Autonomous Camera Videolab mini M2
The Videolab mini M2 is industrial image processing in compact
form. The camera, frame grabber, processor and SPC interface
are integrated into one housing. A high-performance and economical image processing system for testing applications in
assembly technology, electronic production, automation technology and many other applications where quality is important.
PIN assignments (in/out)
Digital, opto-decoupled interface (socket) with 8 inputs and 8
outputs for connection to machine control. All outputs are lowactive as a standard feature, i.e. the level goes to low when an
error is recognized. The test results can be assigned as desired
to the 6 outputs A0 through A5. Inputs E0 through E5 serve for
project selection. The Windows operating system can be shut
down over E6.

Function
The analyzed image
together with the test
results are displayed in
color on an SVGA
monitor. A Windows
computer with monitor
is connected only for
set-up. The clarity is
significantly increased
by the spatial separation of the process image and parameter-setting surface on two
monitors.
The Videolab mini M2 also offers the possibility of storing a
number of process images of limit samples. On the basis of
these images settings and tolerances can be checked at any
time and optimized without having to reinsert the sample each
time and noting its readings.
