INSPECTION

Before breaking the seal, check that the half-mask be the model 952 approved in EN – 140 norm, the user should write the date the filter is unsealed in the original packaging. Before breaking the seal, ensure that the right filter is available, in accordance with specifications and limitations given in this instruction leaflet.

FITTING THE FILTER

1. Take off the seal.

2. Check that the gasket of the half-mask’s filter support is well positioned in the base of the filter holder. If the gasket is twisted or out of the base, the filter could leak; adjust or replace the gasket, as required.

3. Fit the desired filter into the filter support and screw fully in.

IMPORTANT

This filter does not supply oxygen.

Use only in atmospheres containing at least 17 % oxygen by volume.

In order to choose the correct type of filter for each case, the type of contaminant must be know.

Under no circumstances use to protect against carbon monoxide (CO).

Never modify or alter this filter.

This filter should be used only with half-mask 952 according with EN 140 norm.

Regardless of the concentration, humidity, temperature, etc. of ambient conditions, once the seal has broken the filter should not be used for more than I month and should be kept in a hermetically sealed bag between uses.

Protection against cold and/or heat

The filter is so designed that following storage for two 24 hours periods at

70ºC and –30ºC it presents no discernible deformation wen brought back to ambient temperature. Keep in a cool and dry place. Once use and during transportation the filter is best kept in its original packaging.

CLEANNING, DESINFECTION, MAINTENANCE AND

STOCKAGE

Do not clean this filter with any liquid, only with air.

The filter should not be used by more that one user, therefore disinfecting is unnecessary.

This filter requires no maintenance. Once the recommended utilisation period has passed, or the expiry date has been reached, this filter should not be used.

Store in the original packaging.

Using a system of labels and signs, all filters provide the following information:

- Manufacturers trade mark: INAIR, model and code

- CEE standard norm and control

- Batch number and date of expiry: month/year

Controle

Voordat u de verzegeling verbreekt controleert u of het halfgelaatsmasker het model 952 betreft volgens de norm EN-140. De gebruiker dient de datum te noteren van ingebruikname van het filter.

Voordat u de verzegeling verbreekt dient u te controleren of het filter in overeenstemming is met de specificaties en limieten aangegeven in deze gebruiksaanwijzing.

Verbreek de verzegeling

Controleer of de pakking van het halfgelaatsmasker goed in de filterhouder zit. Als de pakking schuin of gedraaid zit zou er lekkage kunnen plaatsvinden. Plaats of vervang dan de pakking zoals noodzakelijk is

3. Plaats de filter in de filterhouder en draai hem volledig aan.

Belangrijk:

Dit filter levert geen zuurstof.

Alleen in omgevingen gebruiken met ten minste 17% zuurstof.

Om het juiste type filter te kiezen dient u voor elk geval het type vervuiling van de omgevingslucht te weten.

In geen geval gebruiken voor bescherming tegen koolmonoxide (CO).

Nooit aanpassingen of wijzigingen aan dit filter aanbrengen.

Dit filter mag alleen worden gebruikt met een half-masker 952 volgens

EN 140 norm.

Ongeacht de concentratie, vochtigheid, temperatuur, etc. of omringende omstandigheden, geldt dat wanneer de verzegeling verbroken is, het filter niet langer mag worden gebruikt dan voor 1 maand en moet worden bewaard in een hermetisch gesloten zak of bak.

Bescherming tegen koude en / of warmte

Dit filter is zo ontworpen dat na opslag gedurende 48 uur bij een temperatuur van 70 º C en -30 º C er geen enkel waarneembare vervorming ontstaat indien teruggebracht tot omgevingstemperatuur.

Bewaren op een koele en droge plaats. Na gebruik en tijdens het transport van het filter kan deze het best bewaard worden in de originele verpakking.

Reiniging, desinfectie, onderhoud en opslag

Reinig dit filter niet met een vloeistof, maar met lucht.

Het filter mag niet worden gebruikt door meer dan een gebruiker derhalve is desinfecteren overbodig.

Dit filter heeft geen onderhoud nodig. Zodra de aanbevolen gebruiksperiode voorbij is, of de vervaldatum is bereikt, moet dit filter niet meer worden gebruikt.

Bewaren in de originele verpakking.

Op de etiketten en plaatjes kunt u op alle filters de volgende

Informatie vinden:

-Het merk van de fabrikant : INAIR, model en nummer

-CE standaardnormering en controle

-Batch nummer en de houdbaarheidsdatum: maand / jaar

Combined filters are also availables providing protection against different gases or gases and particles. They are identified by the codes of the antigas filters together with the codes of the particles filters, according to the types and classes of protection.

Combinatie filters zijn ook beschikbaar. Zij bieden bescherming tegen verschillende gassen of gassen en deeltjes. Zij worden geïdentificeerd door de codes van de gasfilters samen met de codes van de stoffilters volgens de soorten en klassen van bescherming.

INSPECCIÓN

Antes de desprecintar el filtro comprobar que el adaptador facial sea el modelo 952 conforme a la norma EN – 140 y que el filtro sea el adecuado, según las especificaciones y limitaciones que se indican en el presente folleto de instrucciones.

El usuario debe anotar la fecha de desprecintado del filtro en su embalaje.

MONTAJE DEL FILTRO

1. Retirar el precinto.

2. Comprobar que la junta de estanqueidad del portafiltro de la mascarilla está bien situada en la base del mismo; si la junta estuviera torcida o fuera de su base, el filtro puede tener fugas.

Cambiar o ajustar la junta si es necesario.

3. Desenroscar el aro de fijación, colocar el filtro en el interior del portafiltro y volver a roscar el aro hasta el final.

ADVERTENCIAS

Este filtro no suministra oxígeno.

Usar sólo en ambientes en los que la cantidad de oxígeno contenida en el aire sea superior al 17 % en volumen.

El tipo de contaminante debe ser conocido para elegir el filtro adecuado en cada caso.

En ningún caso emplear para protección contra monóxido de carbono (CO)

No modificar ni alterar nunca este filtro.

Este filtro debe ser usado sólo con la mascarilla 952 según norma EN 140.

Independientemente de la concentración, humedad, temperatura, etc. Del ambiente donde se utilice, una vez desprecintado el filtro, no usar durante más de un mes. El filtro deberá guardarse en bolsa estanca después de cada uso.

Protección contra frío y/o calor

El filtro está diseñado de forma que un almacenamiento de dos períodos de

24 horas a 70ºC y a –30ºC no presenta al volver a temperatura ambiente ninguna deformación apreciable.

Guardar en sitio fresco y seco.

LIMPIEZA, DESINFECCIÓN, MANTENIMIENTO Y

ALMACENAJE

No limpiar jamás con ningún tipo de líquido ni limpiador de otra clase, sólo quitar el polvo con aire.

Se considera que un filtro no debe ser usado por más de un usuario, por lo que no precisa desinfección. Si el filtro se ha infectado por una causa externa debe ser desechado.

El filtro no tiene mantenimiento. Una vez superado el tiempo de utilización o si ha sido alcanzada la fecha de caducidad, no debe ser usado.

Guardar en su embalaje original, en bolsa estanca y en sitio fresco y seco.

- Marca de fábrica (logotipo INAIR) y modelo

- Norma que cumple y control CE

- Nº de lote y fecha de caducidad, mes y año

VERIFICATIONS AVANT L’USAGE

Avant d’ouvrir l’emballage , s’assurer que la pièce faciale soit le modèle 952 conforme a la norme EN – 140 et que le filtre est bien adapté à l’utilisation prévue, en se référant aux indications et restrictions de cette notice.

L’utilisateur doit inscrire la date à la quelle le prercinte est ouvert.

MONTAGE DU FILTRE

1- Retirer le precinte.

2- Vérifier que le joint d’étanchéité du demimasque 952 est bien placé sur le portefiltre. Un joint de traver ou en dehors de sa base pourra provoquer des fuites au niveau de la cartouche filtante.

Changer ou réajuster le joint si nécessaire.

3- devisser la bague serrage, placer la cartouche filtrante à l’interieur du portafiltre et visser la bague sérrage à fond.

AVERTISSEMENTS

Ce filtre ne fourni pas d’oxigène (O2).

Ne pas utiliser dans une atmosphère à concentration d’oxigène inferiéure à

17 % d’oxigène en volume.

Le type de contaminant doit être connu afin de choisir le le filtre adapté a chaque utilisation.

Ce filtre ne doit en aucun cas être utilisé pour la protection contre monoxide de carbone (CO).

N’apporter aucune transformation ou modification à ce filtre.

Ce filtre doit être employé uniquement sur des demimasques 952 conformes

à la norme EN 140.

Indépendentment de la concentratión, humidité, température, etc. Du milieu dans lequel on l’utilise, ce filtre ne doit pas être employé pendant plus d’un mois dés la retirée du précinte. Aprés chaque usage, le ranger dans sac

étanche.

Protection contre froid et/ou chaleur

Ce filtre est conçu pour, en cas d’stockage pour deux périodes de 24 heures

à 70ºC et –30ºC, ne pas présenter des déformations sensibles, aprés retour

à la température ambiante.

NETTOYAGE, DESINFECTION, ENTRETIENT ET

STOCKAGE

Ne pas nettoyer ce filtre.

Ce materiel ne doit être utilisé que par un même utilisateur, il n’hi ha pas lieu

à le désinfecter.

Ce filtre ne précise pas d’entretien. Une fois que le temps d’utilisation conseillé est depassé ou bien si la date de péremption est atteinte, ne doit pas être utilisé.

Le garder dans son embalage original sous sac étanche.

Conserver dans un endroit frais et sec.
