• This product is not intended for medical use. It is intended only to
provide a luxurious massage.
• Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on or near children, invalids or disabled persons.

Instructions for Use
• To install batteries, open zipper located along back side of cushion. Follow the correct polarity as shown in the battery compartment. Place two ”AA” size batteries (not included) into battery compartment and close zipper. Incorrect installation of batteries may cause damage to the unit.
• Do not mix old and new batteries.
• Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable
(ni-cad,ni-mh, etc) batteries.
• Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation.
• Remove used batteries promptly.
• If the unit is not going to be used for a long period of time, remove batteries to prevent damage due to possible battery leakage.
• Place the pillow behind your back or desired position.

• Massager may be activated by pressing the On/Off button located on the corner of the pillow.
• To turn off the unit, simply press the On/Off switch once again.
• NOTE: The massaging pillow is very versatile and designed for use on the neck back and shoulder. However, you may find it works well for other body parts as well.
Maintenance
TO CLEAN:
Clean only with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Never allow water or any other liquids to come into contact with the unit.
• Do not immerse in any liquid to clean. To clean the fabric cover, wipe with damp sponge, using a mild liquid detergent or suds.
Wipe surface with a clean, dry cloth.
• Never use abrasive cleaners, brushes, gasoline, kerosene, glass/ furniture polish or paint thinner to clean the massager.
• Do not attempt to repair this unit. There are no user serviceable parts. For service, send the unit to the HoMedics address listed in the warranty section.
TO STORE:
Place massager in its box or in a safe, dry, cool place. Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects which might cut or snag the fabric surface.

LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
HoMedics sells its products with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacture and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase, except as noted below. HoMedics warrants that its products will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty extends only to consumers and does not extend to Retailers.
To obtain warranty service on your HoMedics product, mail the product and your dated sales receipt (as proof of purchase), postpaid, to the following address:

HoMedics does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, Retailers, the subsequent consumer purchaser of the product from a Retailer or remote purchasers, to obligate
HoMedics in any way beyond the terms set forth herein. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse; accident; the attachment of any unauthorized accessory; alteration to the product; improper installation; unauthorized repairs or modifications; improper use of electrical/power supply; loss of power; dropped product; malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer’s recommended maintenance; transportation damage; theft; neglect; vandalism; or environmental conditions; loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of HoMedics.
This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the country in which the product is purchased. A product that requires modifications or adoption to enable it to operate in any other country than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modifications is not covered under this warranty.
THE WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY.
THERE SHALL BE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OR ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE
PART OF THE COMPANY WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY.
HOMEDICS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL
DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THIS WARRANTY REQUIRE MORE THAN THE REPAIR OR
REPLACEMENT OF ANY PART OR PARTS WHICH ARE FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE WITHIN THE
EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF THE WARRANTY. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. IF REPLACEMENT
PARTS FOR DEFECTIVE MATERIALS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, HOMEDICS RESERVES THE RIGHT
TO MAKE PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS IN LIEU OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.
This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged and/ or resealed products, including but not limited to sale of such products on Internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired, replaced, altered, or modified, without the prior express and written consent of
HoMedics.
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may have additional rights which may vary from country to country. Because of individual country regulations, some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

PRECAUCIONES IMPORTANTES

GUARDE ESTAS INSTRUCCIONES
Instrucciones de uso
• Para instalar las baterías, abra la cremallera ubicada en la parte de atrás
del cojín. Siga la polaridad correrta segun mostrado en el compartimiento
de baterias. Coloque dos baterías de tamaño “AA” (no se incluyen) en el
compartimiento de las baterías y cierre la cremallera. La instalación incor
recta de baterias puede dañar la unidad.
• No mezcle pilas nuevas y viejas.
• No mezclar pilas alcalinas, estándar (carbón-zinc) o recargables
(Ni-Cad, Ni-MH, etc) las pilas.
• Limpie los contactos de la pila y también los del dispositivo antes de
la instalación de la pila.
• Retire las pilas usadas con prontitud.
• Si la unidad no se va a utilizar durante un largo periodo de tiempo, retire
las pilas para prevenir daños debidos a fugas en las pilas posible.
• Coloque el cojín detrás de su espalda o en la posición deseada.

Precaución:
Todo el servicio de este masajeador debe ser realizado únicamente por personal de servicio autorizado de HoMedics.
• El masajeador puede activarse oprimiendo el botón On/Off
(encendido/ apagado) ubicado en la esquina del cojín.
• Para apagar la unidad, simplemente oprima el botón On/Off una vez más.
• NOTA: El cojín masajeador es muy versátil y ha sido diseñado
para uso en el cuello, espalda y hombros. Sin embargo, puede
utilizarlo también para otras partes del cuerpo.
Mantenimiento
PARA LIMPIAR:
Limpie únicamente con un paño suave, apenas húmedo. Nunca permita que el agua ni otro líquido entre en contacto con la unidad.
• No lo sumerja en ningún líquido para limpiarlo. Para limpiar la cubierta de tela, enjuague con una esponja húmeda, usando un detergente líquido o espuma suaves. Limpie la superficie con un paño limpio y seco.
• No use nunca limpiadores abrasivos, cepillos, gasolina, querosén, limpiador de vidrios o lustramuebles o diluyente de pintura para limpiar el masajeador.
• No intente reparar esta unidad. No hay piezas que necesiten servicio por parte del usuario. Por servicio, envíe la unidad a la dirección de HoMedics que se detalla en la sección de garantía.
PARA GUARDAR:
Coloque el masajeador en su caja o en un lugar seguro, seco y fresco.
Evite el contacto con bordes filosos u objetos punzantes que puedan cortar o dañar la superficie de la tela.
