Children under 10 years of age are required to sit in the back seat of the vehicle. However, where no
back seat is provided, e.g. in a light pick-up, children under 10 may sit in the front, provided a suitable
restraint adapted to their size is fitted. Children over 10 years of age must wear a seat belt when
sitting in the front.
