for any device
for copying original keys. Press and hold the
source key on the original remote control
(e.g. POWER) until the LED on your UR
5000 remote control blinks once and the
device icon, e.g. DVD will flash again. That
indicates that a new function code, e.g.
POWER, has been learnt.

Repeat steps 6 to 7 for capturing
more key functions. - If there is a
learning(capturing) problem, the LED blinks 6
times. Then adjust the position of both

remote controls and start capturing the key
function again at step 6.

Press and release device key for exit of
learning mode. – The controller will exit the
learning mode automatically after about 15
seconds of inactivity.
In case a copied key operates occasionally
only, please try the following modified
method:
1.
Please follow steps 1 to 5 as explained
above.
2.
Press and release the target key, that
you want to learn to (reprogram) (e.g.
POWER), the UR 5000 will peep.
3.
Press and hold the source key on the
original remote control (e.g. POWER) until
the LED on your UR 5000 remote control
blinks once and the device icon, e.g. DVD will
flash again.
4.
Press and release the same UR 5000
target key again for repeated learning. The
Device Key icon (e.g. DVD icon) will stop
flashing.
5.
Press and hold the same source key on
the original remote control (e.g. POWER)
until the LED on your UR 5000 remote control
blinks once and the device icon, e.g. DVD,
will flash once again. That indicates that a
new function code, e.g. POWER, has been
learnt.
6.
Repeat steps 2 to 5 of this procedure to
copy further keys, if needed..
7.
Press and release device key for exit of
learning mode.
Reset/deletion of all captured key functions
per device: Entering a new pre-programmed
Device Code, see above Direct control
code entry using the enclosed list, will
automatically erase and replace all learned
commands in the chosen device mode.
If you enter
Memory full indication: if the memory is full,
the LED (2) blinks 3 times and then press
and release device key to exit learning
mode..
Operation
You operate your appliances basically in

exactly the same way as if you were using
the original remote controls, except that you
must first press an appliance button (TV,
DVD, etc.) to control the required appliance.
As the symbols on the UR 5000 could differ
from those on the original remote controls
you may have to try out all the buttons in
order to find the functions.
The hard keys (4) can be used directly, while
the touch screen keys fall asleep after 15 s of
inactivity, in order to save energy. You can
either touch the touch screen or any hard key
(4) to wake them up.
Page: In order to find more keys per device,
please press Page key (10), then the next
key group is displayed.
Shift: If you have copied (learned) keys on
Shift page keys, then you have to press Shift
(9) and Page (10) again in order to find and
use the copied keys.
Special settings and functions
Punch Through: Volume and mute keys are
always controlling the TV set, unless you
copied learned original keys for one or more
devices on them. Learned keys have priority.
Smart Action Keys (Macros)
UR 5000 comes with 6 programmable
SMART Action programs (Macros), each with
a maximum of 20 key steps. By SMART
Macro keys, you can program key sequences
with time delays, simply by a pressing a
SMART key.
Program a Smart Action Key
1.
Hold down “P+” &amp; “VOL-” together
simultaneously for 3 seconds until the led
indicator (2) lights up.
2.
Enter to number: 0 0 0 9. The SMART
icon will turn on.
3.
Select a desired Smart key. (e.g. Smart
1). The led indicator (2) lights up. - Smart
keys1,2,3 are directly accessible, for 3 further
Smart Action keys Shift and then Smart 1, 2
or 3 must be pressed.
4.
Then press a sequence of keys, which
shall be output later, when you press Smart 1
,2 or 3 etc.. E.g. TV, POWER, DVD, POWER,

SAT, POWER for all devices power off. The
led (2) indicator will flash once for each key. Press and hold a key longer, if you want to
extend its transmission period (max up to 60
seconds).
5.
Repeat step 4 until you have finished
key input of the whole sequence and press
the same Smart key (e.g. Smart 1). The
SMART(Macro) program will be stored.
6.
To program another Smart Action Key,
repeat the steps 1 to 5 above.
Activate a a Smart Action
1.
Aim your remote at your equipment.
2.
Press and release the right
programmed Smart Action (Macro) key. (e.g.
Smart 1 or e.g. Shift and then Smart 3). The
corresponding Smart icon (3) and the led
indicator (2) will blink during transmission of
signals.

Batterien einlegen
Bitte &ouml;ffnen Sie die Batterieklappe an der
Ger&auml;ter&uuml;ckseite,
Klappe
leicht
nach
untenschieben, und legen Sie 4 AlkaliMikrozellenbatterien ein. Achten Sie auf die
angegebenen Polarit&auml;ten auf Batterien und
im Batteriefach (+=+), und schlie&szlig;en Sie das
Fach wieder vorsichtig. – Bitte achten Sie
darauf, immer einwandfreie Batterien zu
verwenden.
Leistungsschwache Batterien werden durch
ein Batteriesymbol in der Anzeige angezeigt.

Bitte ggf. Batterien durch neue ersetzen, um
eine einwandfreie Funktion zu gew&auml;hrleisten.
Ger&auml;teanpassung
Um Ihre Ger&auml;te steuern zu k&ouml;nnen, m&uuml;ssen
Sie die Fernbedienung f&uuml;r Ihre Ger&auml;te
einstellen. Dazu gibt es drei M&ouml;glichkeiten:
die
direkte
Steuerkodeeingabe,
die
Kodesuche oder die Lern-Kopierfunktion.
Wenn die UR 5000 Sie nicht versteht, dann
blinkt sie mehrmals und Sie k&ouml;nnen danach
die Eingabe wiederholen. Jede verstandene
Eingabe quittiert sie mit einem kurzen Blink
ihrer LED-Anzeigelampe und einem Piepton.
Die direkte Steuerkodeeingabe mithilfe
der beigef&uuml;gten Liste
Beispiel: Einstellung der Fernbedienung f&uuml;r
ein Panasonic-Fernsehger&auml;t:
1.
Aus
der
beigef&uuml;gten
Liste
entnehmen Sie z.B. den Panasonic-Code
2551.
Bitte vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie die
korrekte Liste f&uuml;r Fernseher (TV) gew&auml;hlt
haben.
2.
Zur
Vorbereitung
der
Kodeeingabe
dr&uuml;cken
Sie
kurz
die
gew&uuml;nschte Ger&auml;tetaste, z.B. TV. Das
Tastensymbol (6) leuchtet dann blau.
3.
Gleichzeitig ca. 3 Sekunden lang
Tasten P+ und VOL- dr&uuml;cken und gedr&uuml;ckt
halten bis Lampe (2) dauerhaft leuchtet.
4.
Dann dr&uuml;cken Sie nacheinander
die Zifferntasten (z.B. 2 5 5 1).
5.
Nach der Zifferneingabe erlischt
die Lampe (2) und die Fernbedienung ist
bereit zum Steuern Ihres Ger&auml;tes.
6.
Zum Abschluss testen Sie den
eingestellten
Steuerkode,
indem
Sie
versuchen in diesem Fall Ihr TV-Ger&auml;t, zu
steuern. Funktioniert es nicht oder nicht
richtig, dann versuchen Sie bitte einen
weiteren Kode aus der Liste oder die
Kodesuche, s.u.
Die Einstellung der Fernbedienung zur
Steuerung weiterer Ger&auml;te nehmen Sie auf
gleiche Weise vor. Anstelle der Ger&auml;tetaste
TV dr&uuml;cken Sie andere Tasten, z.B. VCR,
SAT, DVD, CBL.

Bitte beachten!
- DVD, CBL, SAT/DVB und andere
Ger&auml;tekodes
k&ouml;nnen
unter
jeder
Ger&auml;teauswahltaste au&szlig;er TV &amp; VCR
eingegeben
werden.
Einfach
die
entsprechende Ger&auml;tetaste dr&uuml;cken und
passenden Kode eingeben.
- Die Anzeigelampe (2) blinkt 6 Mal beim
Schritt 4, wenn eine falsche Kodenummer
eingegeben wurde. Dann bitte Vorgang ab
Schritt 2 wiederholen.
Kodesuche
Wenn die Marke eines Ger&auml;tes nicht in der
Liste steht oder kein angegebener Kode
passt, empfiehlt sich die Kodesuche.
Manuelle Kodesuche
1.
Bitte
das
zusteuernde
Ger&auml;t
einschalten. Programm l&auml;uft.
2.
Zur Vorbereitung der Kodesuche
dr&uuml;cken Sie kurz
die gew&uuml;nschte
Ger&auml;tetaste. Das Tastensymbol (6) leuchtet
dann blau.
3.
Gleichzeitig ca. 3 Sekunden lang
Tasten P+ und VOL- dr&uuml;cken und gedr&uuml;ckt
halten bis Lampe (2) dauerhaft leuchtet.
4.
Bitte abh&auml;ngig vom zu steuernden
Ger&auml;t Suchkode eingeben: f&uuml;r TV: 0001,
VCR: 0002, SAT/DVB: 0003, CBL: 0004 oder
DVD: 0005.
5.
Dann Ger&auml;teauswahltaste, z.B. TV,
noch einmal dr&uuml;cken, bis Tastensymbol blau
leuchtet
6.
Gleichzeitig ca. 3 Sekunden lang
Tasten P+ und VOL- dr&uuml;cken und gedr&uuml;ckt
halten bis Lampe (2) dauerhaft leuchtet.
7.
Dann Fernbedienung auf das zu
steuernde Ger&auml;t richten.
8.
Einmal kurz EIN/AUS
(Ger&auml;t
ein/aus)Taste dr&uuml;cken. Das L&auml;mpchen (LED)
(2) blinkt. – Wenn ein zu steuerndes Ger&auml;t
sich nicht &uuml;ber infrarot ausschalten l&auml;sst
(Power off), kann auch eine anderer
Tastenbefehl zur Kodesuche verwendet
werden. Z.B. Play (&gt;) bei DVD oder VCRs.
Dann statt EIN/AUS abwechselnd EIN/AUS
und die 2. Taste, z.B. Play (&gt;) dr&uuml;cken.

Stellen Sie sicher, dass in Bandger&auml;ten,
Playern und Rekordern ein Band bzw. eine
DVD oder CD eingelegt ist.
9.
Wiederholt, ca. jede 1,5 Sekunde,
EIN/AUS
(Ger&auml;t ein/aus) oder
(Ger&auml;t ein/aus) abwechselnd mit z.B. Play
(Wiedergabe) dr&uuml;cken bis Ger&auml;t, z.B. Ihr
DVD-Player, reagiert. - Wenn Sie die
Reaktion Ihres Ger&auml;tes zu sp&auml;t bemerkt
haben und schon der n&auml;chste Kode gesendet
wurde, dann macht das nichts. Sie k&ouml;nnen
die Suchrichtung umkehren, indem Sie Pund dann wieder EIN/AUS oder EIN/AUS &amp;
Play dr&uuml;cken. Hatte sich Ihr Ger&auml;t
ausgeschaltet, so m&uuml;ssen Sie es, z.B. am
Ger&auml;t oder mit der Originalfernbedienung zur
weiteren Suche wieder einschalten.
10. Wenn Ihr Ger&auml;t richtig reagiert, dr&uuml;cken
Sie die Ger&auml;tetaste, z.B. TV, und
beendenden so die Suche. Das L&auml;mpchen
(2) (LED) geht aus. - Die UR 5000 setzt die
Suche dort fort, wo Sie die Suche
abgebrochen hatten. Wenn das Ende der
Kodeliste erreicht ist, endet die Suche
automatisch. Dabei blinkt die Fernbedienung
mehrfach schnell hintereinander. Der zuletzt
eingegebene Kode bleibt gespeichert. Die
Suche wird nach ca. 15 Sekunden Unt&auml;tigkeit
abgebrochen.
- DVD, CBL, SAT/DVB und andere
Ger&auml;tekodes
k&ouml;nnen
unter
jeder
Ger&auml;teauswahltaste, au&szlig;er TV &amp; VCR,
gesucht werden. Einfach die entsprechende
Ger&auml;tetaste
dr&uuml;cken
und
passenden
Suchkode eingeben.
Kopieren von Originaltasten zum Lernen
von fehlenden Steuerfunktionen
Die LEARN-Funktion dient als Erg&auml;nzung f&uuml;r
vorprogrammierte Steuerkodes. In vielen
F&auml;llen k&ouml;nnen voreingestellte Kodes fast alle
Funktionen steuern, aber einige fehlen. Oder
Sie haben
gar keinen funktionierenden
Kode gefunden, z.B. f&uuml;r Audioger&auml;te,
Klimaanlagen usw.. Mit der Lernfunktion
k&ouml;nnen Sie von Originalfernbedienungen bis
zu 226 Tastenbefehle &uuml;bernehmen. Jeder

neugelernte Tastenkode &uuml;berschreibt einen
zuvor gelernten.

Zum &Uuml;bertragen von Steuerkodes
ben&ouml;tigen Sie eine vollfunktionsf&auml;hige
Originalfernbedienung.
Bitte
benutzten
vollgeladene
Batterien
in
beiden
Fernbedienungen.

Die beiden Fernbedienungen so auf
einen
Tisch
legen,
dass
die
Infrarotsendediode
(LED)
der
Originalfernbedienung direkt in Richtung der
Diode (LED) der UR 5000 zeigt, s. Fig. 2.
Diese befindet sich am Kopfende der
Fernbedienung. Der Abstand zwischen
beiden LEDs in Sichtkontakt soll ca. 50-80
mm betragen.

Zur
Vorbereitung
der
Tastenkopierfunktiom dr&uuml;cken Sie kurz die
gew&uuml;nschte Ger&auml;tetaste. Das Tastensymbol
(6) leuchtet dann blau.

Gleichzeitig ca. 3 Sekunden lang
Tasten P+ und VOL- dr&uuml;cken und gedr&uuml;ckt
halten bis Lampe (2) dauerhaft leuchtet.
5
Bitte Lernkode 0000 eingeben. Am
unteren Rand der Anzeige wird dann Learn
angezeigt.

Dr&uuml;cken Sie kurz die UR 5000-Taste,
z.B.
(Ein/Aus), deren Funktion von der
Originalfernbedienung &uuml;bernommen werden
soll. Die UR 5000 quittiert dies mit einem
Piepton.
Sie k&ouml;nnen sich freie, nicht vorbelegte Tasten
schaffen, indem Sie zun&auml;chst die Shift-Taste
(9) dr&uuml;cken. Bis zu 3 Seiten mit freien
Tasten, erreichbar mittels Page-Seiten-Taste
(10), sind f&uuml;r jedes Ger&auml;t zum Kopieren von
Tasten verf&uuml;gbar.

Dr&uuml;cken
Sie
die
Taste
der
Originalfernbedienung,
deren
Funktion
&uuml;bertragen werden soll, z.B. POWER,
solange bis die UR 5000 dies durch
einmaliges blinken der Lampe (2) und des
Ger&auml;tetastensymbols, z.B. DVD best&auml;tigt.
Das bedeutet, dass eine Tastenfunktion, z.B.
EIN/AUS &uuml;bertragen wurde.

Bitte die Schritte 6 und 7 wiederholen,
um weitere Tastenfunktionen zu &uuml;bertragen.

– Bei &Uuml;bertragungsproblemen blinkt die
Lampe (2) 6-Mal hintereinander. Dann bitte
die Fernbedienungen besser ausrichten und
mit Schritt 6 den &Uuml;bertragungsvorgang
wiederholen.

Zum
Abschluss
der
&Uuml;bertragungsprozedur bitte die Ger&auml;tetaste,
z.B. DVD, dr&uuml;cken. - Die UR 5000 beendet
die Prozedur auch automatisch nach ca. 15
Sekunden Unt&auml;tigkeit.
Falls kopierte Tasten nur hin und wieder
funktionieren, bitte folgende modifizierte
Lernmethode versuchen:
1.

z.B.
(Ein/Aus), deren Funktion von der

deren

Bedienung
Sie bedienen Ihre Ger&auml;te praktisch genauso,
wie Sie es von Ihren Originalfernbedienungen
her kennen, nur, dass Sie zuvor eine
Ger&auml;tetaste .TV, DVD usw. dr&uuml;cken m&uuml;ssen,
um das gew&uuml;nschte Ger&auml;t steuern zu
k&ouml;nnen. Da die Symbole der UR 5000 sich
von denen Ihrer Originalfernbedienungen
unterscheiden k&ouml;nnen, m&uuml;ssen Sie u.U. alle
Tasten zum Finden von Funktionen
ausprobieren.
Die festen Tasten (4) k&ouml;nnen immer
verwendet werden, w&auml;hrend sich die
ber&uuml;hrungsempfindlichen
Anzeigetasten
(Touch Screen Tasten) nach 15 Sekunden
Unt&auml;tigkeit automatisch zum Energiesparen

Smart Akationstasten (Macros)
Die UR 5000 bietet Ihnen 6 SMART
Aktionstasten (Macros). Jede SMART-Taste
kann automatisch einen Ablauf von bis zu 20
Tastenbefehlen einstellbarer Dauer ausl&ouml;sen.
Smart-Aktionstaste einstellen
1.
Gleichzeitig ca. 3 Sekunden lang
Tasten P+ und VOL- dr&uuml;cken und gedr&uuml;ckt
halten bis Lampe (2) dauerhaft leuchtet.
2.
Nummer: 0 0 0 9 eingeben. Unten links
in der Anzeige wird SMART angezeigt.
3.
Bitte eine Smart-Taste ausw&auml;hlen und
dr&uuml;cken, z.B. Smart 1. Die Lampe (2)
leuchtet dann. – Smart-Tasten1,2,3 sind
direkt erreichbar, w&auml;hrend zur Erreichung
weiterer 3 Smart Aktionstasten Shift und
dann Smart 1, 2 oder 3 gedr&uuml;ckt werden
muss.

Eine Anzahl von Tasten dr&uuml;cken, deren
Befehle sp&auml;ter nach
dem Dr&uuml;cken der
betreffenden SMART-Taste automatisch
nacheinander ausgegeben werden sollen.
Z.B. nach Eingabe
TV, POWER, DVD,
POWER, SAT, POWER werden nach einem
einzigen Tastendruck die aufgef&uuml;hrten
Ger&auml;te nacheinander ausgeschaltet. Die
Lampe (2) blinkt einmal pro Tastenbefehl. –
Sie k&ouml;nnen die Dauer der Ausgabe eines
Infrarotbefehls bestimmen, in dem Sie beim
Eingeben
des
Tastenbefehls
die
entsprechende Taste mehr oder weniger
lange dr&uuml;cken (max. 60 Sekunden).
5.
Die
Tastensequenz
wird
abgespeichert, wenn Sie die vor der Sequenz
gedr&uuml;ckte Smart-Taste (z.B. Smart 1) noch
einmal dr&uuml;cken.

Mise en place des piles
Veuillez ouvrir le compartiment des piles au

mettez en place 4 piles micro alcalines.
Veillez &agrave; respecter les polarit&eacute;s indiqu&eacute;es sur
les piles et le compartiment &agrave; batteries (+=+)
et refermez ensuite le compartiment avec
pr&eacute;caution. – N'utilisez que des piles en
parfait &eacute;tat de marche.
Les piles faibles sont repr&eacute;sent&eacute;es par un
symbole pile sur l'affichage. Remplacez, si
n&eacute;cessaire, les piles par des neuves, pour
garantir un fonctionnement parfait.
Adaptation
Pour pouvoir commander vos appareils, vous
devez r&eacute;gler la t&eacute;l&eacute;commande pour l'appareil
en question. A cette fin, vous avez trois
possibilit&eacute;s : entr&eacute;e directe du code,
recherche du code ou bien avec la fonction
apprentissage/copie.
Si l'UR 5000 ne comprend pas, elle
clignotera plusieurs fois, puis vous pourrez
r&eacute;p&eacute;ter l'entr&eacute;e. Chaque entr&eacute;e comprise est

Entr&eacute;e directe d'un code &agrave; l'aide de la liste

Exemple : r&eacute;glage de la t&eacute;l&eacute;commande pour

1. Utilisez par ex. le code Panasonic 2551
figurant sur la liste fournie.
Veuillez vous assurer d’avoir choisi la liste
correcte pour t&eacute;l&eacute;viseurs (TV).
2. Avant de pouvoir entrer le code,
appuyez d'abord bri&egrave;vement sur la touche
souhait&eacute;e de l’appareil, par ex. TV. Le
symbole de touche (6) est alors allum&eacute; en
bleu.
3. Appuyez en m&ecirc;me temps pendant env.
3 secondes sur les touches P+ et VOL- et
tenez-les enfonc&eacute;es jusqu'&agrave; ce que le voyant
LED (2) reste allum&eacute;.
4. Appuyez ensuite successivement sur les
touches num&eacute;riques (par ex. 2 5 5 1).
5. Une fois que vous avez entr&eacute; les
chiffres, le voyant LED (2) s'&eacute;teint et la
t&eacute;l&eacute;commande est pr&ecirc;te &agrave; commander votre
appareil.
6. Compl&eacute;tez l'entr&eacute;e par un test du code
de commande saisi, consistant &agrave; chercher &agrave;
commander votre t&eacute;l&eacute;viseur. S'il ne se passe
rien ou pas ce que vous souhaiteriez,
r&eacute;essayez avec un autre code de la liste ou
avec la fonction de recherche de code (voir
plus bas).
Le r&eacute;glage de la t&eacute;l&eacute;commande pour d’autres
appareils est &agrave; effectuer de la m&ecirc;me
mani&egrave;re. Au lieu d’appuyer sur la touche pour
appareils TV, veuillez presser d’autres
touches, comme par ex. VCR, SAT, DVD,
CBL.

Recherche de code
Lorsque la marque d'un appareil ne figure
pas sur la liste ou qu'aucun des codes entr&eacute;s
ne convient, il est recommand&eacute; de faire appel
&agrave; la fonction de recherche de code.
Recherche manuelle de code
1.
Allumez l'appareil que vous souhaitez
commander. L'appareil en question &eacute;tant
d&eacute;j&agrave; r&eacute;gl&eacute; sur une cha&icirc;ne.
2.
En pr&eacute;paration &agrave; la recherche de code,
appuyez bri&egrave;vement sur la touche d'appareil
souhait&eacute;e. Le symbole de touche (6) est alors
allum&eacute; en bleu.
3.
Appuyez en m&ecirc;me temps pendant env.
3 secondes sur les touches P+ et VOL- et
tenez-les enfonc&eacute;es jusqu'&agrave; ce que le voyant
LED (2) reste allum&eacute;.
4.
En fonction de l'appareil &agrave; commander,
veuillez saisir le code de recherche : pour TV:
0001, VCR: 0002, SAT/DVB: 0003, CBL:

R&eacute;p&eacute;tez, env. chaque 1,5 seconde,
ON/OFF
(marche/arr&ecirc;t appareil) ou
(marche/arr&ecirc;t appareil) en alternance avec p.
ex. Play (lecture), jusqu'&agrave; ce que l'appareil
r&eacute;agisse. - Ce n'est pas grave si vous
remarquez trop tard la r&eacute;action de votre
appareil, lorsque vous avez d&eacute;j&agrave; envoy&eacute; le
code suivant : vous avez en effet la
possibilit&eacute; d'inverser le sens de recherche en
appuyant d'abord sur P- et ensuite de
nouveau sur ON/OFF ou ON/OFF et ensuite
Play. Au cas o&ugrave; votre appareil se serait
&eacute;teint, vous devrez le rallumer, par ex. via
l'appareil lui-m&ecirc;me ou &agrave; l’aide de la
t&eacute;l&eacute;commande d'origine, pour poursuivre la
recherche.
10. Lorsque
votre
appareil
r&eacute;agit
correctement, appuyez sur la touche de
l’appareil, par ex. TV pour terminer la
recherche. Le voyant (LED) (2) s'&eacute;teindra.
- La UR 5000 reprend la recherche l&agrave;, o&ugrave;
vous avez interrompu la recherche. La
recherche s’arr&ecirc;te automatiquement si vous
avez atteint la fin de la liste de codes. Dans
ce cas, la t&eacute;l&eacute;commande clignote plusieurs
fois de suite. Le dernier code sauvegard&eacute;
reste m&eacute;moris&eacute;. La fonction de recherche se
termine automatiquement au bout d'env. 15
secondes d'inactivit&eacute;.
- DVD, CBL, SAT/DVB et autres codes
d'appareils peuvent &ecirc;tre recherch&eacute;s sous
n'importe quelle touche de s&eacute;lection
d'appareil except&eacute; TV &amp; VCR. Appuyez
simplement sur la touche d'appareil
correspondante et saisissez le code de
recherche appropri&eacute;.
Copie de touches d’origine pour l’ajout de
fonctions de commandes manquantes
La
fonction
LEARN
repr&eacute;sente
un
compl&eacute;ment des codes de commandes
pr&eacute;programm&eacute;es. Dans beaucoup de cas,
des
codes
pr&eacute;programm&eacute;s
peuvent
commander presque toutes les fonctions.
Mais certaines fonctions manquent. Ou bien,
vous n’avez pas du tout trouv&eacute; de code

fonctionnant par exemple pour appareils
audio, climatiseurs, etc. Avec la fonction
d’apprentissage, vous pouvez reprendre
jusqu’&agrave; 226 commandes de touches des
t&eacute;l&eacute;commandes d’origine, au max 40
commandes par appareil. Chaque nouveau
code de touche est transcrit sur celui qui a
&eacute;t&eacute; cr&eacute;&eacute; auparavant.

une
t&eacute;l&eacute;commande d’origine en &eacute;tat de marche.
Veuillez utiliser des batteries pleines pour les
deux t&eacute;l&eacute;commandes.

Poser les deux t&eacute;l&eacute;commandes sur une
table, de mani&egrave;re &agrave; ce que la diode
infrarouge (LED) de la t&eacute;l&eacute;commande
d’origine pointe directement en direction de la
diode (LED) de la UR 5000, voir fig. 2. Celleci se trouve en t&ecirc;te de la t&eacute;l&eacute;commande. La
distance, sans obstacles, entre les deux
diodes LED devrait &ecirc;tre d’environ 50 - 80
mm.

le processus de transmission &agrave; partir de

Pour cl&ocirc;turer la proc&eacute;dure de
transmission, veuillez appuyer sur la touche
d’appareil, par ex. DVD. - La UR 5000
termine
&eacute;galement
la

UR 5000 confirme par un clignotement du
voyant LED (2).

Appuyez &agrave; nouveau sur la touche
UR 5000 dont la fonction doit &ecirc;tre reprise de
la t&eacute;l&eacute;commande d'origine, p. ex.
(marche/arr&ecirc;t), jusqu'&agrave; ce que le symbole de
touche de l'appareil arr&ecirc;te de clignoter.

Appuyez &agrave; nouveau sur la touche de la
t&eacute;l&eacute;commande d'origine dont la fonction doit
&ecirc;tre reprise, p. ex POWER, jusqu'&agrave; ce que le
symbole de touche d'appareil, p. ex. DVD
clignote &agrave; nouveau une fois. Cela indique

Lorsque vous avez copi&eacute; toutes les

Annulation de toutes les fonctions de
touches transmises (apprises) d’un
appareil : Toutes les touches copi&eacute;es
(apprises) d'un appareil sont annul&eacute;es
lorsque vous saisissez, au moyen de la saisie
directe de code de commande (voir plus
haut), un nouveau code de commande pour
cet appareil, p. ex. pour DVD.
M&eacute;moire pleine : Lorsque toutes les places
de m&eacute;moire de touches disponibles sont
occup&eacute;es, la UR 5000 clignote 3 fois et vous
terminez le processus de transmission en
appuyant sur une touche de l'appareil.

Vous
commandez
vos
appareils
pratiquement de la m&ecirc;me fa&ccedil;on qu'avec les
t&eacute;l&eacute;commandes d'origine, sauf que vous
devez d’abord presser une des touches pour
les appareils, comme TV, DVD etc., pour
pouvoir commander l’appareil souhait&eacute;.
Comme les symboles sur l’UR 5000 peuvent
diff&eacute;rer de ceux des t&eacute;l&eacute;commandes
d'origine, il vous faudra tester toutes les
touches pour d&eacute;couvrir les fonctions de
chacune.
Les touches fixes (4) peuvent toujours &ecirc;tre
utilis&eacute;es alors que les touches d'affichage
tactiles (touches d'&eacute;cran tactile) s'&eacute;teignent
automatiquement
apr&egrave;s

secondes
d'inactivit&eacute;, ceci pour &eacute;conomiser l'&eacute;nergie.
En effleurant une touche (4) ou un affichage,
les touches d'&eacute;cran tactile sont &agrave; nouveau
visibles et performantes.
Touche CTRL Page : Pour trouver d'autres
touches d'appareil, appuyez sur Page (10), le

Appuyez en m&ecirc;me temps pendant env.
3 secondes sur les touches P+ et VOL- et
tenez-les enfonc&eacute;es jusqu'&agrave; ce que le voyant
LED (2) reste allum&eacute;.

Saisissez le chiffre 0 0 0 9. En bas, &agrave;

Abra la tapa del compartimiento de las pilas
situado en la parte trasera del telemando y
apriete ligeramente hacia abajo la leng&uuml;eta

Preste atenci&oacute;n a que est&eacute;n correctas las
polaridades indicadas en las pilas y en el

Ajuste a un dispositivo
Para poder controlar sus aparatos, debe
ajustar su telemando al aparato que desea
controlar. Para esto, hay tres posibilidades: la
introducci&oacute;n directa de c&oacute;digos de mando, la
b&uacute;squeda de c&oacute;digos o la funci&oacute;n de
aprendizaje y copia.
En caso de que el UR 5000 no le 'entienda',
se enciende varias veces una luz intermitente
y usted puede repetir la introducci&oacute;n del
c&oacute;digo. Despu&eacute;s de cada introducci&oacute;n
'entendida', el telemando lo confirma
parpadeando de forma intermitente la luz
LED y mediante un pitido.
Introducci&oacute;n directa del c&oacute;digo de mando
por medio de la lista adjunta
Ejemplo: Ajustar el telemando a un televisor
de Panasonic:
1.
En la lista adjunta encontrar&aacute; el c&oacute;digo
Panasonic de, p. ej., 2551. Aseg&uacute;rese que ha
seleccionado la lista de TV correcta.
2.
Para preparar la introducci&oacute;n del
c&oacute;digo, presione brevemente la tecla TV. El
s&iacute;mbolo de la tecla (6) se volver&aacute; azul.
3.
Pulse las teclas P+ y VOLsimult&aacute;neamente
durante
aprox.
tres
segundos y mant&eacute;ngalas pulsadas hasta que
el indicador (2) se quede encendido.
4.
Entonces, presione una tras otra las
teclas de n&uacute;mero (p.ej. 2 5 5 1).
5.
Despu&eacute;s de haber introducido los
d&iacute;gitos, la l&aacute;mpara (2) se apaga y el
telemando est&aacute; listo para controlar el
aparato.
6.
Para terminar, debe controlar el c&oacute;digo
de mando ajustado enfocando el mando
hacia su televisor. En caso de que no
funcione o si funciona de manera incorrecta,
debe introducir otro c&oacute;digo indicado en la
lista o proceder con la b&uacute;squeda de c&oacute;digo
(v.a.). Para la instalaci&oacute;n del telemando para
el control de otros dispositivos, proceder de
la misma manera. En lugar de la tecla TV
pulse otras teclas, p.ej. VCR, SAT, DVD,
CBL.

Atenci&oacute;n:
- Los c&oacute;digos DVD, CBL, SAT/DVB, etc. se
pueden introducir en todas las teclas de
selecci&oacute;n de dispositivos, a excepci&oacute;n de TV
y VCR; s&oacute;lo hay que pulsar la tecla de
dispositivo correspondiente e introducir el

- El indicador luminoso (2) parpadea seis
veces en el paso 4 si el n&uacute;mero de c&oacute;digo
que se ha introducido es incorrecto. En ese
caso, repita el proceso desde el paso 2.
B&uacute;squeda de c&oacute;digo
En el caso de que la marca de un aparato no
est&eacute; indicada en la lista o ninguno de los
c&oacute;digos resulte correcto, se recomienda
proceder seg&uacute;n el m&eacute;todo de b&uacute;squeda de
c&oacute;digo.
B&uacute;squeda de c&oacute;digo manual
1.
Active el aparato que desee controlar.
El programa est&aacute; listo.
2.
Como preparaci&oacute;n del dispositivo para
la b&uacute;squeda de c&oacute;digo, pulse brevemente la
tecla de dispositivo deseada; el s&iacute;mbolo de la
tecla (6) se volver&aacute; azul.
3.
Pulse las teclas P+ y VOLsimult&aacute;neamente
durante
aprox.
tres
segundos y mant&eacute;ngalas pulsadas hasta que
el indicador (2) se quede encendido.
4.
Introduzca el c&oacute;digo de b&uacute;squeda en
funci&oacute;n del dispositivo que desee controlar:
para TV, 0001; para VCR, 0002; para
SAT/DVB, 0003; para CBL, 0004; y para
DVD, 0005.
5.
A continuaci&oacute;n, pulse de nuevo la tecla
de selecci&oacute;n de dispositivo, p. ej. TV, hasta
que el s&iacute;mbolo de la tecla se ilumine en color
azul.
6.
Pulse las teclas P+ y VOLsimult&aacute;neamente

– Si uno de los dispositivos que desea
controlar no se puede apagar mediante
infrarrojos (Power off), puede usar un
comando de tecla diferente para buscar el
c&oacute;digo, como Play (&gt;) en reproductores DVD
o VCR. Entonces, en lugar de accionar s&oacute;lo
la tecla de encendido y apagado, pulse
alternativamente la tecla de encendido y
apagado
y la segunda tecla, por ejemplo,
Play (&gt;). Aseg&uacute;rese de que ha introducido
una cinta, un DVD o un CD en casetes,
reproductores y grabadoras.
9.
Cada 1,5 segundos aproximadamente,
pulse s&oacute;lo la tecla de encendido y apagado
o pulse alternativamente la tecla de
encendido y apagado
y Play (reproducir)
hasta que el dispositivo, por ejemplo el
reproductor de DVD, reaccione. – No se
preocupe si nota demasiado tarde la reacci&oacute;n
respectiva de su aparato y ya ha sido
enviado el c&oacute;digo pr&oacute;ximo; puede invertir la
direcci&oacute;n de b&uacute;squeda presionando P y
nuevamente la tecla ON/OFF o EIN/AUS &amp;
Play. Caso que su aparato se haya
desactivado, debe activarlo de nuevo a
trav&eacute;s o del bot&oacute;n del aparato mismo o el
telemando original para poder seguir con la
b&uacute;squeda.
10. Si su aparato reacciona de la manera
correcta, presione las teclas de aparato para
terminar de esta manera el proceso de
b&uacute;squeda. Se apaga la l&aacute;mpara (LED) (2) El UR 5000 prosigue la b&uacute;squeda donde se
interrumpi&oacute;. Si se ha alcanzado el final de la
lista de c&oacute;digos, la b&uacute;squeda finaliza
autom&aacute;ticamente. En ese momento el mando
a distancia parpadea m&aacute;s r&aacute;pido. El &uacute;ltimo
c&oacute;digo introducido queda guardado.
El proceso de b&uacute;squeda se interrumpe
despu&eacute;s de unos 15 segundos de
inactividad.
- Los c&oacute;digos DVD, CBL, SAT/DVB, etc. se
pueden introducir en todas las teclas de
selecci&oacute;n de dispositivos, a excepci&oacute;n de TV
y VCR; s&oacute;lo hay que pulsar la tecla de

Copiar teclas originales para aprender
funciones de mando faltantes
La funci&oacute;n LEARN sirve como adici&oacute;n para
c&oacute;digos de mando preprogramados. En
muchos casos los c&oacute;digos predeterminados
operan casi todas las funciones, sin embargo
a&uacute;n faltan algunos. O bien, no ha encontrado
ning&uacute;n c&oacute;digo que funcione, por ejemplo
para dispositivos de audio, instalaciones de
aire acondicionado, etc. Con la funci&oacute;n de
aprendizaje puede asumir m&aacute;s de 100
comandos de teclas de los controles remotos
originales, m&aacute;x. 40 comandos por aparato.
Cada c&oacute;digo de tecla aprendido nuevo
sobreescribe el aprendido previamente.

Para transferir los c&oacute;digos de mando
necesita un control remoto original totalmente
operativo. Por favor utilice bater&iacute;as
totalmente cargadas en ambos controles
remotos.

Colocar ambos controles remotos
sobre la mesa de modo que el diodo
infrarrojo (LED) del control remoto original
apunte directamente hacia el diodo (LED)
vea fig. 2 del UR 5000. Este se encuentra en
el extremo superior del control remoto. La
distancia entre ambos LED con contacto
visual debe ser aprox. 50 - 80 mm.

teclas libres a las que puede acceder con la

Pulse la tecla del control remoto
original cuya funci&oacute;n debe ser transmitida,
p.ej. POWER, hasta que la UR 5000 lo
confirme mediante un s&oacute;lo parpadeo del
indicador (2) y del s&iacute;mbolo de la tecla de
dispositivo, p. ej. DVD. Esto significa que la
funci&oacute;n
de
la
tecla
p.ej.
ENCENDER/APAGAR ha sido transmitida.

Repita los pasos 6 y 7 para transmitir
otras funciones de tecla. – Si se producen
problemas de transmisi&oacute;n, el indicador (2)
parpadea seis veces consecutivas. En este
caso, oriente mejor los telemandos y repita el
proceso de transmisi&oacute;n con el paso 6.

Para terminar con el proceso de
transmisi&oacute;n pulse la tecla del aparato p.ej.
DVD. - UR 5000 tambi&eacute;n finaliza el proceso
autom&aacute;ticamente despu&eacute;s de aprox. 15
segundos de inactividad.
Si las teclas copiadas s&oacute;lo funcionan de vez
en cuando, pruebe con los siguientes
m&eacute;todos de aprendizaje modificados:
1.
Siga los pasos 1-5 que se han m&aacute;s
arriba.
2.
Pulse brevemente la tecla del
telemando UR 5000, p. ej.
(encendido y
apagado), cuya funci&oacute;n debe asumirse del
telemando original. El UR 5000 lo confirma
con un pitido.
3.
Pulse la tecla del telemando original
cuya funci&oacute;n se debe transferir, p. ej.
POWER, hasta que el UR 5000 lo confirme
mediante un s&oacute;lo parpadeo del indicador (2).
4.
Pulse otra vez la tecla del UR 5000
cuya funci&oacute;n debe asumir el telemando
original, p. ej.
(encendido y apagado),
hasta que el s&iacute;mbolo del dispositivo deje de
parpadear.

Pulse de nuevo la tecla del telemando
original cuya funci&oacute;n se debe transferir, p. ej.
POWER, hasta que el s&iacute;mbolo de la tecla de
dispositivo, p. ej. DVD, vuelva a parpadear
una vez. De esta forma se indica que se ha

Borrado de todas las funciones de teclas
transferidas
(aprendidas)
de
un
dispositivo: Si introduce un nuevo c&oacute;digo de
control para un dispositivo, p. ej. DVD,
directamente (v&eacute;ase arriba), se borran todas
las teclas copiadas (aprendidas) para ese
dispositivo.
Memoria llena: Si todos los espacios de
memoria para tecla disponibles est&aacute;n
ocupados, UR 5000 parpadea 3 veces y se
puede detener el proceso de transmisi&oacute;n
pulsando una tecla de dispositivo.
Manejo
El aparato se maneja pr&aacute;cticamente como su
mando a distancia original, la &uacute;nica diferencia
es que previamente debe pulsar una tecla del
aparato de TV, DVD, etc. para poder
controlar el aparato deseado. Dado que los
s&iacute;mbolos del UR 5000 pueden diferir de los
que se encuentran en su mando a distancia
original, es posible que deban probarse
todas las teclas para identificar cada funci&oacute;n.
Las teclas f&iacute;sicas (4) se pueden usar
siempre, mientras que las teclas de la
pantalla t&aacute;ctil se apagan autom&aacute;ticamente
tras 15 segundos de inactividad a fin de
ahorrar energ&iacute;a. Mediante el accionamiento
de una tecla (4) o el contacto con la pantalla,
las teclas de la pantalla t&aacute;ctil volver&aacute;n a
hacerse visibles y efectivas.

Ajustes y funciones especiales
Funci&oacute;n de interfuncionalidad del volumen:
Para simplificar la operaci&oacute;n, las teclas de
volumen (VOL+ oder VOL-) y la tecla mudo
(Mute) dirigen siempre el dispositivo TV,
sin tener que cambiar a otro dispositivo
entretanto. S&oacute;lo cuando se han transferido
las teclas originales a las teclas de control de
sonido de otro dispositivo, tienen prioridad en
este dispositivo las teclas aprendidas.
Teclas de acci&oacute;n Smart (macros)
El telemando UR 5000 dispone de seis teclas
de acci&oacute;n SMART (macros). Cada una
puede desencadenar autom&aacute;ticamente una
secuencia de duraci&oacute;n regulable de hasta 20
comandos de tecla.
Configuraci&oacute;n de teclas de acci&oacute;n Smart
Pulse las teclas P+ y VOL- simult&aacute;neamente
durante alrededor de tres segundos y
mant&eacute;ngalas pulsadas hasta que el indicador
(2) se quede encendido.

Introduzca el n&uacute;mero 0009. En la parte
inferior izquierda del indicador se muestra
SMART.
2.
Seleccione y pulse una tecla Smart, p.
ej. Smart 1. A continuaci&oacute;n, se encender&aacute; el
indicador (2). – A las teclas Smart 1, 2 y 3 se
puede acceder directamente, mientras que
para alcanzar las siguientes tres teclas de

Pulse una serie de teclas cuyos
comandos deban emitirse de forma
autom&aacute;tica y consecutiva al pulsar la tecla
SMART correspondiente. Por ejemplo,
pulsando la tecla s&oacute;lo una vez se apagar&aacute;n
uno tras otro los dispositivos especificados, si
se introduce TV, POWER, DVD, POWER,
SAT y POWER. El indicador (2) parpadea
una vez por comando de tecla. – Puede
confirmar la duraci&oacute;n de la emisi&oacute;n del
comando de infrarrojos, pulsando la tecla

Programmazione dell’apparecchio
Prima di poter comandare il proprio
apparecchio, &egrave; necessario programmare il
telecomando per lo stesso apparecchio. Ci&ograve;
pu&ograve; avvenire in tre modi: mediante
l’inserimento diretto del codice di comando,
mediante la funzione di ricerca del codice
oppure tramite la funzione di apprendimento.

inserire nuovamente i dati. Per confermare i
dati il LED lampeggia brevemente e
l’apparecchio emette un segnale acustico.

Una volta inserite le cifre, il LED (2) si
spegne e il telecomando &egrave; pronto per il
comando dell’apparecchio.

In seguito, provare il codice di comando
regolato cercando di comandare il televisore.
Se non succede nulla, o se non accade
quanto dovrebbe accadere, tentare con un
nuovo codice preso dall’elenco oppure
servirsi della funzione di ricerca del codice (v.
sotto). Stabilire nello stesso modo le
impostazioni del telecomando per l'utilizzo di
altri apparecchi. Invece del tasto TV premere
di volta in volta VCR, SAT, DVD, CBL.

Quando
l’apparecchio
reagisce
correttamente, premere il tasto TV per
terminare la ricerca. La spia (LED) (2) si
spegner&agrave;. - La funzione UR 5000 riprende la
ricerca dal punto in cui era stata interrotta.
Una volta raggiunta la fine della lista dei
codici, la ricerca termina automaticamente. Il
telecomando lampeggia pi&ugrave; volte di seguito.
L’apparecchio memorizza l’ultimo codice
inserito.
La ricerca si interromper&agrave; dopo ca. 15

La funzione LEARN funge da completamento
dei codici di comandi preprogrammati. In
molti casi i codici preinstallati riescono a
pilotare quasi tutte le funzioni, ma alcune
mancano. Oppure Lei non ha trovato nessun
codice funzionante ad es. per apparecchi
audio, climatizzatore. Con la funzione di
apprendimento Lei riesce a gestire fino a 40
comandi originali del telecomando via tasto,
ovvero fino a 100 comandi per apparecchio.
Ogni codice tasto nuovo da Lei appreso
supera uno di quelli appresi in precedenza.

Al fine di trasmettere codici di comando
necessita di un telecomando originale

usare le batterie caricate completamente

Plaatsen van de batterijen
Open de batterijklep aan de achterzijde van
het toestel, druk het klepje licht naar onderen
en plaats 4 alkaline AAA-batterijen. Let op de
aangegeven polariteit op de batterijen en in
het batterijvak (+=+), en sluit het vak dan
weer voorzichtig. – Let erop dat u altijd
onbeschadigde batterijen gebruikt.
Batterijen die bijna leeg zijn, worden
aangeduid met een batterijpictogram in de
display. Eventueel batterijen door nieuwe
vervangen om een probleemloze werking te
garanderen.
Aanpassing aan een apparaat
Om uw toestel te kunnen bedienen moet u
eerst de afstandsbediening voor uw
toestellen instellen. Daarvoor zijn er 3
mogelijkheden: het direct invoeren van een
bedieningscode, het zoeken van codes of de
leer-kopieerfunctie.
Als de UR 5000 u niet begrijpt, dan knippert
deze meerdere keren en kunt u het invoeren
herhalen. Iedere invoer die begrepen is
bevestigt het toestel met een kort knipperen
van de LED lampje en een pieptoon.
Directe invoer van bedieningscodes met
behulp van de bijgevoegde lijst
Voorbeeld: Instellen van de
afstandsbediening voor een Panasonictelevisietoestel:
1. Op de bijgevoegde lijst ziet u bijv de
Panasonic-code 2551. Vergewis u ervan dat
u de correcte lijst voor televisie (TV) gekozen
heeft.

2. Ter voorbereiding van het invoeren van
de code drukt u kort op de TV-toets. Het
toetspictogram (6) licht dan blauw op.
3. Druk tegelijkertijd gedurende ca. 3
seconden op de toetsen P+ en VOL- drukken
en houd deze ingedrukt totdat lampje (2)
continu brandt.
4. Dan drukt u achtereenvolgens de
cijfertoetsen in (b.v. 2 5 5 1).
5. Na het invoeren van de cijfers gaat het
lampje (2) uit en de afstandsbediening is
klaar om uw toestel te bedienen.
6. Tot slot test u de ingestelde
bedieningscode, door uw televisietoestel te
bedienen. Als het niet werkt of niet goed
werkt, probeer dan een andere code uit de
lijst of het zoeken van codes, zie hieronder.
De instelling van de afstandsbediening voor
de bediening van andere toestellen vindt u op
dezelfde manier. In plaats van de toets TV
drukt u op andere toetsen, bijv. VCR, SAT,
DVD, CBL.
Let op:
Apparaatcodes voor DVD, CBL, SAT/DVB en
andere mogen onder elke apparaatknop
staan behalve onder TV &amp; VCR. Druk op de
juiste apparaattoets en voer de code in.
- Het controlelampje (2) knippert 6 maal in
stap 4 als u een onjuiste code invoert.
Herhaal in dat geval de procedure vanaf stap
2.
Het zoeken van codes
Als het merk van uw toestel niet op de lijst
staat of geen van de genoemde codes werkt,
dan is het zoeken van codes aan te bevelen.
Handmatig zoeken van codes
1.
Schakel het te bedienen toestel in. Het
programma loopt.
2.
Druk ter voorbereiding van het zoeken
naar de code kort op de gewenste
apparaattoets. Het toetspictogram (6) licht
dan blauw op.
3.
Druk tegelijkertijd gedurende ca. 3
seconden op de toetsen P+ en VOL- drukken
en houd deze ingedrukt totdat lampje (2)
continu brandt.

Voer de zoekcode in afhankelijk van het
apparaat dat u wilt bedienen: Voor TV: 0001,
VCR: 0002, SAT/DVB: 0003, CBL: 0004 of
DVD: 0005.

Druk daarna nog eenmaal op de
apparaattoets, bijvoorbeeld TV, tot het
toetssymbool blauw oplicht.
6.
Druk tegelijkertijd gedurende ca. 3
seconden op de toetsen P+ en VOL- drukken
en houd deze ingedrukt totdat lampje (2)
continu brandt.
7.
Richt dan de afstandsbediening op het
te bedienen toestel.

Druk een keer kort op AAN/UIT
(toestel aan/uit). Het lampje (LED) (2)
knippert. – Als u een te bedienen apparaat
niet via infrarood kunt uitschakelen (power
off) kunt u ook een andere toets gebruiken
om naar de code te zoeken, bijvoorbeeld
Play (&gt;) bij DVD of VCR. Daarna in plaats
van AAN/UIT afwisselend op AAN/UIT
en
de tweede toets, bijvoorbeeld Play (&gt;)
drukken. Controleer of er dan een band resp.
een DVD of CD in het magneetbandstation,
player of recorder zit.
9.
Druk meerdere malen, ongeveer elke
1,5 seconde, op AAN/UIT
(apparaat
aan/uit) of
(apparaat aan/uit) afwisselend
met bijvoorbeeld Play (afspelen) tot het
apparaat, bijvoorbeeld de DVD-speler,
reageert. Als u de reactie van uw toestel te
laat hebt opgemerkt en de volgende code al
verzonden is, kunt de zoekrichting omkeren
door op P te drukken en dan weer op
AAN/UIT &amp; Play. Wanneer uw toestel is
uitgeschakeld, dan moet u het weer
inschakelen om verder te kunnen zoeken,
bijv. op het toestel of met de originele
afstandsbediening.
10. Als uw toestel juist reageert, druk dan
op de toets bijv. TV en stop zo met zoeken.
Het lampje (LED) gaat uit.
- De UR 5000 vervolgt het zoeken daar waar
u het zoeken onderbroken hebt. Als het einde
van de codelijst bereikt is, stopt het zoeken
automatisch.

staan behalve onder TV &amp; VCR. Druk op de
juiste apparaattoets en voer de code in.
Kopi&euml;ren
van
niet
ingestelde
bedieningsfuncties vanaf de originele
bedienings-knoppen
De LEARN-functie is een aanvulling op de
voorgeprogrammeerde bedieningscodes. Met
deze vooraf ingestelde codes kunt u in de
meeste gevallen alle functies bedienen, maar
er ontbreken er toch een paar. Het kan ook
zijn dat u geen enkele functionerende code
hebt
gevonden
bijvoorbeeld
voor
audioapparatuur, airco enzovoort. Met behulp
van de originele afstandsbediening kunt u tot
100 functies bedienen, met een maximum
van 40 functies per apparaat. Iedere nieuw
gekopieerde bedieningscode vervangt een
eerder ge&iuml;nstalleerde code.

Om bedieningscodes
te kunnen
installeren, hebt u een goedwerkende
originele afstandsbediening nodig. Zorg
ervoor dat in beide afstandsbedieningen
volledig opgeladen batterijen zitten.

Leg de beide afstandsbedieningen z&oacute;
op een tafel, dat de infraroodzender (LED) (2)
van de originele afstandsbediening recht naar
de infraroodzender van de UR 5000 wijst.
Deze zender vindt u bovenop de
afstandsbediening. De afstand tussen de
beide infraroodzenders (LEDs) dient ca. 50 80 mm te bedragen.

Druk nu kort op een knop op de UR
5000, bijv. op
(Aan/Uit), zodat deze
functie op de originele afstandbediening
gekopieerd kan worden. De UR 5000
bevestigt dit met een pieptoon.
U kunt vrije, niet vooraf ingevoerde toetsen
maken door eerst op de Shift-toets (9) te
drukken. Voor het kopi&euml;ren van toetsen zijn
voor elk apparaat maximaal 3 pagina's met
vrije toetsen beschikbaar, die u met de
paginaknop (10) kunt bereiken.

Om een functie op de UR 5000 te
kopi&euml;ren, houdt u de desbetreffende knop op
de afstandsbediening bijv. POWER, zolang
ingedrukt totdat de UR 5000 de ontvangst
bevestigt doordat het lampje (2) en het
pictogram voor de apparaattoets bijvoorbeeld
DVD eenmaal knippert. Dit betekent dat een
bedieningsfunctie, bijv. AAN/UIT succesvol is
gekopieerd.

Herhaal de stappen 6 en 7 voor het
kopi&euml;ren van andere bedieningsfuncties. – Bij
problemen met de overdracht knippert lamp
(2) 6 maal na elkaar. Richt in dat geval de

Alle
overgebrachte
(geleerde)
toetsfuncties van een apparaat wissen:
alle gekopieerde (geleerde) toetsen voor een
apparaat worden gewist als u met de
rechtstreekse stuurcodeinvoer, zie hierboven,
een nieuwe stuurcode voor dit apparaat
invoert, bijvoorbeeld voor de dvd-speler.
Geheugen vol: Als aan alle in het geheugen
beschikbare bedieningsknoppen functies zijn
toegekend, knippert de UR 5000 3x en stopt
het installatieproces automatisch .
Bediening
U bedient uw apparaat praktisch net zo als u
van uw originele afstandsbediening gewend
bent, u moet alleen eerst de toets voor het
apparaat,TV, DVD enz. indrukken om het
gewenste apparaat te kunnen bedienen.
Omdat de symbolen van de UR 5000 anders
kunnen zijn dan die van uw originele
afstandsbediening, moet u mogelijk alle
toetsen uitproberen om de functies te vinden.
U kunt de vaste toetsen (4) altijd gebruiken,
terwijl de aanraakgevoelige weergavetoetsen
(touch screen toetsen) na 15 seconden niet
te zijn aangeraakt, automatisch overgaan in
de stand voor energiebesparing. Door een
toets (4) of de display nogmaals aan te
raken, worden de touch screen toetsen weer

automatisch een reeks van maximaal 20

Selecteer een SMART-toets en druk

de uitvoer van een infraroodopdracht bepalen
door bij het invoeren van de toetsopdracht de
betreffende toets korter of langer in te
drukken (maximaal 60 seconden).
5.
De volgorde van de toetsen wordt
opgeslagen zodra u nogmaals op de Smarttoets drukt die u voor de reeks hebt gekozen
(bijvoorbeeld Smart 1).
