STARTING THE SYSTEM
T URN ON THE S YSTEM
To begin, select the Presentation mode
you would like to start the system in.
1. Selecting Presentation Mode
will start the room with the dual
projectors to display the
selected source.
2. Selecting Movie Mode will start
the room with the single, large
projector, for displaying the
selected source.
C HANGING D ISPLAYED S OURCE ( S )
Select from the available sources on the left by pressing on the source.
After selecting the source, select the projector you would like to route the source to. If
routing the one source to all the projectors in the room, there is the option to select all
projectors. The source icon that is above the projector name is the source that is being
routed to that projector.
*You are able to route different sources to the left and right projectors. Please note: the source that
is routed last will be the source to play through the room speakers.
CONTROLS & OPERATION
I NDIVIDUAL S OURCE C ONTROL O PTIONS
PC
PC: Use the keyboard and mouse to operate the PC,
no controls from the touch panel.
To switch to the lectern PC
1. Press the PC icon in the source list
2. Select the projector(s) you would like to
display the Lectern PC to.

L APTOP
Laptop: Connect a laptop to the lectern using a HDMI or VGA and audio cable.
You must select the cable being used to followed by the destination on the touch panel.
To display from a laptop connection
1. Press the Laptop icon in the source list.
2. Select the connection the laptop is using
(HDMI or VGA)
a. If using the VGA connection, you
must plug the provided audio
cable into the laptop’s audio jack
for sound to play to the room. The
HDMI cable transmits both audio
and video.
3. Select the projector(s) you would like to
display the laptop.
B LU -R AY
Blu-ray: Insert a DVD or Blu-ray disk into the Blu-ray player. The touch panel has Blu-ray controls.
To display to the projector:
1. Select the Blu-ray button from the list of
sources.
2. Select the projector(s) you would like to
display your source to.
3. Use the controls on the touch panel to
control the Blu-ray player.
D OC C AM
Document Camera: Lift up the doc camera arm to
power it on and place the document to be
displayed on the surface. The document camera is
controlled by the buttons on the device.
To display to the projector:
1. Select the Doc Cam button from the list of
sources.
2. Select the projector(s) you would like to
display the source to.

H OW TO T URN ON THE D OC C AM
The document camera is powered on as the source is selected on the touch
panel. To wake up, please lift up the arm on the tab.
H OW TO Z OOM IN AND O UT
There is a control knob on top of the doc cam.
 To zoom in, rotate the knob up.
 To zoom out, rotate the knob down.
H OW TO F OCUS
You may use the Focus – or Focus+ buttons on the
doc cam head to adjust the focus manually. To have
the document camera autofocus, the AF button is located in the middle of the
manual focus options. If the light is green, the autofocus is currently on.
T URN O N /O FF THE LIGHT
Press on the Light button located on the base of the Doc Cam. The button will
have a white light when it is powered on.
H OW TO F REEZE /U NFREEZE AN I MAGE F RAME
Freezing/unfreezing an image on the doc cam is handy when displaying a new
document on the base to try to avoid distractions.


To freeze the current document that is displayed, press the freeze button on the camera head.
To unfreeze, press the freeze button again.
W YO S HARE
WyoShare: Allows up to 64 users to collaborate
wirelessly and share their screen from their
computer, smartphone or tablet.
To display to the projector.
1. Select the WyoShare button from the list of
sources.
2. Select the projector(s) you would like to
display the source to.
3. Follow the instructions displayed on the
projector.
a. An IP address and login code will appear
b. If connecting via a mobile device, please visit the App store, Google Play or Chromebook
Store to download the MirrorOp app.

R OOM O PTIONS VIA O PTIONS B UTTON
P ROJECTORS & S CREENS C ONTROL O PTIONS
By default, when powering on the room, the
projector screen will lower and the projector will
power on. These settings allow a user to manually
control the projector power and screen position.
To temporarily blank a projector without
powering off the projector, press the Blank
Projector button. It will highlight when it is
muted.
A UDIO R E - ROUTE
Audio Re-route allows a user to manually choose the audio source independent of what is being projected.
The source that is currently routing audio will be highlighted (with the blue line underneath). To select
another source for audio to play from, press the corresponding audio button.
REQUESTING HELP
To request help, press the Help button in the top right side of the
touch panel.
Select the option that best describes your issue and press it only
once. Each press of the button will create a
ticket and a notification when a request for
help is received.
When a ticket is received, they are treated with
immediate action, and we try to maintain a
response time of 10 minutes.
If one of the options listed does not cover the
issue or if issue reported is something that does
not necessitate an interruption to the class,
please call the IT Help Desk at the number
listed on the screen to report the issue.
If you request assistance and need to cancel the request, you can use the Cancel Help Request option to
notify the CTS technician.

POWERING OFF THE SYSTEM
1. Press the Shut Down button, located in the top left corner.
2. Select Shut down now to power off the system.
a. Selecting Return to system returns to the
previous page.
3. The room will power off.
