HD IV.2 (Code 2481)
Open, dynamic headphone
The HD IV.2 is a top class, open,
dynamic headphone using customdeveloped materials for optimal sound
characteristics. Its computeroptimized
magnet system geometry minimizes
distortions and intermodulations, and
its neodymium iron magnets provide
for the maximum possible efficiency.
For aurally accurate playback, the
headphone equalizer labP2 is programmed with the individual equalization and level calibration parameters
of the HD IV.2, thus ensuring that
users achieve a natural reproduction
of their recordings.

A HDA IV HEADphone Distribution
Amplifier connected to the playback
equalizer labO2 allows a high-quality
playback via four (with HDA IV.1) or
even eight (with HDA IV.2) levelcalibrated HD IV.2 headphones simultaneously.
Furthermore, the HD IV.2 can also
be connected to the built-in headphone output of the digital artificial
head measurement systems of the
HMS IV generation and to the mobile
recording and playback system
SQuadriga II.
